Daesoon Jinrihoe is one of Korea's most influential religious organizations. Its doctrines and creeds include a rich variety of concepts, and among these, the philosophical notion of 'feminine virtue' holds tremendous value. This paper will explore the multitude meanings of feminine virtue, assume these as a foundation, and then examine the doctrines of Daesoon Jinrihoe to analyze the universality and uniqueness of the philosophical notion of feminine virtue. Additionally, background theoretical points of interest and distinctive features will likewise be analyzed to show the truly valuable lessons that this concept holds for today and why it is so worthy of research and promotion.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance of the stone cultural landscape resources is a kind of management of Jeju cultural landscape. For typical stone cultural landscape of Jeju, to target South Korea and China experts, to evaluate the importance of each resource. Using the AHP technique in the method of analysis. As a result of the importance analysis of evaluation criteria, Korean and Chinese experts evaluated the Outstanding Universal Value(ⅲ_To bear a unique or at least exceptional testimony to a cultural tradition or to a civilization which is living or which has disappeared) as the most important. and Experts from both countries evaluated the field walls as the most important landscape resource in importance of resources about each evaluation criteria and overall importance. The results of this study, it will be able to provide quantitative information in terms of landscape management of Jeju by deriving the priority of the resources from the standpoint of comparison and conservation management on the importance of local resources, which is the basis useful from the point of view of conservation and cultural heritage management about stone cultural landscape resources in Jeju. However, as South Korea and China in the comparative study, to generalize the global universal value it is seen that there is a limit, seems to limit point of this study.

The purpose of this study is to compare values, characteristics and the world heritage listed tendency of walls in East Asia. Walls in East Asia are similar by the geographically adjacent, type, form and materials, etc. Thus to demonstrate the differentiation is not easy, but walls heritage of a tentative list or listed on the UNESCO World Heritage were discriminated by the evaluation criteria of world heritage. Hidden problems are not to be described the differences by the consistent manner. So we need efforts to separate the distinction and originality of walls according to the characteristics of each heritage. As the method of this study, we reviewed the terminology associated with the wall and then have examined the following four aspects as the characteristics of each heritage category. 1) Classification according to the function and purpose, 2) Classification according to the type and size of the walls(the length of wall), 3) Classification according to the location and topography, 4) Classification according to materials and technology(construction method). And we have analyzed the tendency of OUV(Outstanding Universal Value) of the world heritage listed wall. Also we examined the value basis of the differences and similarities presented by each heritage. In the future, we should complement the following two aspects of the wall heritage in East Asia for comparing the exact value. first, we ought to come up with a system that we can easily compare the similarities and differences of similar walls heritage. Second, we have to make every effort to describe the walls heritage by considering OUV evaluation criteria to be able to share with people all around the world.

This study presents the leadership model that is to build of ethical and cultural leadership. This model is to operat the functions of a systemof leadership that based on the universal principles of life, that is performed bybalance and harmonized judgment of the ideal ethical oughtfulness and cultural values, and practise ethically through relationship, process, and skill of leadership. And this model turn out to lead a real impact and then overcome conflict, problem solving, motivation. To check the validity of leadership, this study analysis the case study of leadership of King Sejong. His leadership is based at heaven that on the basis of the universal principles of life. The ideal ethical oughtfulness is to cares for people and the value of the cultural is to cherish the people's will. His leadership is to be balance and harmonized judgment of the ideal ethical oughtfulness and the cultural values by practice of virtues through relationship, process, and skill of leadership. Leadership relationship is a equal role relationship that are the children of the sky, thus to be coexistence and harmonyin close collaboration. Leadership process is a process of transvaluation to ensure the validity of the values by rational discussion and persuasion. Leadership skills led to active obedience through leading by example and love of learning. King Sejong' leadership is the leadership that ethical and cultural leadership become well-implemented.

Creative thinking and fusion diversity of the performing arts pursue the settlement of empirical value realization by assuming new communication by genre. This new value and communication can create a type of collective intelligence with a different attempt based on the individual communication and horizontal thinking of the masses. Therefore, the empirical value and communication of the 21st century convergence(fusion) performing arts is possible through new types and analysis, and also were understood as the horizontal creation structure of the artist. As a result, first, the concept of the right value of 'convergence' was perceived as empirical communication depending on the empirical thinking ability of genre artists. Second, off-genre and collaborative tendencies are due to cooperation based on intellectual ability and recognition of horizontal communication by genre. Third, in the collaboration, the public's individualized communication ability and universal communication recognition should be premised and perceived the empirical definition about the collective intelligence. In conclusion, it is concluded that empirical value and communication of convergence performing arts enable to the experimental creation of collective intelligence, and that the relationship structure extends to a meaningful transition of convergence interpretation and expression of performing arts.

오늘날 인터넷 등 정보통신망의 이용이 보편화 되면서 우리는 바야흐로 정보 및 정보시스템이 없는 생활을 생각할 수 없는 이른바 정보사회에 살고 있다. 정보사회에서는 정보가 중요한 생산수단이 되며 또 경제적 가치를 갖는다. 따라서 정보를 제대로 보호하고 또 정보가 안전하게 처리, 이용될 수 있는 환경을 마련하는 것이 중요한 국가, 사회적 과제가 된다. 이에 각 정보주체가 자신의 정보와 시스템을 내, 외부의 위협으로부터 보호할 일차적 책임을 진다. 그러나 정보통신서비스제공자는 자신의 정보와 시스템을 보호하는 정보주체로서의 일차적 책임 뿐만 아니라, 기업이나 개인과 같이 타인의 정보통신을 매개하는 사업자로서 송수신 또는 처리되는 타인의 정보를 적절히 보호하여야 할 의무가 있다. 현행 법률을 중심으로 정보통신서비스제공자의 정보보호의무의 개념과 성격 그리고 그 구체적인 내용을 살펴보았다.

인간이 자신의 사상과 감정을 표현하고 그것을 기록할 수 있는 도구 즉, 커뮤티케이션 미디어를 사용한 이래 인류가 누적해온 표현물에 접근함으로써 그것을 이용하고 향유하는 것이 인간 모두가 누려야 할 보편적인 권리, 즉 인강의 기본권에 속하는 것인가? 아니면 특정의 조건을 갖춘 특히 그것을 이용할 지불능력이 있는 사람에게만 주어진 특권적인 것일까? 표현물들은 어떻게 하면 보다 가치있는 것들이 더 많이 생산되고 이용되 사회 구성원들의 표현을 더욱 풍요롭게 할 수 있을 것인가? 표현의 생산과 이용이라는 순환고리에서 과연 어느쪽에 무게 중심을 두어야 사회가 표현의 풍요를 누릴수 있을 것인가? 이러한 논란은 취근 문제된 제트스트림(Z!Stream)분쟁에서도 여실히 나타났다. 이러한 분쟁사례를 바탕으로 디지털콘텐츠 관련 법적 문제를 살펴보자

홀로그래픽 광학소자(HOE; holographic optical elements)는 높은 회절효율과 협대역 주파수 특성, 그리고 여러 가지 기능을 하나의 소자로 구현할 수 있다는 특성을 갖고 있어 비행기와 자동차의 정보 표시를 위한 HUD(head-up display), 증강현실용 HMD(head mounted display), 2D/3D 디스플레이용 스크린 등에 널리 활용되고 있다. 이에 홀로그래픽 광학소자(HOE)의 동작특성과 디스플레이에 활용되고 있는 몇 가지 예를 통해 그 활용가치와 앞으로 홀로그래픽 광학소자가 좀 더 보편화되기 위해 풀어야 할 당면과제 등에 대해 다루고자 한다.

인간의 경험에 대한 지각은 다양하다. 일차원적인 직접 경험에 대한 것은 확신의 문제이다. 또한 보편적인 다른 경험은 알게 되면서 인식하는 또 다른 경험의 결과이다. 미디어에서 또한 리얼리티의 담화 작용을 통해 수용자에게 경험에 대한 인식과 가치를 제공하고, 새로운 간접 경험에 대한 경험을 재현을 통해서 그 의미를 전달하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 리얼리티의 담화작용과 의미전달에 있어서 수용자의 믿음적 상징체계의 특성과 사회문화적 현상을 고찰하고자 한다.
