Analysis of energy budget in Neomysis awatschensis exposed to PCB toxicity was carried out by measurement of bioassay, growth, oxygen consumption, nitrogen excretion at 10 and $20^{\circ}C$. Energy contents of the body, molted exoskeleton and eggs, which measured to understand used energy for growth, molt and oxygen consumption were 5.52cal/mg, 2.17 cal/mg and 6.15 cal/mg, respectively. Feeding energies at $10^{\circ}C$ were 3.755ca1 in control group and 3.420 cal at 2.0 ppb concentration, of them, $70.19\%$ and $67.53\%$ of their energies were assimilated. At $20^{\circ}C$, feeding energies were 5.998 cal in control group and 4.166 cal at 2.0 ppb concentration. The assimilation efficiency of the mysid estimated by ash-ratio method ranged between $11.5\~67.5\%$ and $73.4\~70.5\%$ with PCB toxicity at $10^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$ respectively. Energy used by respiration of total assimilated energy was $45.18\%$ in control group and $62.27\%$ in 2.0 pub concentration at $20^{\circ}C$, and energy used by metabolism was high 2.0 ppb concentration than control group.

This study was conducted to investigate the biology of three species, Tipula latemarginata Alexander, T. nova Walker and T. aino Alexander, of the Genus Tipula in Korea. Field surveys for the biology of the species were carried out at the three sites of Neaseong Stream area in Bongwha County from January 2001 to December 2005. Also many individuals of the species were reared in laboratory to investigate the biology. The larval habitats of the species were streams, rivers, paddy fields, damp earth or leaky revetments. The Tipula larvae were herbivorous. Newly-hatched first instar larvae fed on soft algae, and the larvae gradually fed on leaves, stems and roots of a variety of plants or hard leaf litters, as they grew. During the molting of the larvae their body kept moving from left to right and up and down. Molting usually took not more than 2 hours, and about four hours after molting, the larvae started to eat heavily. The Tipula larvae in aquatic places moved to drier land for pupation and went through short prepupal stage lasting 1-2 days for pupation at fourth instar larval stage. When emerging, the Tipula pupae placed their head and thorax on the earth, but the other parts in the earth. Emergence from the pupal case required about 20 min. to one hour. Mating of Tipula adults took place within 5-7min. after emergence and the duration of mating was about 40 min. The female adults of the species laid eggs by walking with 3 pairs of legs over the damp earth or algal beds. Their body was positioned vertically on the ground with their wings spread $120^{\circ}$ and legs landed on the surface. The oviposition usually took place from one day to 4 days after emergence and the number of eggs carried by female adults were an average of 501-760 per individual. Tipula adults didn't normally feed, and drank water only occasionally. For a few days after emergence, the adults reared in the laboratory rarely drank water. As they neared to death, however, they frequently drank water. The longevity of adults reared in the laboratory with only water during the summer was ca. 4-9 days and males usually survived a little longer than females. The longevity of T. nova was increased 3 times or more as much by feeding them 3% sugar water. Male adults of T. latemarginata outnumbered female adults by 2.6 : 1 in the fields.

As the microelectronics technology is developed, new types of smart intelligent products are being emerged. OSD user interface is one of the critical factor in this kind of product, especially brown goods and information devices, as it is responsible for imput and output function. OSD is being treated as accompaniment to hardware in spite of its importance, and therefore is developed from only simple and separate usability testing based on performance measurement. This study propose a usability evaluation method of OSD based on subjective preference to support existing usability testing. The purpose of this analysis is to make clear what is important factor and how its preference level is from the user's viewpoint. The various attributes of OSD are clarified from user's questionaire and interview, and orthogonal array is generated with specified factor levels. The prototypes are generated from rapid prototyping tool and tested in natural simulation environment. The preference data which collected in this usability testing is analyzed with conjoint analysis module. This usability evaluation is not the final stage in user interface design process but the early planned and circulated stage.

The Korea's automotive industry has been changed since 1990's for the global reform of the automotive industry even though the rapid growth of domestic market from the late 1980's to early 1990's The cultural understanding for an automobile in the Korea society has been relatively lacked by the political reason, which focused on the economic growth through the industrialization. This works as a limit which caused by the point of view which is concentrated into the automotive industry as an economy developing tool. As much as being observed in the advanced nations which have the long history and huge scale of the automotive industry, an automobile is not only a single product, but also a way of life which has a cultural background. It is possible to develop a competitive quality and design with an understanding the cultural background. And the most important thing to the Korean automotive industry is a uniqueness with the cultural character which is gained by the cultural understanding of automobile as in the public Therefore the contribution of infrastructure of Korean automotive industry and culture would become more important in the future.

Science Revolution, which stands for new paradigm in an era as a transfer, usually is accompanied with a change in intellectual sphere. Futhermore, as there is an indissoluble connection between science and an, so the correlation of two realm lead to mutual prosperity in coexistence. Recently, concerns for the phenomena of non-linear dynamics in science and its quick adaptation in art made .it possible. What is important agenda for science and art is to suggest the process of creative evolution and its method, I believe. In order to attain these, different and contra way of thinking, spirit of research and venture for unpredictable things out of daily routine should be indispensible. In this study, I am offering and reviewing the space design based upon phenomena of nonlinear dynamics, drawn from concept of chaos in physics and mathematics. This study places a great emphasis on nonlinearity which should be understood as a whole, not partially, that enable a designer to find new cosmos and principles of creation. In addition to these, I wish that a designer would stop trying partial apply in nonlinear space. In fine, I hope this study enables a designer to adapt and generate nonlinearity as creative attribute in space by understanding of phenomena of nonlinear dynamics and its process as a whole.

This paper try to explain the phenomenon on convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication by the law of the tendential fall in the rate of profit. With the progressive decline in the variable capital in relation to the constant capital in the sphere of the telecommunication, this tendency leads to a rising organic composition of the total capital, and the direct result of this is that the rate of surplus-value, with the level of exploitation of labour remaining the same or even rising, is expressed in a steadily falling general rate of profit. The reason to apply this law is to inquire into the true state of the phenomenon on convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication showed like the disorderly development.

The main purpose of the study is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Self efficacy. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Self efficacy had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, tthe supervisor should make efforts to develop skills for the management of learning organization in order to fit the nature of the group members.

Road pavement management is an important activity that affects to national economy, movement and safety of people, and also demands huge amount of budget. Therefore, its management strategy must be established under objective information. In addition, decision support system that produces the management strategy needs to consider practical benefits from various aspects. Considering these aspects, this paper aimed to develop a customized Korean life cycle cost analysis model estimating various effects on road users and socio-environmental costs based on pavement condition. The suggested LCCA model focused on Korean national highway, and tried to adopt a national guideline recommended by Korean government for securing credibility of estimation results. In the development processes, some of the suggestions that do not fit well in the situations of pavement management field were added, altered, or partially modified. These attempts to develop customized asset management system would be an important step to break away from passive attitudes relying on ready-made software, but also to improve awareness about the social benefits from the better maintenance strategy.

IMF위기 이후 여러 가지로 어려움에 처해 있는 경제를 회복하기 위한 돌파구로서 외국기업과 자본의 유치의 중요성이 더해지고 있다. 특히 대규모 기업의 구조조정과 기업들의 투자마인드 위축으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지방경제를 활성화하기 위한 수단으로서의 투자유치는 먼저, 외국자본의 직접투자를 통하여 단기간에 산업기반을 강화할 수 있고, 제조업의 해외이전에 따른 산업공동화를 방지할 수 있다. 또한 당면한 과제인 고실업을 해소하기 위해서도 필요하다. 정부는 '98, 9. 17. 외국인투자유치촉진법을 제정, 공포하고, 시행령을 마련하여, 국세와 지방세의 감면혜택은 물론 분양가와 조성원가와 차액보조금, 고용보조금, 직업훈련비등의 인센티브를 보완한다. 경상남도의 외국인투자유치전략으로는 경남의 입지적 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 업종을 선정하여 중점유치활동을 전개하고 있다. 이를 위한 구체적 방안으로는 첫째, 투자유치과를 신설하고 전문직공무원을 채용하였고, 민간전문가를 기업으로부터 파견받아 기존 공무원이 담당하기 힘든 부분을 담담토록 하고 있고, 둘째, 진사지방산업단지를 외국인투자지역으로 지정하고 하였다. 셋째, 외국인투자기업에 대한 여러 가지 인센티브를 위하여 경상남도 기업 및 투자 유치조례(안)을 입안중이다. 넷째, 투자유치 타켓기업을 선정하여 집중유치활동을 전개하고 있으며, 다섯째, 경남도내에 이미 투자한 기업에 대한 사후관리를 철저히 하여 경영상의 애로사항 해결에 만전을 다 할 것이다. 지방자치제의 실시로 지방자치단체간의 경쟁이 가열되고 있으나 투자유치활동에 있어서 동서의 협력방안을 모색해 보았으며, 공동투자프로젝트 개발, 공동투자유치설명회 개최, 투자 유치기법의 상호 벤치마킹 등이 필요하다. 결론적으로 외국인 투자촉진법 등 법령의 정비와 외국인 투자유치의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산되어 외국인 투자유치의 환경이 획기적으로 개선될 것으로 기대된다. 지방자치단체에서도 투자를 기다리던 관행에 탈피하여 입체적인 투자유치노력을 전개해야 할 것이다.
