The recent trend shows that the number of internet users among older adults and their level of the ability to use internet have been increased. The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenon of senior information technology. Using qualitative descriptive method, this study aims to explore how and in which context older adults use internet. It also aims to address the nature and the outcomes of elderly people's use of internet in their daily lives. In-depth interviews with 16 older participants were analyzed with qualitative content analysis and constant comparison method. The finding shows as follows: (1) agonies felt by the "ambiguous" age group in the modern society, (2) the analogue generation joining the digital, (3) daily changes according to the internet use, (4) senior information technology and its flip side of coin. Based on the research findings, implications for senior information policy are addressed in three ways: promoting productive use of internet among older adults, meeting their health-related concerns using internet, and finding ways to integrate the idea of humanities into senior information technology.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

급속하게 변화되는 IT서비스에 적극적으로 대응하고, 효율적인 IT서비스의 관리 운영을 위하여 정보화기관에 최적화된 통합 IT서비스관리 모델을 수립하여 운용할 필요가 있다. 이에 기술관리 중심의 IT운영에서 프로세스 중심으로의 새로운 IT서비스관리를 위한 정보화 업무 처리 및 관리 프로세스의 재정립이 필요하며, 운영조직과 정보시스템간의 유기적인 관리를 위해서 선진화된 국제 IT서비스 운영 모델인 ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)에 기반한 IT서비스의 체계적인 관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K기관의 통합 IT서비스 관리 모델 수립 사례를 통해서 정보화기관을 대상으로 효과적인 정보서비스 제공 및 고객만족을 위한 IT서비스 관리 규정, 지침에 따른 베스트프랙티스 적용 및 프로세스 개선, ITSM(Information Technology Service Management, IT 서비스 관리) 구축 과정에 대한 사례 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 ITSM 시스템 구축 시 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있는 이론적 기반을 제시한다.

본 연구는 장애인생활시설에서의 정보화에 대한 고찰이다. 정규 시각장애인학교와 장애인생활시설의 시각장애인 교육환경의 비교하기 위하여 대전의 한 장애인생활시설을 선정하고. 장애인생활시설에 몸담고 있는 원생의 유형별, 연령별 인원현황, 연령별 교사현황, 컴퓨터 보유현황, 원생의 주간교육 일정, 시각장애인용 기자재 보유현황 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 시각장애자에게 있어서 정보화의 기초가 되는 점자 숙지자가 많지 않아 점자교육의 확대가 필요하였고, 정규학교와 달리 컴퓨터교육에 필요한 기자재가 턱없이 부족하여 학습의 환경조성이 시급한 상황이었다. 또한, 교사 중 일부만이 사회복지나 특수교육을 전공하였고, 컴퓨터를 전공한 사람은 단 한 명도 없었다. 그 이유는 아직 장애인 생활시설의 교사채용기준은 법으로 규정되어 있지 않고 생활시설의 교사에 대한 처우가 일반학교의 교사에 대한 처우에 못 미치는 상황이어서 전공자의 임용지원이 많지 않기 때문이었다. 장애인 생활시설에서 정보화 촉진을 위해 정부의 지원을 바탕으로 한 기자재의 확충과 꾸준한 교육연수를 통한 전문지식인의 양성과 그에 걸 맞는 물리적, 사회적 대우를 통하여 원생들에게 질 높은 교육환경을 제공하는 것이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

In Welfare Center for the disabled, under the Government's information acceleration plan, the computer system has been developed starting from work standardization in 2001 but it has been emphasized only on the technical and customer convenience side leaving out preparation for the side effects of them. Therefore this article will seek the necessity of personal information protection, legal basis in the Welfare Center for the disabled. Additionally after analyzing current status for the personal security of Welfare Center for the disabled, establishing an alternative plan for personal security policy's way could be addressed. Increasing education for awareness stress of personal information security, and preparing institutional protection apparatus from applying life cycle of personal information would be an alternative plan for personal information protection for Welfare Center for the disabled. Also frequent monitoring of accessing personal information from the computerized system should be achieved. It is impossible to recover damage caused by leak of personal information although post actions are progressed. From this essay, awareness of personal information protection should be newly revised for both the Social Welfare Organization and the Disabled welfare center, and also technical, institutional strategy's action should be arranged.

Various phenomenons which were not existed before came into being and related problems are increasing as the society became more complex in these days. The social welfare should consider more diversified aspects in this complicated society. We are already living in the information society that can not survive without computers and the internet, and living in the personalized society with the progression of 1 person households. Therefore modern society needs social welfare realization methods which are reflecting the progression of 1 person households and characteristics of the information society. It is different with the previous social welfare formats and it would become an efficient social welfare realization method. How computer games can contribute to social welfare of the modern society is described in this paper.

The digital network system is one of the most important features in the resent hospital buildings. This study is to lay out a guideline of architectural planning according to the hospitals with digital network system. First, this study develops the concept of hospital building digital network system and reports the survey results of domestic general hospitals for this matter. Required spaces by digital network system in general hospital are classified into two categories. One is equipment room, main equipment room and a telecommunication closet, to accommodate network facilities. The other is the spaces related with medical information, medical archives and the department of radiology, because digital network system makes a change the form and use of information. In result, this study proposes models for each equipment room and raises the possibility of size change of information-spaces.

본격적인 정보화시대를 맞아 정부에서는 정보화사회를 조기에 구현, 정착시키고자 행정,금융, 교육/연구, 국방, 복지등 5개 분야에 걸친 국가 기간망 구축사업을 위시하여 각종 정보화 정책 및 사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국가정보화사회를 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서는 그의 인프라(Infra)인 지역별 정보화가 추진되어야 한다. 지역정보화는 이제 국가정보화사회를 구현하는데 필수적으로 거쳐야 할 중간단계로 인식되고 있다. 충북지역에서도 청주/청원 지역을 정보화의거점으로 삼아 지역데이타베이스를 구축하고 이를 공중통신망에 접속하여 주민들이 가정이나 직장에서 컴퓨터 단말기를 통하여 필요한 정보를 검색하고,주민간 상호정보교류는 물론 의견이나 제안을 해당 기관 및 단체에 알릴 수 있는 본격적인 지역정보통신 시대를 개막하고자 하는 계획을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 지역정보란 개념과 범위가 방대하고 이용집단에 따라 정보 수요가 다양한 차이를 보일 수 있기 때문에 단번에 지역의 모든 집단의 정보수요를 충족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축한다는 것은 불가능한 것이다. 따라서 지역 데이터베이스는 단계적이며 일관성을 유지한 추진 계획과 지속적인 구축노력이 필수적이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 소고에서는 정보항목별 데이터베이스 구축의 우선순위를 파악하고 데이비스의 기술수용모델을 중심으로 사용자에 대한 기술 수용태도를 알아보기 위해 검증을 시도하였다.
