Evaluation of Nonlinear Response for Moment Resisting Reinforced Concrete Frames Based on Equivalent SDOF System (등가 1 자유도계에 의한 철근콘크리트 모멘트 골조구조의 비선형 지진응답 평가법의 검토)

  • To evaluate the seismic performance of multistory building structures use an equivalent SDOF model to represent the resistance of the structure to deformation as it respond in its predominant mode. This paper presents a method of converting a MDOF system into an equivalent SDOF model. The principal objective of this investigation is to evaluate appropriateness of converting method through perform nonlinear time history analysis of a multistory building structures and an equivalent SDOF model. The hysteresis rules to be used an equivalent SDOF model is obtained from the pushover analysis. Comparing the peak inelastic response of a moment resisting reinforced concrete frames and an equivalent SDOF model, the adequacy and the validity of the converting method is verified. The conclusion of this study is following; A method of converting a MDOF system into an equivalent SDOF model through the nonlinear time history response analysis is valid. The representative lateral displacement of a moment resisting reinforced concrete frames is close to the height of the first modal participation vector \ulcorner$_1{\beta}$${_1{\mu}}=1$. It can be found that the hysteresis rule of an equivalent SDOF model have influence on the time history response. Therefore, it necessary for selecting hysteresis rules to consider hysteresis characteristics of a moment resisting reinforced concrete frames.

Physicochemical characteristics and sensory evaluation of bracken (Pteridium aquilinum) and Aster scaber dried by different methods (건조방법에 따른 고사리와 취나물의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성)

  • The changes in physicochemical characteristics and sensory evaluation of bracken (Pteridium aquilinum) and Aster scaber dried by different methods sun-dried, hot-air-dried and freeze-dried were investigated. The freeze-dried Aster scaber showed the lowest moisture content than those of sun-dried and hot-air-dried. Freeze-dried bracken and Aster scaber showed higher rehydration rate than sun-dried and hot-air-dried. In the color values, the freeze-dried bracken and Aster scaber had the highest $L^*$ value of 29.48 and 32.73, respectively, while freeze-dried Aster scaber showed the lowest $a^*$ value of -6.78. Rehydrated bracken and Aster scaber after freeze-dried were the highest value in $L^*$ and $b^*$, while the lowest in $a^*$ value. In sensory evaluation, freeze-dried bracken and Aster scaber showed the highest in color, appearance, flavor, texture and overall acceptability. There were no significant differences in texture between hot-air-dried bracken and freeze-dried bracken after rehydrating. However, freeze-dried bracken and Aster scaber were the highest in color, appearance, flavor and overall acceptability. In conclusion, freeze-dried bracken and Aster scaber showed the best rehydrated rate, color and sensory properties.

Nonlinear Analysis Model Considering Failure Mode of Unreinforced Masonry Wall (파괴모드를 고려한 비보강 조적벽체의 비선형 해석모델)

  • The final purpose of this study is to evaluate the seismic performance of unreinforced masonry (URM) building more accurately. For that, shear strength and hysteresis model considering failure mode of the URM wall were discussed. The shear strength of URM wall without openings could be calculated by determining on the minimum value between the rocking strength suggested by domestic research and the sliding strength suggested by FEMA. The wall having openings could be predicted properly by the FEMA method. And the nonlinear hysteresis models for flexural and shear behaviors considering failure mode were proposed. As the result of the nonlinear cyclic analysis that carried out using suggested models, these analysis models were proper to represent the seismic behavior of URM walls.

  • This paper deals with the magnetic forces of the combined levitation and guidance EDS(Electrodynamic Suspension) maglev system when the car bogie is tilted by the roll, pitch and yaw. The end effect on the magnetic forces are considered by calculating the air-gap flux without the assumptions for its pattern. Induced voltages and currents of the ground coils are given as results. The restoring torque due to roll, pitch and yaw of the bogie body are also examined. It has been shown that the end effect of the concentrically loaded vehicle are not negligible and the combined EDS is stable maglev system against disturbing forces.

건조 조건에 따른 돈육 육포의 품질 특성에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 돈육 후지 부위를 이용하여 건조조건을 달리하여 제조한 돈육 육포의 이화학적, 미생물학적 특성 및 관능적 특성을 조사하여 더 좋은 품질의 육포 제조방법을 확립하기 위하여 실시되었다. 전체적으로 역계단식으로 제조하는 방법이 수분함량, 건조수율, 연도 및 관능적 측면에서 좋은 평가를 받았으며, 재수화를 통한 복원력도 우수하였다. 반면에 일반적으로 시중에서 유통되는 육포의 제조법은 위생적인 측면에서 효과는 있었으나 그 차이는 미미하였고, 오히려 제품의 품질 면에서 낮은 평가를 받았기 때문에 역계단식($72^{\circ}C$(90분)${\to}$$65^{\circ}C$(60분)${\to}$$55^{\circ}C$(60분))으로 제조하는 방법이 우수한 품질의 육포를 생산할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야겠다.

고감쇠 면진베어링을 이용한 지진응답 감소

  • 본 논문에서는 복잡한 Hysteretic 복원력-변형률 특성을 갖는 고감쇠 면진베어링에 대한 Hysteretic bi-linear 모델을 사용하여 비교적 해의 정확성을 보장할 수 있는 Runge-Kutta 방법으로 지진해석을 위한 공식을 유도하였다. 그리고 Hysteretic bi-linear 모델을 사용한 면진베어링의 응답해석결과로부터 등가선형모델을 구하여 각각의 모델에 대한 지진응답 특성들을 비교분석하였다. 고감쇠 면진베어링을 전형적인 경수로원자로모델에 적용한 결과 면진구조물은 비면진 구조물에 비하여 가속도응답이 크게 감소함을 알 수가 있었다. 또한 면진베어링의 Hysteretic bi-linear 모델을 사용한 지진응답해석은 등가선형모델에 비하여 최대 변위응답특성은 유사하나 가속도응답은 크게 나타났다.

  • Images acquired by a digital X-ray imaging system are inherently degraded due to system degradation process and additive noise sources. The system degradation in image quality is typically described as the system response function characterized by the modulation transfer function (MTF) and the noise term described as the noise power spectrum (NPS). In this case, we can restore the blur image as close as possible to the original image by using modified filtering designed for digital imaging system, as we know more precisely about the MTF and the NPS. In this paper, by performing simulation, we tried to restore blurred images taken from a digital X-ray imaging system based upon conventional filtering techniques such as a direct-inverse filtering, limited-inverse filtering, or a Wiener filtering, and evaluated the characteristics of the image restoration.

Characteristics as Pulp and Papermaking Resources of Paper-mulberry (B. kazinoki) woods in Jeolla-do Region with Identically Genetic Marker (유전형질이 동일한 전라도지역 닥나무의 펄프제지 자원으로써의 특성)

  • 뽕나무과(Moraceae) 닥나무속(Broussonetia)의 품종에 대한 국내 연구동향으로는 잎의 성상이나 암꽃의 포길이, 엽신의 폭과 같은 수목학 분수학적 관점으로 특징을 파악하기 때문에 구분이 어려운 실정이다. 또한 닥나무(Broussonetia kazinoki Siebold)와 꾸지나무[Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) $L^{\prime}H{\acute{e}}r.$ ex Vent.]의 수목학적 특징이 유사하여 오동정의 사례가 발생하기도 한다. 닥나무의 향명은 다양하게 불리지만 그 분류기준은 명확하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 총 4개 마커(ITS, matK, trnL-F, ndhF)의 염기서열 분석과 분자계통학적 분류를 통해 닥나무와 꾸지나무의 교잡종으로 확인된 전라도지역 닥나무 8개체에 대하여 펄프제지 자원으로써의 특성을 확인하였다. 8개체 인피섬유의 형태학적 특징인 섬유장, 섬유폭, 섬유 내강(Lumen)폭을 통해 Runkel ratio, Slenderness ratio, Flexibility coefficient, Rigidity coefficient를 도출하고 종이의 기계적 강도, 내절도와의 상관관계, 섬유와 섬유간의 결합력 등을 예측하였다. 상기와 같은 연구결과는 유전형질이 동일한 전라도지역 닥나무의 형태학적 특성을 통해 펄프제지 공정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 인자들을 분석 하였다. 이러한 특성에 따라 다양한 품질의 종이를 제조 할 수 있는 기초 자료로 제공될 것이다.

Correlation Analysis between Growth and Environmental Characteristics in Abeliophyllum distichum Habitats (미선나무 자생지의 생육특성과 환경특성간의 상관분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the raw data of conservation and restoration by analyzing the environmental and growth characteristics in Abeliophyllum distichum habitats. The types of soil were sandy loam, loam and silty clay loam and the correlation on chemical characteristics of soil appeared that T-N and C.E.C were highly correlative. In case of growth characteristics, height and diameter in 1st site, crown in 2nd site, number of leaves in 5th site and number of seeds in 4th site were better than other sites. In the results of correlation on growth characteristics, height and diameter were highly correlative. In case of growth and chemical characteristics, EC and height were highly correlative. In the results of regression analysis, R-square of height and EC was some 70.4% and that of number of leaves and T-N was some 70.2%. To conserve and restore Abeliophyllum distichum habitats, there were demanded that the accurate environmental analysis that considered such diverse factors as light intensity, temperature, genetic quality and so forth.

Effects of Psychological Capital on the Job Performance of Public Enterprise Employees (심리적 자본이 공기업 종사자의 직무수행에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the psychological factors affecting job performance of public enterprise employee. Based on the literature review, three types of job performance are identified, which are behavioral responses to the demands from job environment. They are named as task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. As independent variables, four factors were selected form positive psychological concepts, which are self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. These are the factors which compose of the concept of psychological capital. All the factors are hypothesized to positively affect job performances. From the regression analysis results, all the psychological factors in the model were turned out to have statistically significant impacts on the job performances. The importance of variable 'resilience' were dominant all three models, which might be interpreted as a behavioral response to the demands from uncertain organizational enviornments. From the marginal effect analysis, contextual performance decreases first five years, then reach peak at 20th. year. These results demonstrates that mid-level employees in the organizational hierarchy are more concerned with the overall performance of organization.
