This study aims to identify the service quality perceived by Elderly Care Service users on the basis of 'SERVPERF model' targeting the service users, and verify the mediation effects of the choice which affects the relationship between information literacy and quality. For this, 208 elderly care comprehensive service users in Jeollabuk-do were analyzed as the targets using a structural equation. The results of this study are as follows. First, service users perceived the quality level to be very high. Second, user's information literacy has a significant effect on quality perception. Third, the effect of user 's information literacy on quality was partially mediated by choice. These results suggest that there is a need to provide enough information and opportunities for users to make choices in order to maintain a high quality of service.

The mobile electronic notification service delivers notifications through mobile phone text or app-based message push to solve various problems of the paper-based mail service. And it is a service that an electronic document relay company proves to prove delivery. In order for public and administrative agencies to provide mobile electronic notification service, the user's identification information of the mobile phone number or the subscribed app is required. To overcome these limitations, ICT-regulated sandbox system was used to allow collective conversion of users' resident registration numbers into connecting information (CI). Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technical method for safe management of user CI in mobile electronic notice service, identity verification of electronic notice readers, and prevention of forgery and forgery of electronic notices. Through the proposed method, it is confirmed that the service can be activated by minimizing the adverse function of the mobile electronic notification service by securing the user's convenience and technical safety for the CI.

In recent days, mart or department which have large parking lots provide service for finding parked cars using NFC and GPS technology. In case using NFC, users should directly tap NFC tag, and GPS does not work inside the parking garage. In this paper, garage parking indicator system using becoan served push notification is described. By using this system, users can automatically be aware where they parked car when they enter into the huge parking lot. This system overcomes the weakness of the existing parking indicator systems, such as using NFC tag system and using GPS system.

국내 시중에는 약 304개 금융회사가 금융 및 보험 상품 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 최근 금융감독원에서는 국내 304개 금융회사(생 손보 39개사)를 대상으로 한 개인정보수집 이용제공 동의서 운영실태 점검 결과 총 49개 금융회사에서 문제점이 발견되었다. 2012. 2. 17일 개정된 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한법률에서는 본인 인증확인기관, 법령에서 별도로 수집 이용하는 경우와 방송통신위원회가 고시하는 경우 이외에는 주민등록번호의 사용을 제한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 개정된 정보보호 관련 법률 관점에서 현 금융회사의 개인정보 활용 및 그에 따른 보안 실태를 연구하고 관련 결과에 따른 법적 IT컴플라이언스를 준수할 수 있는 개인정보 치환 및 관리 방법론 등 관련 법률과 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 만족시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

지속 가능한 발전을 위해 전기자동차의 관심 및 수요가 늘어나는 상황에서 전기자동차 충전소 및 주차공간에 대한 정보 습득은 더욱 중요해졌다. 서비스 이용자는 본인의 위치를 기반으로 하여 가까운 주차장과 전기 충전소의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 DBMS를 설계하고 구축하였다. 이용자에게 주차장 및 전기 충전소에 대한 정보를 얻는 과정에서 더욱 편리함을 안겨주는 것을 목표로 하였다.

본 논문은 바쁘게 살아가는 사회인뿐만 아닌 합리적인 소비, 효율적인 시간 관리를 원하는 사람들을 위한 IoT 센서를 활용한 스마트 옷장을 제공하고자 한다. 기존 IoT 센서를 활용한 옷장은 의류를 청결하게 해주는 것에 제한되어 있지만, 본 논문에서 제안한 프로젝트는 옷을 청결하게 관리하는 것뿐만 아닌 본인의 옷의 정보를 DataBase에 저장하여 입력한 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 옷에 대한 통계를 확인할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 의류 구매 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 날씨 데이터를 활용해 현재 날씨에서 오차범위를 계산하여 해당 날씨에 알맞은 옷을 추천하는 기능 및 관리 기능을 제공하여 효율적이고 편리한 의류를 관리할 수 있도록 한다.

To provede public services through Internet, there are several prerequisites such as security issue resolutions for public area installation and hardware support for authorized signatures etc. in addition to web-based system development. A kiosk-based system is a right solution for public services provision through Internet because a kiosk has hardware features supporting authorized signatures and also it can be installed at public area through Internet without security exposure, meeting security guidelines of National Intelligence Service. The process to provide public services through a koisk is that a client requests a kind of public services selecting menu through the kiosk, then the system issues a civil service documents after taking authentification and payment process. To support those kinds o processes it is required to support electronic payment using SMART card in addition to cash payment and to apply government standard security guidelines to protect administrative and personal information. This kiosk-based Internet public service system support and meet those all requirements.

Teaching and learning between instructor and students and testing for evaluation are progressed remotely in distance education. Current research trends are focused primarily on the distance learning services. Testing to estimate the effectiveness of training is important as lecturing, but it has not been studied much until now. In this paper, we suggest DEIS(Distance Education Invigilation System) for a fair examination. DEIS identify examinees by verifying their real name with I-PIN and comparing the still image of the candidates the software stored on the server and the photos that are registered at the enrollment.

대학 생활을 하면서 자신이 필요한 정보를 모두 챙기기는 쉽지 않다. 매번 학교 홈페이지나 관련 사이트에 접속하여 확인하는 것은 번거롭기도 하고 신입생의 경우에는 그런 정보의 존재조차 잘 모르는 경우가 많다. 때문에 이 논문에서는 웹 크롤링 방식을 통해 다양한 사이트에서 필요한 정보를 수집하고, 기계학습 모델 중 N-GCN을 기반으로 한 추천시스템을 이용하여 본인에게 맞는 추천과목, 동아리 모집공고, 학술대회, 채용공고 등의 정보를 제공해주는 Kingomanager를 소개한다. Kingomanager는 학생들의 학년, 관심분야를 고려해서 개개인별 맞춤 정보를 추천해준다. 추천 받은 정보들은 메신저 형태의 어플리케이션을 통해서 확인할 수 있고, 해당 정보들은 언제든지 다시 검색하여 다시 찾아볼 수 있다. 어플리케이션 구현에서 Front-end는 React-Native를 사용하였고, Back-end는 Flask와 AWS 서비스를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 성균관대학교 소프트웨어학과 학생을 대상으로 하는 프로토타입 어플리케이션을 개발했다.

Despite the opinion that certificate is useless, half of the population in Korea (approx. 35 million) get an certificate, and use it for internet banking, internet shopping, stock trading, and so on. Most users store their certificates on a usb memory or smartphone, and certificates or passwords stored on such storage media can be easily attacked and used to disguise as legitimate users. Due to these security problem of certificate, a various authentication technologies has been proposed such as smartphone owner authentication using SMS, and a personal authentication using biometric authentication. However, a safe technique is not presented yet without user password, and certificate. In this paper, I proposed a method to secure certificate/private key without a user password using a combination of USIM card and smartphone's information. Even if a hacker gets the user password, the certificate, and the private key, he can not use the certificate. User do not need to remember complex password which is a combination of alphabetic / numeric / special characters, and use his certificate safely.
