The thermodynamic efficiency characteristics of combined cogeneration system of 120MW (120MW급 열병합 복합발전시스템의 열역학적 효율 특성)

  • In this study, acombined cogeneration power plant produced two types of thermal energy and electric or mechanical power in a single process. The performance of each component of the gas turbine-combined cogeneration system was expressed as a function of the fuel consumption of the entire system, and the heat and electricity performance of each component. The entire system consisted of two gas turbines in the upper system, and two heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), a steam turbine, and two district heat exchangers in the lower system. In the gas turbine combined cogeneration system, the performance test after 10,000 hours of operation time, which is subject to an ASME PTC 46 performance test, was carried out by the installation of various experimental facilities. The performance of the overall output and power plant efficiency was also analyzed. Based on the performance test data, the test results were compared to confirm the change in performance. This study performed thermodynamic system analysis of gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and steam turbines to obtain the theoretical results. A comparison was made between the theoretical and actual values of the total heat generation value of the entire system and the heat released to the atmosphere, as well as the theoretical and actual efficiencies of the electrical output and thermal output. The test results for the performance characteristics of the gas turbine combined cogeneration power plant were compared with the thermodynamic efficiency characteristics and an error of 0.3% was found.

  • 일산복합화력발전소 소내 중요설비에 전력을 공급하는 무정전 전원장치의 출력측 전압파형의 종합 왜율을 IEEE 출력기준인 5%로 억제하여 설비의 안정적 동작을 확보하기 위하여 고조파 분석을 행하였다. 일산복합의 무정전 전원장치는 제어전원공급용으로서 부하가 콘덴서 입력형 정류기의 특성을 갖고 있으므로 3, 5, 7차의 주요 고조파를 포함하고 있다. 따라서 이들 각각에 대하여 부하측에서 본 무정전 전원장치의 임피던스를 작게 하여 전압종합왜율을 5%이하로 낮추어야 한다. 무정전전원장치의 출력전압, 전류 취득 자료를 분석하여 해당 차수의 고조파 제거와 역류개선을 위한 동조필터의 커패시터와 리액터의 용량을 결정하는 방법을 정리하였다.

  • This study proves successes of Energy Service Company (ESCO) business by heat pump performance test. The purpose of ESCO business is recover investment costs through saving energy from installation of energy reduction facility. The most important technology assessment items are heat recovery and generator output. Experimental result shows that increase quality of heat recovery (11.52Gcal/h), while decrease generator output (0.234kw). In its final analysis, the ESCO business is successful according to our data.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내외 항공기 충돌에 대한 원자력발전소의 안전성 평가 및 규제 현황과 연구용원자로의 안전성 평가 및 규제 현황을 살펴보았다. 이러한 현황과 평가와 관련하여 연구용원자로에 적용할 수 있는 항공기 충돌 안전성 평가 및 대비설계 기준을 원자력발전소에 적용되는 기준을 기반으로 정리하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 후속되는 연구에서는 연구용원자로에 대한 실질적인 항공기 충돌 안전성 평가 및 대비설계 기준을 도출할 수 있으며, 평가 및 대비설계 방법을 상세히 정립할 수 있을 것이다. 결과적으로, 이를 바탕으로는 항공기 충돌에 대비한 연구용원자로 건물의 예비개념설계 모델을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • The present study was conducted to determine whether ESCO Business is success or not. ESCO Business recovers the investment costs by the energy savings resulting from complementing existing energy facilities. The guaranteed parameters are Quantity of Heat Recovery, and Generator output drop. The results of the Performance Test show that the Quantity of Heat Recovery increased by 11.52 Gcal/h, and Generator output decreased by 0.234 MW, which satisfied the guarantee value.

  • 저비용, 고효율, 안정적 수급이 가능한 전력 에너지원이 요구되면서 석탄이 새로운 에너지원으로 급부상하게 됨에 따라 차세대 친환경 석탄화력 발전기술인 IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) 발전 시스템 의 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 석탄가스화 공정(IGCC: integrated coal gasification combined cycle)은 석탄을 가스화한 후 이를 이용하여 복합발전소를 운전하는 발전기술로서 석탄을 고온, 고압아래에서 수소와 일산화탄소를 주성분으로 한 합성가스로 전환한 뒤 합성가스 중에 포함 된 분진과 황 화합물 등 유해물질을 제거하고 천연가스와 유사한 수준으로 정제하여 전기를 생산하는 친환경 발전 기술이다.

  • 최근 국내 대부분의 원자력 발전소 2차 계통 중 복수 탈염설비의 운전 시 pH를 제어하기 위해 에탄올아민(Ethanolamine, ETA)를 사용하고 있으나 ETA를 적용한 후 발생하는 폐수에 의한 방류수의 화학적 산소요구량(COD) 및 총 질소(TN)의 증가는 심각한 환경적인 문제를 발생 시킨다. ETA가 강이나 하천과 같은 수계로 유입되면 자연적으로 생분해되기 힘들고, 분해부산물이 증가되어 수질을 악화시킬 수도 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 폐경석, 제강슬래그, 저회를 혼합하여 제올라이트화(zeolitization)과정을 통해 새로운 형태의 저비용, 고효율의 ETA 처리용 복합흡착제를 제조하였다. 최적의 흡착 및 이온교환능력을 갖는 복합흡착제는 폐경석, 제강슬래그 및 저회의 혼합조성비를 Mixture Analysis 통계법을 통해 도출하였다.

  • This study was conducted on combined cycle power plant consisting of HRSG with integral deaerator type to avoid tube failures of low pressure evaporator tubes. Based on the observation of pH variation at the discharge of boiler feed water pump by continuous pH measurement for a period of time, it was identified that pH of feed water is getting reduced as ammonia is distributed into vapor and liquid depending on the distribution ratio of ammonia in the LP drum after the deaerator. To solve this problem, the counterplan was prepared by reexamination of ammonia injection point and quantity. In conclusion, it was accomplished that 9.2~9.6 is the optimized pH range for boiler feed water by arranging additional piping for ammonia to inject directly to LP drum.

  • The solution was developed for the maintenance decision support of combined cycle power plant gas turbine. The developed solution was applied to MHI501G gas turbine and is, in present, on the process of field test at GUNSAN combined cycle power plant, South Korea. The developed solution provides the calculated result of optimal overhaul maintenance period through following modules: Real Time Performance Monitoring, Model-Based Diagnostics, Performance Trend Analysis, Optimal Overhaul Maintenance Interval, Compressor Washing Period Management, and Blade Path Temperature Analysis. Model-Based Diagnostics module analyzed the differences between the data of gas turbine performance model and the online measurement. Compressor washing management module suggests the optimal point of balancing between the compressor performance and the maintenance cost.

  • A new packet extraction program is presented to extract communication packet between a server and clients. The extracted packet source is used to develope a special driver to access general clients to the server. The proposed scheme employs a relay server to take a specified packet among a large number of packets on the same network. The proposed method is tested in PMS (Plant Management System) sewer and ProDAS (Process Data Aquisition and Analysis System) in a combined cycle power plant. The developed scheme can be applied for extracting a specified communication packet between the general server and client.
