공공정보는 더이상 단순한 공개대상이 아니다. 적절한 가공을 통해 부가가치를 만들어 낼 수 있는 무한한 콘텐츠다. 일반 국민을위해 제공되는 보편적 서비스와는 별개로 공공정보를 상용화하려는 움직임은 선진국을 중심으로 상당히 진전돼 있다. 우리나라도 공공정보로 돈을 버는 업체들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 지난달 15일 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 한국관광공사 상영관에서 개최한 세미나는‘공공정보 상용화’에 대한 국내외 현황과 전략, 모델을 살펴볼 수 있는 좋은 자리였다.

웹툰은 한국의 서브컬쳐 산업 가운데에서 단연 주목받는 분야이다. 웹툰 산업의 다양화 속에서 전통적 세계관을 지닌 작품이 작품들이 등장하고 흥행을 하는 것은 주목할 만한 사례이다. 특히 <신과함께>, <쌍갑포차> 등의 작품은 대중성과 작품성을 모두 획득했다고 평가할 수 있다. 이들 작품은 무속의 세계를 작품으로 재현하였다는 점에서 이목을 끈다. 무속적 세계라는 것이 미신으로 치부될 것이 아니라 인간 본위의 삶을 영위하도록 하는데 기여하는 것이라는 인식을 보여준다. 이러한 세계인식이 웹툰이라는 매체를 통해서 재현될 때 작품에 공감하는 것은 우리가 살아가는 세계가 더 나아지기를 희구하기 때문이다. 이를 통해서 전통이 지닌 보편적 가치를 확인할 수 있다.

얼마나 빠른 환경의 변화에 잘 적응하느냐에 따라서 개인과 조직의 성패는 좌우된다. 이러한 환경의 변화에 잘 적응하기 위해서는 정보의 활용이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 농장경영체의 정보 활용도 향상을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 설문과 인터뷰조사, 선행사례 조사 등을 실시하고 농장경영에 필요한 의사결정 단계별 정보를 도출하고 이를 제공하기 위한 데이터베이스와 모델 베이스를 제안하였다. 또한 구축된 정보를 잘 활용하는 정보 접근 방법을 병목정보 해결의 시각에서 정형검색과 비정형검색방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 가치사슬적 접근 방법은, 아직 농업분야에서는 보편적인 내용은 아니지만 여타 첨단정보산업과 서비스업에서는 경영체별로 구체화하여 비교적 유용하게 활용하고 있는 방법이다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 품목별로 의사결정 단계별 데이터베이스와 모델베이스가 구축되어 농장경영체가 잘 활용함으로서 불확실성 요인과 변동요인에 잘 대응하여 농업 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 국가 차원에서 구체적인 시스템적 접근이 필요하다고 본다.

본 논문의 연구 목적은 여성 창업활동에 영향을 미치는 여성창업가의 특성 요인을 다면적, 실증적으로 연구를 실시하여 도출하고, 이를 통해 지속가능한 여성창업의 활성화를 위한 이론적·실무적 인사이트를 제시하여 경쟁력 있는 여성 창업기업의 발굴 및 육성에 대한 제언을 궁극적으로 함에 있다. 이를 위해 여성창업활성화를 여성창업가의 특성과 역량을 파악하고자 심층 인터뷰를 토대로 탐색연구를 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 8명의 여성창업가를 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰를 통해서 창업태도(독립욕구, 개발욕구, 호의적여건), 창업진입률, 창업동기, 창업활동과 제약조건 등에 관한 주요 내용을 분석해 보았다. 연구의 독창성과 연구적 가치를 위해 여성 기업가, 창업가 8명을 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 여성창업가의 보편적 특성을 객관적으로 확인코자 남성창업가 8명을 비교집단으로 심층인터뷰 진행하였다. 이를 통해 고성장, 고부가가치를 창출하는 벤처 창업생태계에서 수적 열세를 보이고 있는 여성의 창업활동 참여와 활성화를 위한 이론적, 실무적 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다.

Most investment evaluations and economic assessments of road transport proposals in Korea omit a valuation of the time spent in transit for loads of freight. These days there were few attempts to estimate value of freight travel-time savings in Korea, but most of them included rail or marine with statewide area so that couldn't obtain unique travel-time savings for road freight transport. This study applied revealed Preference method and associated binominal logit models to estimate the value of travel-time savings in transit from an statewide survey of road freight transport in 1997. Data sets were segmented according to transport areas and business types. The results of this study showed that the value of freight travel-time savings varied wide ranges from 53,449 won per hour in urban transport to 29,397 won per hour in regional transport, that the use of statewide value of freight travel-time savings can drives wrong results into economic assessment, and that the use of adequate value of freight travel-time savings according to assessment area is very important.

사이버 공간이 현실 생활의 일부분으로 통합되어가고 사이버 공간에서의 대인간 의사소통이 보편적인 현상으로 나타남에 따라 사이버 공간에서의 의사소통과 경험 그리고 그것의 영향력에 대한 논의는 그 동안 많이 있어왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 사용자의 행동 특성에 따라 사이버 공간에서의 활동과 영향력, 그리고 그 의미가 달라진다는 점을 간과하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동일한 커뮤니케이션 공간인 싸이월드도 그것에 부여하는 가치와 의미는 사람마다 다르고 따라서 행동도 다를 것이라는 가정하에, 싸이월드에서 나타나는 다양한 이용행동과 활동들을 유형으로 분류하고 그 유형에 따라 싸이월드에서의 의사소통 패턴과 경험, 활동에서의 차이를 살펴보고자 했다. 사전 연구로 진행되었던 사용자 인터뷰를 통해 정리된 행동문항을 전체 설문을 통해 분석한 결과 싸이월드에서 보이는 개인의 행동적 특성을 의미하는 5 개 요인(적극성.몰입, 낯선 사람과의 연결과 정보 추구, 사생활 보호, 단순한 연락 수단, 폐쇄성)이 확인되었고, 이렇게 추출된 행동 요인을 토대로 싸이월드에서 나타나는 3 개의 행동 유형(적극적 활용형, 폐쇄적. 다이어리 추구형, 새로운 관계.정보 추구형)이 구분되었다. 행동 요인의 차이로 표현되는 3 개의 행동 유형에 따른 싸이월드에서의 의사소통 패턴과 싸이월드에서의 활동 그리고 싸이월드 경험에 대한 평가를 분석한 결과 행동 유형간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 동일한 싸이월드라는 공간이 사용자가 추구하는 가치와 목적에 따라 각기 다른 공간으로 기능하고 있음을 보여주었다는 데에 의의가 있으며, 가치의 차이로 나타나는 행동 유형에 따라 싸이월드에서 소통하는 대상과 방식이 달라지고 경험의 의미 또한 달라질 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

"사용자 중심의 디자인(User-Centered Design)" 은 좋은 사용성을 가진 제품을 만들기 위한 사용되는 보편적인 접근방법중의 하나이다. 그러나 투자대비 최대의 가치 창조라는 경제성 원리와 개발 기간의 제약을 고려하면 개발 중 사용성 평가를 통해 발견된 문제들을 모두 제품에 반영하는 것은 거의 불가능 하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 발견된 문제들에 대한 우선 순위를 정의한 후 가장 중요한 문제점에 대해 먼저 개선하는 전략이 필요하다. 기존의 사용성 문제에 대한 우선 순위는 주로 문제 자체의 심각도를 고려하여 결정되었다. 그러나 사용자가 인식하는 사용성(Perceived Usability)를 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 효용을 우선적으로 제품에 반영하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 카노의 사용자 만족 모델을 활용한 사용자 효용과 사용성 문제들의 잠재가치를 고려한 사용성 문제 분류를 기구 사용성 평가 가이드라인의 제작에 적용하였다. 제안된 분류에 의해 디자인 가이드라인을 1) 반드시 만족 시켜야하는 제품 사용성 기준, 2) 경쟁사 대비 우위를 유지하기 위한 비교평가 기준으로 나누어 정의함으로써 단일 제품의 절대적 평가가 아닌 경쟁사 제품과의 비교 평가를 통한 개선 방향의 제시에 Kano 모델을 기반으로 정의된 사용성 문제들의 효용가치분류가 효과적이라는 것을 본 연구를 통해 보이고자 한다.

Formation of positive regional image is critically important in place marketing for regional development. This article considers Goryeong-Gun's policy agenda for regional development, analyzing its current regional image. In recent years, Goryeong-Gun has established its positive regional image of Daegaya in virtue of Daegaya Experience Festival. It should be highly evaluated. But, it has also some problems based on a certain local history or not supported by proper brand, slogan and logo to promote the image. In this point, Goryeong-Gun needs to rethink planning strategies related to Daegaya regional image. If necessary, Daegaya regional image would be expanded on the base of general value system.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the restructuring of the family policy from a gender-integrating perspective. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining family policy from the laborer's perspective, the issue of work and family becomes not a gender-related issue but rather an issue for universal people. Second, in order to include the difference in interest among men and women in the labor market, and to view the issue from a gender-integrating perspective, the framework for family policy should consider the place of labor. Third, if family policy is divided into family and labor arena based on the above mentioned framework, the core content of the policy should gear toward loosening and/or eliminating barriers to fulfill the right to work for pay and the right to care for family. Lastly, family policy should aim at men and women sharing the responsibility of supporting and caring for the family. By doing so, we may be closer to maintaining work and family together, the ultimate goal of family policy.

Traditional values refer to one's attitudes or perspectives developed by negotiating with oneself, others, society, world, nature and universe, which include thoughts on what is right, desirable, and what is dos and don'ts. The purpose of this study was to investigate values which Korean people traditionally emphasized, and their changes by epochal situation focused on the Choson Era. Also, this study intended to assist in finding values and meaning which should be passed down and manifested in contemporary society based on the study results. In this context, I select some positive values in the background of the Joseon dynasty. As traditional values or ethics in Korea destroyed and distorted going through the period of Japanese colonialism, all the existing social culture and traditional culture were denied, which resulted in vanishing common value which led community for several hundred years. The loss of common value caused community destruction and collapse, and made Korean people seek to survival, success and advancement in life as suffering from severe conflict of values. Experience of hollow state of mind caused by historical and cultural severance left distorted and degenerated values to Korea people, which made them pursue false values without realizing true meaning of traditional values. The true meaning of traditional values should be universal no matter how society changes, and could be milestone to contemporary people wandering aimlessly. Realizing and reconsidering the meaning of traditional values to found comtemporary values of Korean people by reflecting on history can produce significant results beyond age-old debate about East or West, and tradition or modernity.
