전자 상거래가 활성화되면서 네트워크를 이용한 상품의 구매가 점점 증가하고 있다. 현재 전자 상거래에 이용되는 대부분의 상품은 하드웨어가 주를 이루고 있다. 소프트웨어의 온라인 판매는 물류비용이 없고 수익성이 높은 장점을 가지고 있지만 불법 복제 문제 때문에 현재 전자 상거래에서는 기피상품으로 취급받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용권 관리 기술을 이용하여 소프트웨어의 불법 복제를 막을 수 있는 소프트웨어 온라인 판매 기술을 소개한다.

최근 초고속 통신망을 이용한 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래가 활발해지고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 전자 소프트웨어 유통(ESD:Electronic Software Distribution)은 많은 연구의 대상이 되고 있다[1]. 하지만 기존의 모델들은 실질적인 불법복제방지와 저작권보호에 미흡하고 익명성의 보장이 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 익명서의 보장을 위한 ESD 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 익명을 원하는 구매자에 대한 정보를 판매자에게 제공하지 않으면서도 불법적인 복제와 유통을 억제한다. 또한 기존의 시리얼넘버(Serial Number)입력방식과 별도의 사용권 설치방식을 지양함으로써 사용자에게 보다 편리한 환경을 제공한다.

관련 기술의 발달로 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법적인 복제 및 배포가 급속하게 확산됨에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 불법복제방지 및 저작권 보호 관리를 위한 DRM 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 또한, 디지털 콘텐츠시장의 가파른 성장으로 인하여 이와 밀접한 관련이 있는 DRM기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근의 DRM 기술과 관련하여 국내외동향 및 특허출원현황, 그리고 앞으로 DRM의 전망에 대해 알아보기로 한다.

Much attention has been paid to the copyright law revised and proclaimed on July 1, 2000 on the ground that the law embraces digital medium environments. The transmission right added to the economic rights takes into account the fact that limitless cyber space represented by the Internet came to be pervasive. This is based on a lot of exhausting conflicts between those with copyrights and Internet users. The area of publication is badly afflicted in this sense, falling into confusion due to the miscomprehension of differences among the right of publication, the right of transmission and the right of reproduction. The term 'e-book' is not covered by relevant laws despite the widespread use of e-books. In this context, this study is designed to point to the necessity of dealing with the right of publication with the problems of the copyright law emphasized and to ask for the aggressive reflection of the concept of digital publication in the future revision of the copyright law.

본 고에서는 정보화사회로 이전하는 과정에 없어서는 안될 중요한 정보처리기술인 컴퓨터 소프트웨어와 관련된 기술을 지적재산권 즉 특허, 컴퓨터 프로그램 보호권, 저작권, 회로배치 설계권, 상표권 등의 지적재산권으로 어떻게 권리보호를 받아야 할 것인가를 살펴 보았다. 또한 이중에서 컴퓨터 프로그램 제도를 중심으로 주요국의 프로그램 보호제도의 상황과 우리나라의 프로그램 보호제도중 보호범위, 2차적프로그램의 개작기준, 프로그램 저작권, 복제의 범위, 프로그램 저작권 침해형태의 예시를 중점적으로 살펴보았고 아울러 프로그램 저작권 침해의 외국 판례기준을 토대로 살펴보았다.

Internet purchase is increasing according to the activation of Electronic Commerce. Currently, the hardware is main purchase items in the Electronic Commerce. The on-line purchase of digital product, that is electronic file type of product, has many merits such as, does not cost in logistics, is ease of searching the product, and is possible of 'Try and Buy' system. But, actually digital products have not been major product and Cause of its piracy problem. Therefore, the tchnology of digital rights management is focused within EC. The piracy problem of digital products comes from the lack of safety in DP license control technology. Current EC has no method to identify the object that has the right to use the digital product. The protecting of object change is impossible and the protection of hacking is not enough and EC has many problems in efficient license control because of the incompletion of EC structure. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of on-line circulation system, which can activate on-line circulation of MP3 digital data product in EC, by using the new license control technology, that is Dynamic License Control technology.

모바일 기기의 성능 향상과 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 활성화, 스마트폰 시장의 급속한 성장으로 모바일 쿠폰 시장 빠르게 활성화 되고 있으나 이로 인한 다양한 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 방지하고 일회성의 쿠폰 이외에 다회 이용 가능한 모바일 전자상품권 프로토콜을 제안한다. 동형암호를 적용하여 모바일 기기에서 암호화와 복호화 연산을 최소화하도록 설계하였으며, 쿠폰의 정보는 암호화되고 사용시마다 새로 생성되도록 하여 이중사용과 복제가 불가능 하도록 설계하였다.

This study was conducted to examine the development of in vitro fertilized (IVF) and nuclear transfer (NT) embryos following vitrification IVF and NT embryos developed to the blastocyst stage were equilibrated by 3 steps, vitrified and thawed, and their survival and hatching rates were examined. In IVF embryos, higher survival (82.1%, 96/117) and hatching rates (64.1%, 75/117) were obtained respectively after thawing and culture in expanded blastocysts compared to blastocysts (p<0.05). High survival and hatching rates were also obtained by vitrification of NT blastocysts, especially in expanded and hatching blastocysts (81.1 and 78.3%, respectively). The result of this study shows that IVF and NT blastocysts, especially late stage blastocysts, are successfully cryopreserved by vitrification.

In this article, we examined designer babies and bioethics, and we reviewed how Anna argued that she had the rights to her body through trial with parents. No matter what purpose a cloned human or designer baby was born with, it is worth being respected as the birth itself. After learning the secrets of his birth in Jodie Picoult's My Sister's Keeper, which is based on a designer baby, Anna falls into confusion of identity and sues parents who decide to transplant organs regardless of Anna's will. Anna argues that she has the right to make decisions about her own body and that even her parents can't disregard her opinions. Scientists should stop their research if using biotechnology to reproduce humans, such as designer babies and cloned humans, can destroy the natural order.
