발목 염좌가 발생 시 초기에 응급처지와 고정치료를 하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 재활 및 회복 과정에서 발목을 지지해주는 역할과 냉찜질과 온찜질을 제어해주는 보호대를 사용하는 것이 효과적이다. 이에 인체공학적으로 환자 발목에 맞는 보호대를 제작하여 발목을 제대로 압박해주어 재부상을 방지해줄 것이며, 보호대 자체에서 운동제어를 해줄 수 있게 설계하여 환자의 발목 온도에 따라 자동으로 온도 조절을 통하여 회복을 도모하며, AT분야와 접목시켜 압박센서와 온도센서를 이용하여 환자들이 손상 이전 상태로 회복할 수 있는 인체공학적 발목보호 시스템을 설계하려 한다.

This is a descriptive study on visiting caregivers' perception of restraint use. Data were collected from 113 caregivers working at long-term facilities using a structured questionnaire from Feb to March 2016. The caregivers' perception of restraint use was the medium score. The items they considered the most important reasons for the restraints was "Protecting an older person from falling out of bed", which was primarily intended to prevent accidents of the elderly. The score of the knowledge of restraint use was 11.23 points out of 18 and those affected were more than 50 years of age. The attitude score to the use restraints was 9.19, and caregivers thought it should be possible to refrain from using restraints. Work experience of 3 years or less were higher. The perception of using restraints is affected by the knowledge and attitudes of restraint use. This is very important for the elderly in long-term care facilities and is related to health and human rights. Therefore, it is important to provide continuous education related to the use of restraints and regulations on their management.

This article reports on the analysis of the patterns and frequency of recurrences of substantiated instances of maltreatment in the Child Protective System (CPS). The data was collected from 2012 to 2014 by the CPS. Five-thousand-five-hundred-forty-two cases were substantiated in 2012 and then 323 cases were exposed recurrence during that time. Most recurrence families experienced only one recurrence. Results from survival analyses instances indicated that risk of recurrence was greatest during the first one month following a report. The prior CPS report, multiple type of abuse, physical abuse, and services type was linked the pattern of recurrence of maltreatment. Also, victim's age and the number of problematic behavior, perpetrator's stress and social isolation, intra family member as perpetrator, prior CPS report, and the number of reports was linked recurrence.

핵 이식에 공여되는 수핵난자의 효과적인 동결보존을 위하여 한우 성숙난자를 1.0 M dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) 또는 1.0 M glycerol이 함유된 동결보호제를 이용하여 처리하거나, 동결보호제 처리 후 완만동결법을 이용한 동결융핼르 시행하여 상기 실험처리로 야기되는 투명대 경화현상을 관찰하였다. 도축장 유래의 난소에서 미성숙난자를 채취한 후 10% 소 태아혈청을 함유한 TCM-199을 이용하여 22∼24 시간 동안 체외성숙배양을 이해하였다. 배양후 작출된 성숙난자를 각각의 동결보호제로 처리, 혹은 처리 후 동격융해한 후 protease를 이용하여 투명 대의 경화현상 발생의 빈도를 조사하였다. 또한 동격란을 동결정액을 이용한 체외수정에 공여한 후 정자 침입농도능을 조사하였다. 동결보호제로 처리한 난자에 있어서 보호제의 종류와 관계없이 투명대 경화현상이 유의적 (P<0.05) 으로 증가하였으나 이후의 동결융해 처리에 의한 추가적인 경화현상의 발생은 증가하지는 않았다. 또한 투명대 경화현상의 발생양상을 동결보호제 처리 후 10분 간격으로 측정한 결과 DMSO의 경우 처리후 10분, glycerol의 경우 처리 후 20분 후부터 유의적으로 차를 발견할 수 없었으며, 수정율 및 난자 1개당 침입한 정자의 수는 동결란에서 유의적으로 증가하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과 동결난자의 투명대 경화현상은 동결보호제 처리과정에서 이미 일어나지만, 이러한 투명대 경화현상이 난자의 동결보존 후 수정능에는 현자한 영향을 미치지 않는다는 사실이 규명되었다.

본 논문은 다양한 침입행위를 탐지하고 보안시스템의 효율적 관리를 보장하는 국방전산망과 같은 대규모 네트워크 환경에 적합한 계층적 구조의 통합보안관리시스템 모델에 대한 연구이다. 전산망 위협요소 및 공격유형에 따른 취약점을 분석하여 필요한 전산망 보호기술을 판단하고 침입차단/탐지시스템, 안티바이러스 시스템, 취약점분석 시스템 등의 보안시스템과 상호연동 모델을 분석하여, 도출된 요구사항을 기반으로 대규모 조직에 적합한 계층구조의 통합보안관리시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of knee brace on anterior cruciate ligament injuries risk factors during one-legged landing of female gymnasts. Eleven female gymnasts were recruited and performed randomly one-legged drop landing in height of her's knee with (3times) and without (3times) knee brace. Kinematics and ground reaction data were collected to estimate the anterior cruciate ligament injuries risk factors. Data were analyzed with paired samples t-test. Female gymnasts with knee brace showed more reduced the distance from ankle joint center to knee joint center in sagittal plane and knee maximum joint torque than without knee brace. In conclusion, Female gymnasts with knee brace reduced anterior cruciate ligament stress.

지난 6월 1일부터 사업주가 안전모 · 안전대 · 안전화를 지급하고 착용토록 했으나 이를 착용하지 않은 근로자에게는 1차 경고 없이 현장에서 즉시 5만원의 과태료가 부과된다. 만약 사업주가 보호구를 지급하지 않아 근로자가 이를 착용하지 못했다면 근로자에게 과태료를 부과할 수 없으며, 사업주에게 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금이 부과된다. 노동부가 이처럼 근로자에게 즉시 과태료를 부과키로 한 것은 지난해 사망사고 분석 결과 564명(전체의 52.8%)이 추락이나 낙하 · 비래로 인해 사망했고, 이런 사망사고를 예방하기 위해서는 안전모 · 안전대 착용이 필수적이기 때문이다. 이번 FOCUS에서는 근로자의 안전에 가장 직접적인 영향을 주는 보호구에 대해서 알아본다.
