  • FLL 회로는 측정된 신호를 voltage to current converter를 거쳐 feedbak coil에 인가함으로써 외부 자장을 상쇄하여 SQUID의 동작점을 원점으로 회귀시켜 선형 구간을 유지하도록 하는 역할을 한다. FLL회로의 동자 범위와 특성을 분석하기 위해서는 일반적인 time-delayed feedback 회로와 사용된 OP amp의 slew rate, filter 의 amplitude 및 위상 특성, SQUID의 critical current, pickup coil 및 SQUID의 inductance 등 다양한 파라미터를 고려하여야 한다. 이러한 SQUID 회로의 복합적인 특성을 SQUID 에뮬레이터를 사용함으로써 FLL 회로를 손쉽게 설계할 수 있고, 또한 회로의 최적화도 쉽게 이를 수 있다. 또한 초전도에서 동작하는 SQUID 나 자기 차폐실이 없어도 FLL 회로 등을 개발할 수 있기 때문에 생체자기시스템의 개발 초기 단계에 널리 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문의 목적은 FLL을 포함한 SQUID 제어 회로를 SQUID 센서와 분리하기 위한 방법을 제안하는 것으로 자기적으로 coupling되어 있는 feedback 회로를 회로적으로 addition을 수행하게 함으로써 SQUID와 분리하여 회로의 동작 및 특성을 측정할 수 있다.

  • This paper presents the structure and performance of a new Integrated magnetics-based transformer, which can be readily adapted to zero-voltage switching full bridge dc-to-dc converters. The proposed transformer features with two paralleled primary windings and a center-tapped secondary winding. The transformer can be fabricated on standard EE or EI cores where the primary and secondary windings are placed on the outer legs while the output filter inductor is wound on the middle leg. The performance of the proposed transformer is demonstrated with a 100 kHz 720 W experimental dc-to-dc converter which recorded a 92% conversion efficiency at 12 V output voltage.

  • The optimal operation of the water purification plant can be carried out only when the required flow rate is supplied in a timely manner using the minimum electrical energy by accurately predicting the pattern and amount of tap water used in the consumer. In order to ensure the stability of tap water production and supply, a system that can be pre-verified before applying AI-based composite sensors to the water purification plant was established to derive complementary matters through the pre-verification model for each composite sensor and improve the quality and operation stability of the composite sensor data.

The Relationships between Stress and ADL in Elderly Living Alone (융합시대의 일 지방 독거노인의 일상생활동작과 스트레스)

  • This study was to identify the relationships between activities of daily living(ADL) and stress by health characteristics in elderly living alone. A total of 260 subjects were selected through convenient sampling. Data were collected with a self-reported questionnaire from October 20 to November 20, 2014. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficients. Differences in ADL and stress according to health characteristics were as follows. ADL were significantly different according to problem of dietary habits. drinking, unsuitable health care, management groups. Stress were significantly different according to stress and availability and drug abuse. There was a negative correlation between ADL and stress. The findings of this study may be useful in understanding the health status of elderly living alone and developing more specific programs about ADL and stress control. Getting older, with the change in weight and chronic diseases, as the elderly living alone are indisposed with ADL, the applicatiom of physical activity programs and a stress management strategy is required.

  • As embedded system are used widely and variously, multi-edge system, which multiple edges gather and perform complex operations together, is actively operating. In a multi-edge system, it often occurs that an abnormal operation at one edge is transferred to another edge or the entire system goes down. It is necessary to determine and control edge anomalies in order to prevent system down, but this can be a heavy burden on the resource-limited edge. As a solution to this, we use power consumption data to check the state of the edge device and transmit it based on a QRcode to check and control errors at the server. The architecture proposed in this paper is implemented using 'chip-whisperer' to measure the power consumption of the edge and 'Raspberry Pi 3' to implement the server. As a result, the proposed architecture server showed successful data transmission and error determination without additional load appearing at the edge.

Comparison of the effect of Action Observational training and Task-oriented training on Upper Limb Function and activities of daily living in People with Chronic stroke (만성 뇌졸중환자의 상지 기능 및 일상생활동작에 동작관찰훈련과 과제지향훈련의 효과 비교)

  • This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of action-observational training and task-oriented training on upper limb function and activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke hemiparesis. This study included 12 voluntary participants with post-stroke hemiparesis. Subjects were randomly assigned to either group 1 or group 2, with 6 in each group. Each subject completed the crossover experiment that comprised of action-observational training (A) and task-oriented training (B). The intervention sequence was A-B for the group 1 and B-A for the group 2. Each training was performed for 30 min a day, 5 times a week for 2 weeks (total experimental period of 4 weeks). Assessments were made using the Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) thrice: at baseline, after 2 weeks of intervention, and after 4 weeks of intervention. The results showed that the WMFT and MBI scores significantly improved after the completion of each training (p<.05). Therefore, a determination of the superior training method was difficult. The effect sizes of both groups were greater when performed the action-observational training. The findings suggest that both the action-observational training and task-oriented training may be helpful in improving the upper limb function and activities of daily living for patients with post-stroke hemiparesis, and support the clinical feasibility of the action-observational training.

  • Biomechanical analysis of arm motion during steering was performed using a motion analysis technique. Three-dimensional position data for each part of arm are fed into an interactive model combining a musculoskeletal arm model and the mechanical steering system to calculate joint angles and torques using inverse kinematic and dynamic analyses, respectively. The analysis shows that elbow pronation/supination, wrist flexion/extension, shoulder adduction/abduction, and shoulder flexion/extension have significant magnitudes. Sensitivity analysis of the arm joint motion with respect to seating posture and steering wheel configuration is carried out to investigate the qualitative influence of the seating posture and driver's seat configuration on the steering behavior.

Development of a Personal Compound Stimulus Device for Skin-care (개인용 피부미용 복합자극기 개발)

  • Recently, the market of skin-care device has been steadily growing up. In this paper, we tried to develop a personal compound stimulus device more competitive than existing products. As the compound stimulus, biochemical stimulus of herbal extraction fluid, thermal stimulus of plate-shaped carbon fiber heater, and optical stimulus of near infrared LED were selected. By some evaluation tests, the thermal stimulation part and the optical stimulation part were found to be developed properly. Additionally, the efficacy of the mixed stimulus of thermal and optical stimulation was tested in C2C12 mouse myoblast. Through RT-PCR analysis, it was found that, by the developed compound stimulus, the expression of collagen I mRNA and collagen III mRNA increased by 4.9 and 1.3 times respectively.

  • In this paper, the system modeling and multi-agent control algorithm in isolated wind hybrid power systems are proposed. The multi-agent control is a new type of the hybrid control method that is made up of wind turbine, diesel generator, battery, and dumpload. Fourteen different modes of operations of the wind hybrid power system are performed by wind speed changes and the SOC of battery. Simulation results show that the efficient operations under various wind variations in isolated wind hybrid power systems can be obtained using proposed algorithms.

ZnO/PMMA 나노복합소재와 $C_{60}$ 층과 결합하여 제작한 유기 쌍 안정성 소자의 메모리 성능 향상

  • 유기 쌍안정성 소자는 비휘발성 기억 소자 중에서 구조가 간단하고 제작비용이 저렴하며 유연성을 가지기 때문에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 현재 유기물/무기물 나노복합소재를 사용하여 소자 성능 향상이 기억소자의 성능 향상을 위하여 여러 가지 유기물/무기물 나노복합소재를 사용하여 제작한 유기 쌍안정성 소자가 유연성을 가진 비휘발성 기억소자로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ZnO 나노입자를 포함한 PMMA 복합층을 사용하여 제작한 유기 쌍안정성 기억소자를 제작하여 메모리 특성을 조사하였다. 이와 더불어 활성층에 효과적인 전하주입을 위하여 전극과 PMMA/ZnO 층 사이에 $C_{60}$ 층을 삽입한 구조를 가진 메모리 소자의 성능 향상에 대하여 연구하였다. Indium tin oxide 가 증착된 유리 기판위에 $C_{60}$ 층을 스핀코팅 방법으로 적층하였다. 1 wt% ZnO 나노입자와 1 wt% PMMA를 혼합하여 스핀코팅 방법으로 $C_{60}$ 층 위에 박막을 형성하였다. 그리고, 전극으로 Al을 열증착으로 형성하였다. $C_{60}$ 층이 있는 유기 쌍안정성 기억 소자와 $C_{60}$ 층이 없는 두 가지의 소자에 대하여 전류-전압 (I-V) 특성을 측정하여 각각의 소자에서의 전류 히스테리시스 현상이 발생하는 원인을 규명하였다. I-V 특성 결과와 전자적 구조를 사용하여 유기 쌍안정성 소자에서의 쓰기, 지우기 및 읽기 동작에 대한 과정을 설명하였다. 두 소자의 I-V 특성을 비교하므로 $C_{60}$ 층을 사용하여 유기 쌍안정성 소자의 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 $C_{60}$ 층을 사용하여 제작된 유기 쌍안정성 소자의 성능이 향상된 원인을 규명하였다.
