IETF mobileip WG에서 MN(Mobile Node)의 위치를 나타내는‘바인딩정보’를 안전하게 CN(Correspond Node)에게 송신하여 최적경로를 설정하는 RR(Return Routability)프로토콜을 드래프트 문서로 제안하고 있다［1］. 하지만 이 프로토콜은 최적경로설정이 MN에 의해 시작됨에 따라 최적경로설정 지연에 따른 최적경로설정 확률의 저하와 불필요한 메시지 교환에 따른 통신부담을 문제점으로 지적할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 문제점 해결방안으로 HA(Home Agent)가 CN으로부터 첫번째 패킷을 수신했을 때 최적경로설정을 시작하도록 개선된 RR프로토콜을 제안하였다. 이를 통해서 최적경로 설정에 소용되는 시간을 단축하고 교환되는 메시지 수를 감소시켜 통신부담 경감효과를 얻을 수 있다. 이럼에도 불구하고 기존의 RR프로토콜과 동일한 보안수준을 제공한다.

Purpose: This study explored caregivers' support needs to relieve their physical burden while working in long-term care facilities. Methods: Participants were 12 caregivers with more than 10 years of experience working at six long-term care facilities in Gwangju, South Korea. Data were collected through individual interviews conducted between June and July 2023. The results were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Of the four sub-categories and 13 codes, two categories emerged: "need for welfare medical devices" and "need for improved working conditions." Conclusion: Caregivers working in long-term care facilities require support in deploying and utilizing welfare medical devices to reduce their physical burden, along with improving staffing standards and ensuring they receive the proper amount of days off. Therefore, it is necessary to mandate the provision of a certain level of welfare medical devices to ease the physical burden on caregivers and improve the standards for the placement of caregivers in long-term care facilities.

오랫동안 잘못된 자세로 척추에 부담을 주게 되면, 척추 관절염과 같은 퇴행성 변화를 촉진시켜, 결국 척추관협착증과 같은 노인성 질환을 불러오므로 평소에 의식적으로라도 바른 자세를 취하려는 노력이 필요하다.

This paper investigates the role of perceived income hierarchy and political affiliation in individual attitudes toward environmental protection. Estimation results show that rises in perceived income hierarchy increase the possibility of agreement to an increase in taxes to prevent environmental pollution in general, but not linearly increase it. As individuals are more satisfied with the financial situation of their household, they are more likely to agree to an increase in taxes. These results imply that individual attitudes toward environmental protection can be deteriorated even though average household income level increases, if either the degree of financial satisfaction decreases or income inequality worsens. We find that there is no difference between the liberals and the conservatives on the likelihood of paying additional tax to prevent environmental pollution. This result differs from the cases of Western society, which indicate that the liberals are more likely to pay for environmental protection.

멀티미디어 정보의 보호를 위한 최종 정착지는 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호에 있다고 볼 수 있다. 저작권법상 데이터베이스는 편집저작물로 보호되고 있으나, 독창성이 낮아 보호에 한계가 있다. 멀티미디어 정보 제작에 상당한 노력과 재원이 투입되는 점을 감안할 때, 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호에 대한 논의는 의미가 있다고 본다. 하지만, 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호는 자유 이용 상태에 놓인 정보의 이용을 제한하고, 그러한 정보의 또다른 독점을 조장할 우려가 있고, 또한 정보 선진국의 독창성 없는 데이터베이스도 보호해야 하는 부담을 안을 수 있다는 점에서 국제적 추이를 지켜보면서 신중하게 처리하는 자세가 필요하다. 또한 멀티미디어 정보의 제작에 있어서 제작자는 이용하는 저작물이 침해 저작물인지를 반드시 확인함으로써 혹시라도 주어질 수 있는 주의의무 책임을 면하는 노력이 필요하다. 아울러 멀티미디어 정보의 제작을 위하여 저작물을 이용하는데는 상당한 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 이용 허락을 쉽고 빠르게 처리할 수 있는 제도적 보완이 필요하다.
