Vibration problems occurred in an air cooled heat exchanger with axial flow fan for a petrochemical plant were investigated. Experimental field test and theoretical verification were performed. To find the main cause of the high vibration of the fan at the air inlet of the axial fan, the frequency spectrum was measured. The natural frequency of the driving support of the heat exchanger was numerically calculated. Both of the measured and the natural frequency were approximately equal to the blade passing frequency. Because it was difficult to modify the structure of the driving support during the normal operation of the plant, the blade number of the fan was increased, which greatly reduced the vibration level of the heat exchanger.

현재까지 게시판의 비속어 처리프로그램은 비속어를 발견하면 입력을 할 수 없도록 차단하는 차단식 프로그램이었다. 이런 프로그램은 사이버 상의 의사표현의 자유를 차단한다. 또한 어떤 단어의 경우는 비속어가 아닌데도 차단되어 입력을 원천봉쇄하기도 한다. 그래서 비속어를 차단하지 않고 처리해 주며 신생 비속어도 처리를 쉽게 해 주며 검출에 유연성을 제공하는 프로그램이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 상에서 구현된 게시판을 대상으로 비차단식, 유연성이 있는 비속어 추출 프로그램을 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 순환유동층 보일러의 운전 중 비유동화 및 완전 베드 봉쇄를 유발할 수 있는, 분산판 위에서 발생되는 클링커에 대하여 그 발생원인을 순수 열 및 유동 측면에서 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 클링커는 그 화학성분 측면에서 실리콘, 철, 칼슘 등의 원소로 구성되어 있다. 비유동화 현상에 대하여 폭넓은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 현재까지 그 원인규명이 명확하게 이루어지고 있지는 못하는 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 FLUENT를 사용한 CFD 계산을 통하여 분산판의 노즐 형태와 노즐 배열을 달리하면서(노즐타입 1, 노즐타입 2)유동특성을 파악하여 클링커 발생 원인을 유추하였으며, 열 및 유동 측면에서 클링커 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 노즐 형태 및 배열을 제안(노즐타입 3)하였다.

Purpose Displaced lateral end fracture of clavicle and acromioclavicular dislocation type Ⅲ∼Ⅵ may be required surgical treatment. Material and Methods : From May 1998 to March 2001, we operated with Welter plate with minimal incision by one surgeon. Immediately, pendulum and passive exercise was initiated after surgery. The shoulder function was evaluated using UCLA score. Average follow up was on 28(12∼45) months. Results : All 11 patients were regained satisfactory function. Average UCLA score was 31.9(29~35) at last follow up. Conclusion . The merit of Welter plate fixation with minimal incision is simple technique, reduced surgical time, smaller scar than large plate, strong fixation, early exercise, reduced implant failure. The disadvantage is expensive, skin irritatatation by long hook. But Welter plate fixation with minimal incision is a good method of internal fixation and excellent clinical result in surgical treatment of type H displaced lateral end fracture of the clavicle and type Ⅲ∼Ⅵ acromioclavicular dislocation.

총의치 제작을 위한 개구인상법은 술자의 숙련도에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 특히 구강전정이 얕은 환자에서는 변연이 과연장되어 채득되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안된 폐구인상법을 통한 총의치는 연하나 교합 시 의치상연 주위 전체를 가동 점막으로 봉쇄하여 의치상 내면에 일시적 음압이 형성되게 하여 의치의 유지와 안정을 높이도록 고안된 의치이다. 또한, 인상 채득 시 교합채득 및 묘기판을 이용한다면 악간관계 기록이 동시에 이루어지기 때문에 기존의 통상적인 방법보다 환자의 내원 횟수를 줄일 수 있다. 이 증례는 구강전정이 얕아 하악 의치의 유지력이 떨어져 불편을 겪는 환자에서, 폐구인상법을 이용한 총의치로 수복한 증례이다.
