조미식품과 관련된 용어로서는 양념, 조미료, 등이 있고 영어로는 Seasonings, Flavorings, Condiments, Spice등이 있다. 사전적인 의미에서 약간의 차이가 있을지 몰라도 조미식품이란 직접 음용하는 일은 드물고 주로 다른 식품의 풍미를 증진시키는데 이용되는 모든 식품을 말하며 일반사전에는 없는 일종의 '합성어'이다. 따라서 한마디로 정의하기 어렵고 다른 식품과의 구분도 애매한 편이다. 우리나라 표준산업 분류에는 조미식품 제조업이란 분류는 없다. 한편, 식품공전에서는 조미식품을 "식 등의 풍미를 돋우기 위한 목적으로 사용되는 장류, 시초, 소스류, 토마토 케첩, 카레, 고춘가로 및 실고추 향신료가공품, 드레싱, 복합조미식품, 향미유 등의 제품을 말한다"고 정의되어 있다. 이 중 장류에는 간장, 된장, 고추장, 춘장, 청국장 등이 포함되며, 소스류에는 우스타소스 등 서양풍 소스는 물론이고 불고기양념등과 같은 우리의 전통양념류를 포함한다. 우리나라 경우 드레싱보다는 마요네즈가 먼저 소개되어 현재 생산량이나 소비량에서 압도적으로 우위에 있기 때문에 마요네즈가 널리 알려져 있으나, 마요네즈는 샐러드드레싱, 프렌치드레싱 등과 마찬가지로 드레싱의 일종으로 보는게 타당하다. "소스"라는 말도 넓은 의미에서는 조미식품 의 대부분을 포함하며, 좁은 의미로는 현재 식품공전에서 말하는 제품류들이다. 이처럼 조미식품이라 하면 시초, 토마토 케첩 및 소스류, 마요네즈 및 드레싱류, 카레 및 천연향신료 등을 포함하는 좁은 의미를 뜻하는 경우가 많다. 본문은 이중에서 천연향신료를 중심으로 그 원료소재에 따른 기능별 효과를 다루고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 종전의 전압형 및 전류형 능동전력필터를 대체 할 수 있으며, 부하의 특성에 무관하게 적용 가능한 Z-소스 인버터(Z-source inverter) 토폴로지의 능동전력필터에 대하여 고찰하였다. Z-소스 토폴로지의 능동전력필터의 보상 직류전원으로는 연료전지 PEMFC를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 시스템은 고조파 발생원 비선형 부하와 병렬로 연결된 Z-소스 능동전력필터와 7고조파 (420Hz) 동조 필터로 구성되며 Z-소스 능동전력필터의 스위치 스트레스를 감소할 수 있다. 제안된 Z-소스 하이브리드 능동전력필터(Z-HAF : Z-source hybrid active power filter)의 보상 알고리즘으로는 전류 동기 검출법(CSD)을 사용하였으며, PSIM 시뮬레이션에 의하여 제안된 Z-HAF의 정상상태에서의 보상 성능을 파악하였다.

For the resistance of the closed intellectual property license from the Free Software Movement. It's free and also can adapt have been widely used. Software for the resistance of the closed intellectual property rights have been promoted by the free software movement. Implementation of the proposed changes in the license that anyone can freely use the software and adapt open source software is widely used. The product of open source software can reduce development time and cost. Many people who use it will improve, verification and developed. However, indiscriminate use of these advantages, as well as the risk of dispute is high. This study is analyzed open source software dispute cases for piracy protection and will show duly open source software available to users by user environment.

소프트웨어의 보안에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아짐에 따라, 소스코드 기반의 소프트웨어의 보안약점 분석 기법에서 더 나아가 소스 코드가 존재하지 않는 바이너리 파일을 대상으로 분석을 수행하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 왜냐하면 소프트웨어 개발의 복잡성 증가에 따른 서드파티 라이브러리 활용과 레거시 코드의 관리 부재, 임베디드 소프트웨어의 특성 등으로 인해 소스 코드가 존재하지 않는 바이너리 코드의 사용이 늘어나고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 최근 바이너리 코드에 내제된 보안약점을 분석하기 위해서 중간코드를 이용하여 정적분석을 수행하는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 중간언어를 사용함으로 실행환경에 따라 달라지는 바이너리 코드가 중간언어로만 변환이 된다면 동일한 형태의 보안약점 분석기술을 통해 효과적인 수행이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 바이너리 코드로부터 중간언어로 변환시 컴파일 과정에서 상실된 복합 자료형을 재구성하기 위해 Word2vec 딥러닝 기법을 이용한 추론기법을 제안한다.

As the concept of open source extends beyond the scope of software, many companies are also introducing business models using open source concepts. This study is a study on how to create a web-based open-source platform using a 3D printer and aims to create an open-source platform modeled on the Kidults community where users are highly willing to participate. The research method established the direction of initial platform production by collecting basic data through the usability of the platform and Toy design preferences and propensity analysis through research on open source use cases by various companies and user surveys in the Kidults Community. Features unique platform Toy sources that are freely reinterpreted by the user and re-shared and sold to the platform. Research should continue to boost user motivation by activating communities within the platform.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Joule heating and hydrostatic pressure on reduction of total aerobes and spores of Bacillus cereus in four kinds of sauces prepared with traditional Korean fermented foods. Total aerobes and inoculated spores of B. cereus in sauces were assayed after treatment or during storage at $30^{\circ}C$ after 4 or 8 weeks. Joule heating ($85^{\circ}C$), hydrostatic pressure (550 Mpa, 5 min), and antimicrobial additive (3% ethanol) were separately applied or combined as a hurdle technique. A 1.0~2.0 log reduction in total aerobes of Doenjang and Gochujang sauce was observed upon Joule heating at 80, 85, and $95^{\circ}C$. Significant reductions (0.92~1.21 log/0.5~1.38 log and 1.26~1.7 log/0.47~3.45 log) of total aerobes/spores of B. cereus in Doenjang and Gochujang sauce, respectively, occurred upon JA (Joule+additive), JP (Joule+hydrostatic pressure) or JAP (Joule+additive+ hydrostatic pressure). Effects of each treatments were maintained or increased during storage for 8 weeks at $30^{\circ}C$, suggesting that total aerobes and spores of B. cereus in Doenjang and Gochujang sauce can be controlled through Joule heating or hydrostatic pressure treatment.

IT 융 복합 산업에서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 높아짐에 따라 프로젝트 관리는 점차 중요해지고 IT기업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요 요소가 되고 있다. 프로젝트 관리 중 일정 관리는 가장 기초적이고 관리적 요소가 가장 많이 들어있으며 일정 관리의 실패는 Time-To-Market을 맞추지 못한다. 일정 관리를 위해 고려해야할 문제점들은 겉으로 확인되는 진척율과 실제로 개발된 진척율의 차이, 팀원의 낭비되는 시간을 지속적 관리 등이 있음에도 현장에서는 도구 또는 파일을 통해 진행 사항을 관리하지만 세부 작업별 활동까지 연계가 되지 않아 일정 관리의 진행 상황이 명확히 드러나지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소스코드 기반의 실시간 프로젝트 일정 관리 도구를 제안한다. 프로젝트 계획 단계에서 작업을 컴포넌트 별로 세분화되어 있을 때 이 도구를 사용하여 컴포넌트 내부 메서드의 소스코드 작성을 통해 소프트웨어 개발 진척도를 명확하게 파악하고 해당 소스 코드의 테스트를 통해 의도대로 개발이 이루어졌는지를 확인 가능하다. 그리고 피드백을 통해 개발자에게 개발 일정 및 계획 수정에 대한 알림으로 지연되는 시간 없이 수정 가능하다.

The present study developed a design code for preburner of staged combustion cycle engines, which calculates preburnt gas at high-pressure oxidizer-rich conditions and predicts conjugate heat transfer and hydraulics of cryogenic fluid flow through cooling passages. It has been written based on the open-source library Cantera, into which this study has incorporated new source codes to predict correctly non-ideal thermodynamics and transport anomalies of the cryogenic fluid. For a preburner of 100 tonf-class booster engine currently under preliminary design, the present code demonstrated predictive capability and usability as a design code by comparing with CFD simulation.

Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. Recently, the introduction of smart phones has led to a growth in social networking services and thus, the research and development of Internet telephony has been actively progressed and has the potential to become a replacement for the telephone service that is currently being used. In this paper we designed and implemented an Internet telephony network system which is developed by using Asterisk and open source softwares. It is developed on the linux system and has some features such as VoIP telephony service between SIP phones, voice mail, and call recording. It also supports web-based functions such as SIP users and server system management that is implemented by Apache web server and PHP programs. Afterwards, this system will be applied as VoIP network base technology for small sized companies and organizations. It will paly a role for encouraging companies to use open source softwares.

Recently, new GIS applications such as gee portal and spatial data infrastructure are emerging. These are related to web computing techniques or methodologies based on web 2.0 paradigm, open API of portal, open source GIS, and international GIS standards which are independently on developing. The product of these applications can be realized in the linkage of those components. In this study, a case implementation concerning linkage with Google maps API and open source middleware named Deegree is carried out, and the results are discussed for open source uses in geo portal. Open source middleware supports various levels and types of OGC standards, so that it enables web publishing in the several web standard formats and data exchanges and interoperable uses between external database servers. Also the (unction extensions and the multi tier-based architecture within geo portal for specific purpose are possible.
