In this aspect it examines to relate terms and regulations for digital information and online transmission. And it reviews information center's role and copyright law of the document delivery service in the digital environment.

PC 사용의 증가로 많은 아이템들이 디지털화 되어 사용되고 있다. 복제되어도 그 질이 떨어지지 않는다는 특성을 디지털 콘텐츠는 불법적으로 복제되어 사용 유포되고 있다. 이로 인해 많은 콘텐츠 제공자들은 지적 재산권의 피해를 보고 있어서 DRM 기술이 연구, 개발되고 있다. DRM 기술은 콘텐츠를 암호화하여 허가된 사용자들에게만 사용권을 주는 기술인데 이 기술을 적용하기 위해서 암호화 키의 분배가 필수적이다. 기존의 DRM 시스템은 PKI를 적용하여 키 분배를 하고 있는데 PKI를 적용하면 키 분배를 위해서 복잡한 사전 작업이 필요하고 처리시간도 만만치 않다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 폰을 이용한 복호화 키 분배 시스템을 설계한다.

최근 초고속 통신망을 이용한 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래가 활발해지고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 전자 소프트웨어 유통(ESD:Electronic Software Distribution)은 많은 연구의 대상이 되고 있다[1]. 하지만 기존의 모델들은 실질적인 불법복제방지와 저작권보호에 미흡하고 익명성의 보장이 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적으로 저작권을 보호하고 구매자의 익명성을 보장하기 위한 ESD 서버를 설계하였다. 제안된 기법은 익명을 원하는 구매자에 대한 정보를 판매자에게 제공하지 않으면서도 불법적인 복제와 유통을 억제한다. 또한 기존의 시리얼넘버(Serial Number)입력방식과 별도의 사용권 설치방식을 지양함으로써 사용자에게 보다 편리한 환경을 제공한다.

Recently, as the number of entities participating in the Grid system increased, the response time of LDAP system became inadequate. Consequently, we have to design new LDAP that suitable for high performance Grid environments. For this, researches about analysis of performance LDAP system are needed firstly. However, because researches are focused mostly on read operation optimized environments, so these result of researches are not directly applied to high performance Grid environments that write operation occupies most. In this paper, we provide overall results of analysis of performance of LDAP system with respect to number of node, query arrival rate, probability of read and so on. The analysis is based on in analytic performance model by applying the M/M/1 queuing model. Finally, based on the results, we suggest the direction for the design of high performance LDAP system and this research results can be applied as basic materials to design of GIS in high performance Grid environments as well as.

초기 저작권(copyright)은 낱말 뜻 그대로 카피할 권리(right to copy), 즉 복사권을 의미했다. 그러나 IT의 발전과 더불어 방송권, 영화 판권 등이 이에 포함됐으며, 새로운 이용방법의 발달과 더불어 대여권이 저작권의 내용으로 논의되기에 이르렀다. 이렇듯 저작권은 사이버스페이스의 등장과 더불어 확장일로에 있으며 새로운 해석과 개념정립이 요구되고 있다. 특히 최근의 기술발전은 정보의 이동이 지리적 한계를 갖지 않으며 거래 비용의 문제도 거의 무시할 정도가 됐다. 이는 정보 중심의 사회로 가는 견인차 역할을 하고 있는 IT의 발전으로 가능해진 것이다. 그러나 IT의 발달은 소프트웨어의 불법복제 등으로 인한 창작의욕 및 산업 발전에 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로도 작용하고 있다. 최근 들어 정보화사회로 나아가면서 지적재산권의 개념은 정보 자체를 보호대상으로 하기 위해 본질적인 면까지 바꾸면서 정보재산권으로 발전하고 있다. 여기서는 사이버스페이스에서 논의되고 있는 저작권의 개념과 환경의 변화를 검토한다.

인터넷 전자상거래 시장의 성장에 따라 디지털 상품에 대한 온라인 판매가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 상품 온라인 유통 체계는 저작권 및 사용자 사용권을 제대로 보장해 주지 못하고 있다. 디지털 상품 중에서도 가장 큰 이슈인 MP3 미디어 데이터는 불법 재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 놓여 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 동적 사용권 관리 기술을 활용한 효율적인 MP3 미디어 데이터 온라인 유통 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용권 보호를 원하는 사용자와 저작권 및 불법 재생과 배포의 차단을 원하는 저작사 및 지적 재산권 소유자의 요구 조건을 충족시켜 준다. 추가적으로 MP3 미디어 데이터의 불법 재생 및 배포를 차단할 수 있는 MP3 미디어 데이터 유통 시스템의 궁극적인 모델을 제시한다.

인터넷 기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 콘텐트는 인터넷 환경에서 이용 가능한 디지털 형태로 제작되어 활발하게 유통되고 있다. 향후 디지털 콘텐트의 유통 및 사용이 일반화 될 것이며, 콘텐트 유통시스템 구축이 매우 중요하게 될 것이다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 콘텐트 유통체계는 저작권 및 콘텐트 사용권, 불법재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 디지털 콘텐트 유통 시 개별적인 콘텐트를 보호 및 관리할 수 있는 기술이 필수적으로 요구되고, 저작권 보호 및 관리기술의 표준개발을 위하여 국내외 여러 표준화 단체들이 활발히 활동 중이다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐트 저작권 보호 및 관리기술을 검토하고 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

This study analyzed changes to copyright policies in KCI journals comparatively using the previous 2 research results published in 2008 and 2016 and then gave insight into the meaning of the changes. The results of the study are as follows: Journals making the subject of copyright public had increased from 34% in 2008 to 67% in 2016. Journals transferring copyright from authors remained almost the same, with only a slight increase from 90% to 91% in the same period. Journals using the term 'publication rights' instead of 'copyright' had decreased; on the other hand, journals using the term 'reproduction right' and 'right of transmission' had increased. Use of copyright transfer agreement had increased from 25% to 50%; on the other hand, self archiving policy remained almost the same, decreasing slightly from 13% to 12%. This study argues that these changes mean the establishment of copyright industrialization for Korean journals and that the publishing bodies appear to be the most powerful main agent among stakeholders participating in scholarly publishing in this process.

In recent years, e-Commerce is very active on the Internet, especially the World Wide Web along with the popularization of Internet using high-speed networks. Especially, Electronic Software Distribution(ESD) is widely being focused as one of the popular researches. However, the existing models of ESD lack substantial illegal copy protection or copyright protection as they have the shortcomings of guaranteeing anonymity of users. This study suggests an ESD protocol that guarantees substantial copyright protection and anonymity based on the Public Key Infrastrncture(PKl). The suggested method does not give the information of a buyer who doesn't want to reveal to a seller, and protects illegal copy and distribution as well. When it happens that illegal copies are in circulation, this method provides a device to trace back its original distributor so that it helps protect the copyright. In addition, it provides more convenient environment to the user by not using the methods of serial number input and extra installation to use.

This study aims to analyze the film "Never Let Me" by human value which is to be realized in the social structure suppressed by the power of life and the power of discipline in Foucault 's power theory. After 18century having changed monarch power holding the power of life-and-death that enforced corporal punishment, bio-power that corrected body and granted ability suitable discipline to people makes people worked like machine. In control of the bio-power, human achieved safe desire that cure disease and prolong life-span and worked as producer goods. School controls body and make people internalized rule using discipline for working bio-power efficiently. There is differentiation between this movie and the other about human clone. The clones adapt role as organ donator without resistance and there is no conflict between original and copy. Instead of preexistence novel and movie that is set in future, it is a form of past retrospect from the 1970s to 1990s. having emotions, They find independence ego and realize value of life in finite living by depending relation or undergoing loss.
