산업 자동화 시스팀의 표준화

  • 사회 각 분야의 정보화와 함께, 공장에도 자동화의 물결이 일고 있다. 공작 기계로부터 복합 시스팀에 이르기까지 많은 자동화 시스팀이 개발, 보급되고 사용됨에 따라 각 장비 및 시스팀의 적절한 표준의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 국제 표준화 기구(ISO)의 산업 자동화 시스팀 분야의 TC 184를 소개한다.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate effects of prebuckling on the buckling of laminated composite cylindrical shells. Axial compression is considered for laminated composite cylindrical shells with length to radius ratios. The shell walls are made of a laminate with several symmetric ply orientations. This study was made using finite difference energy method, utilizing the nonlinear bifurcation branch with nonlinear prebuckling displacements. The results are compared to the buckling loads determined when membrane prebuckling displacements are considered.

  • In this report, a new method compounding the electrolytic machining with ball end milling process to increase the machining efficiency was introduced. And the cutting characteristics by electrolytic machining conditions was examined. From the experimental results, it was confirm-ed that effect of cutting force reduction obtained at the condition of transpassive state of electrolytic machining conditions.

공작기계를 위한 보와 평판의 샌드위치 구조 설계에 관한 파라메트릭 연구 (Parametric Study on the Design of Sandwich Beams and Plates for Machine Tool Structures)

  • In this paper, polymer composites based sandwich structures like beams and plates are optimised by using parametric study. The structures are composed of fibre reinforced composites for facial material and resin concrete and PVC foam for core materials. The stacking sequences and thickness of the composites are controlled as major parameters to find out the optimal condition for machine tool components. For the plate structure of machine tool bed composites-skined sandwich structure which has several ribs are proposed to enhance bending stiffnesses in two major directions at the same time. Dynamic robustness of a machine tool structure is investigated using modal analysis. From the results optimal configuration and materials for high precesion machine tools are proposed. And the plate was made of fiber reforced composite material and PVC foam.

  • MECHATRONICS기술과 SOFTWARE기술로서 대표되고 있는 기술혁신의 진전되고 있는 이때에 제품의 다양화와 고도화 복잡화에 따라서 각 방면의 산업환경이 급격히 변화되고 있다. 기계가공분야에 있어서도 FACTORYAUTOMATION(FA)화의 요구가 점점 높아가고 있는 실정이다. 차세대 FMS 그리고 차세대 FA를 실현하기 위하여 중요한 기본 MODULE인 복합선반, MACHINING CENTER 그리고 FMC가 선진국에서 여하히 연구되고 있는가를 현 시점에서 검토해 보는 것도 의미 있는 것으로 사료된다.

자기 디버링을 이용한 복합 미세패턴의 형상 정밀도 향상 (A Study on Accuracy Improvement of Dual Micro Patterns Using Magnetic Abrasive Deburring)

  • 최근, 산업에서는 미세패턴의 효과가 입증됨에 따라 미세패턴에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 연구들은 단일 패턴에 집중되어있으며, 복합 미세패턴의 제작 및 디버링에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 원통형 공작물에 복합 미세패턴을 제작하고, 자기 디버링을 이용하여 디버링을 실시하였다. 또한, 반응표면법을 이용하여 패턴의 높이에 대한 예측모델을 도출하고, 자기 디버링 공정을 최적화하였다. 그 결과, 패턴의 높이에 대한 예측값과 실험값을 비교하였을 때, 평균적으로 7%의 오차가 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 검증실험을 통하여 형상 정밀도가 우수한 복합 미세패턴의 제작이 가능하고, 예측모델이 신뢰성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, the Post Process for the manifold complex processing using CAD/CAM Software of two and a half Dimensions(2.5D) has been developed to maximize the application of the manifold manufacturing machine. Many companies are currently making use of high price systems to improve manufacturing process using the multi-axial complex manufacturing machine. In accordance with the requirements, the utilization of CAD/CAM Software for the manifold complex manufacturing machine is earnestly demanded. However, the experts who have experience in manifold manufacturing machine are insufficient. Consequently the outcomes of the Post Process for 2.5D CAD/CAM Systems have been dealt in order to be smoothly operated by those who have basic skills and be understood in process drawings. CNC program functions can be specially used as they are, when drawn up. The Post Process for the original point designation and transformation of coordinates has been developed and applied. The results gave proof of practical manufacturing outcomes.

  • The experimental and numerical results of buckling loads for symmetrically laminated composite plates are compared. Boundary conditions are all fixed supports. Experiments were conducted for plates with fiber angles $\theta$=30$^{\circ}$, 45$^{\circ}$, 60$^{\circ}$ and aspect ratios a/b=0.8. Experimental results were obtained from load-deflection curves. Numerical methods were presented to evaluate buckling loads, using structural analysis results from ANSYS.

  • This research presents a modeling and a manufacturing method of insert type milling cutters such as face cutter, flat endmill and ball endmill. The methods introduced in this paper adopts the multi-tasking 5-axis machining that is increasing machining accuracy of holder and position accuracy of bolting points. So this can be used in the basic document of the total package program that involves modeling and manufacturing module in various insert cutters.

  • An experimental study on the prediction of grinding wheel wear by dual detection methods was conducted by the laser displacement and acoustic emission(AE) system. The laser displacement sensor was located above the head of the grinding wheel and the AE sensor was set under the workpiece, where the wheel were condition can be detected. It was found that the dual detection methods by laser displacement system and AE system made it possible to predict the wheel wear. From the experiments, the root mean square(RMS) values both methods was found to be proportional to the grinding wheel wear.
