According to industrialization and urbanization, the complex cultural space have been developed for residents within a region. Focusing on these changes, we wanted to find out what functions the complex cultural space have and how these functions affect the customer's perceived value and revisit intention of customers. This study have a purpose to help the local government and the corporation who manage the complex cultural space to build operation strategy by utilizing the function of the complex cultural space. To this end, a questionnaire was compiled based on a literature study related to a complex cultural space, and data was collected. It was analyzed using SPSS Win Ver. 22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, it was found that the function of the complex cultural space had some significant influence on customer's perceived value and intention to revisit. and showed how each function had a an influence on customer's perceived value and on re-visiting intention. This study has significance in that it can contribute to the local government and the corporations' operation strategy and management direction of the complex cultural space. And it will contribute to the study of the complex cultural space's macro role as e tool of regional revitalization.

본 연구는 관절가동범위 및 근력강화운동, 반복적인 과제-지향적 활동으로 구성된 복합운동프로그램을 뇌졸중 환자에게 2년 4개월 동안 적용하여 상지 기능 및 균형 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 뇌졸중으로 인한 좌측 편마비 증상을 보이는 68세 여성으로 매 회기 1시간씩, 주 3회, 2년 4개월 동안 복합운동프로그램을 수행하였다. 대상자의 상지 기능은 브론스트롬의 손 회복 단계와 상지 회복단계, Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function, 뇌졸중 상지기능검사로, 균형 능력은 Tinetti Gait & Balance Scale로 평가하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 상지 기능과 균형 능력이 유지 및 향상 되었다. 이를 통하여 만성 뇌졸중 환자에서 상지 및 균형 능력의 유지 및 증진을 위한 지속적인 복합 운동프로그램 수행의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently, due to the location of residential complexes in commercial areas of large cities, the urban function is shifting from commercial to residential.In order to improve the use volume system in the commercial area of Daejeon Metropolitan City, the system of special and metropolitan cities was compared and analyzed, and problems were derived by analyzing 8 cases. First, use classification of mixed-residential buildings, Second, unbalance of urban planning for functional loss of commercial area, Thrid, damage on urban environment due to difference of development density. Accordingly, improvement measures include First, securing the ratio of residential function and mixed use at least 10%, Second, securing urban competitiveness by inducing facilities that combine various uses and functions. The overall floor area ratio of housing is applied, Third, the development density is presented through the establishment of the district unit plan and consultation.

The mixed-use concept definition, this study reveals, is that the mixing three or more major types of urban uses implements for economical, social and environmental values in our urban space. With this definition the study explores Seoul's mixed-use phenomenon. The quantification method, the study uses, is the relative entropy which calculate the balance of each urban use in a certain area. The relative entropy method, also known as the LUM(land-use mix score), uses three urban-use categories which is derived from the mixed-use concept definition. Hundreds of building-use types in the building regulations are categorized and calculate the LUM of Seoul's legal-status neighborhoods. The result interpreted as the criteria of Seoul's mixed-use phenomenon and categorize mixed land-use status in a certain value: 'non mixed-use' category has a value 0.631 and below, 'unbalanced mixed-use' category has a value between 0.631 and 0.884, 'balanced mixed-use' category has a value between 0.884 and 0.991 and 'complete mixed-use' category has a value 0.991 and over.

본 논문에서는 기존에 구현된 CASE(Computer Aided Software Engineering) 도구인 OODesigner 에 OLE/COM 기술을 이용하여 복합문서 지원 기능을 추가로 구현한 연구 결과에 대하여 논한다. OLE 컨테이너 기능을 구현함으로써 OODesigner는 다른 소프트웨어에 의해 만들어진 문서 객체를 포함하여 복합문서를 작성할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 구현된 복합문서 지원 기능을 갖는 OODesigner는 윈도시스템에서 실행되는 각종 응용 프로세스와 상호 협동 작용을 하며 수행될 수 있기 때문에 기존의 CASE 도구가 지원하지 못하는 유용한 문서화 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 즉 객체 지향 관련 설계 문서의 내용을 OODesigner로 편집함과 동시에 OLE 기능을 지원하는 각종 서버 소프트웨어를 연결하여 수행함으로써 일관성 있고 편리한 문서화 작업을 수행할 수 있다.

Smart appliances with multi-media and telecommunication equipments provide users complicated convenience functions. On the contrary, 8-bit controller-based low performance electronics still cannot afford such multimedia and telecommunication. If we find a way to have low-end electronics connected and provide complicated functions, they can be also made "smart". Fortunately, 8-bit controllers used in low-end appliances have UART, which can be connected to any of BlueTooth, Wi-Fi and ZigBee communication modules which can, in turn, communicate with smart devices. Any communication module can be attached to the low-end electronics due to the variety of smart devices' connectivity at the other side. Although the convenience functions seem complicated, they are actually macros in a script form composed of micro commands which implement the base functions of appliances. Since the kinds of the base functions are not that many, the low-end electronic appliances will become "smart" if their control program can be extended to execute sequentially the micro commands in any combination. Such simple innovation has not seen the world, until now due to the overhead of the additionally required hardware such as display devices and buttons. The high-quality display and touch screen functionalities of smart devices can replace the required hardware, and remove the overhead completely. In fact, the low-end appliances become smart as if an "evolution kit" is newly equipped.

This study developed a occupational therapy convergent activity program to provide dementia patients admitted to the daytime ward, and investigated the program's effect on the hand and cognitive functions and instrumental activities of daily living. A total of 34 dementia patients were divided into two groups: a convergent occupational therapy program and medication were provided for 17 patients, and medication alone was provided for a control group of 17. The intervention was performed for 24 weeks, 8 times per week, 192 times in total. A handgrip strength test was performed to examine hand function before and after the intervention, and the MMSE-K and GDS were performed to evaluate cognitive function. In addition, the K-IADL was used to assess instrumental activities of daily living. With intervention, the experimental group showed significant improvements in hand and cognitive function and instrumental activities of daily living. In contrast, the control group did not show improvements in hand and cognitive function or instrumental activities of daily living. In conclusion, the study showed that a convergent/integrated activity program for occupational therapy has a positive effect on hand and cognitive function as well as instrumental activities of daily living.
