최근 금융권에서는 고객의 편리성을 높이기 위해서 여러 인증 수단으로 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 인증 수단을 네 가지의 보증 등급으로 통제 수단에 따라 나누어 제시한다. 보증 등급을 토대로 등급별 신뢰 승급이 가능한 보안 정책을 제안하고 주로 사용될 금융서비스의 인증 수단을 강도로 나눈다. 또한, 신뢰 승급의 활용사례를 기술하면서 안정적으로 금융서비스에서 신뢰 승급 기반으로 인증을 사용할 수 있다.

In B2B e-Commerce(Business to Business Electronic Commerce) market, many companies use B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service. Guarantee service raised the stability of collect debts for seller, and made purchase fund for buyer. The purpose of this study is development of KPI (Key Performance Index) for measuring performance and improving service quality. Through analysis for 'B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service based on RFID', the study developed KPI and made the case. The study suggests KPI of B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service based on RFID by IT BSC(Balanced Scorecard) model. The process of developing KPI is 4 phase. First phase is connection between service goal and KPI, second phase is make a KPI pool, third phase is development of standard for valuating and selecting index, the last phase is defining and applying of index. This study suggests the standard of measuring performance in B2B e-commerce Guarantee Service and guidelines on revitalization of service in B2B e-commerce industry and the other industry.

정보화 사회가 추진됨에 따라 다양한 IT 제품 및 시스템의 개발이 증가되고 이를 통한 삶의 질적 향상 및 효율적인 생활을 이루게 되었다. 하지만 정보화 사회의 역기능 현상이 발생하게 되면서 IT제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 다양한 보안성 평가 서비스가 개발되고 연구되고 있는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 보안성 평가 서비스 개발 및 연구에 필요한 선행연구로서 영국의 맞춤형 보증 서비스 제도의 절차 및 기준을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 국내 평가 서비스의 향후 발전 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

제품보증은 크게 품질보증과 설계보증으로 구분될 수 있으며, 설계보증은 다시 신뢰성 보증, 전자 부품 및 재료 공정 관리, 오염 관리 등으로 구분된다. 품질보증의 경우에는 이미 여러 기업에서 보편적으로 적용되고 있는 개념이며, 항공우주 업계에서도 공인된 민간 인증 체계를 활용하고 있다. 반면 설계보증은 인공위성 등과 같이 운용 중 수리가 불가능한 시스템에서는 특별히 강조되어야 하는 활동이며 안정적인 위성 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시스템의 개발 초기부터 체계적인 설계보증 활동이 수행되어야 한다. 이에 따라 각국은 관련 기술 정보를 공유할 수 있는 국가적인 체계를 구축하여 자국 기업들의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 있다. 후발 주자인 우리나라도 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 자체적인 제품보증 기술을 확립하고 국가적인 제품보증 기술 연구 체계를 구축하여 민간 기업의 위성 시장 진출을 촉진시키고 기존 위성 개발 업체의 대외 경쟁력을 높일 필요가 있다.

2008년부터 시작된 세계경제 위축은 전 세계 해상물동량 감소로 이어져 컨테이너선업계의 불황이 더욱 심화되고 있다. 선사들은 불황을 극복하기 위하여 여러 가지 전략들을 구사하고 있다. 대부분의 선사들은 잉여 선박의 추가투입으로 감속운항을 통해 선박 운영비용을 절감하고 있는데, 이와 같은 시도는 선사입장에서는 비용절감이 되지만 감속운항이 화물의 정시성을 저해하는 요소로 작용하고 있기 때문에 화주입장에서는 불만요인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 'M'선사는 "On Time Delivery"를 보증하기 위해서 아시아-유럽항로에서 새로운 서비스인 Daily Maersk Service를 2011년 10월부터 적용하고 있다. 본 서비스는 아시아발 북유럽행 특정 기간 포트구간 수송에서 100% "On Time Delivery"를 보증하고, 또한 매일 화물수탁을 가능하게 한 신서비스이다. 본 연구에서는 업계 1위를 달리고 있는 'M'선사가 감속운항을 하면서도 화물의 정시성을 높이기 위해 실시하고 있는 Daily Maersk Service를 통하여 가격 경쟁과 더불어 서비스 경쟁에서도 우위를 확보하려는 전략이 효과를 나타내고 있는 지에 대하여 사례연구를 통하여 확인하였다.

The B2B e-commerce assurance system supports e-commerce purchases by Credit Guarantee Fund. This process seeks to replace a variety of current systems, including B2C, the credit card payment method on B2B, 2001 Credit Guarantee Fund and the Bank, logistics, e-MP (Market Place), and Business-to-business e-MP (business-to-business electronic payment settlement system). Over the past 10 years of its operation, the e-MP service (B2B e-commerce electronic payment systems) has contributed much to the growth of SMEs. The development of business-to-business e-commerce transactions systems and limits have provided a stable purchasing platform, improving corporate competitiveness. However. the project-based scale of credit guarantee institutions has limitations. To overcome these limitations, we propose a new model of direct or indirect government support for small business e-MP projects. This new model will support the B2B electronic commerce by allowing it to directly involve guarantee institutions directly in B2B online transactions. Therefore, this study urges government backing of the SME based B2B online business model with e-MP service.

본고에서는 개발자에게 단위, 통합 및 서비스 시험에 대한 시험과정 보증문서 작성 기법에 대한 참고자료를 제공하기 위하여, 국내에서 개발된 침입차단시스템과 침입탐지시스템 평가기준에 의한 시험과정 보증요구사항을 분석하여 소프트웨어 공학에 기반한 전통적인 구조적 방법론을 토대로 한 시험과정 보증문서 작성 경험을 기술하고자 한다. 따라서, 개발자는 사용자 요구사항에 의한 객관적이고 체계적인 시험과정을 이해하여 시스템 개발에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 줄일 수 있으며 또한, 정확한 보안 기능명세 및 시험보증 설계$.$개발$.$구현을 통하여 제품의 안전성 및 신뢰성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날 우리가 개발하는 소프트웨어 시스템은 사람의 실수로 인하여 문제가 생기는 경우가 너무나도 많다. 소프트웨어 테스팅은 품질보증에서 가장 중요한 부분이며, 특히 소프트웨어의 명세, 디자인, 코드 구현 부분에 대한 객관적인 평가를 가능하게 한다. 국내에서는 아직까지는 소프트웨어 테스팅 및 품질보증 활용의 경우가 미흡한 실정이지만 외국의 경우 개발비용의 40% 이상이 테스팅에 소요되는 경우도 있다. 본 고에서는 해외 IT 기업의 테스팅 수행 현황을 조사함으로써 IT 분야에 있어서 소프트웨어 테스팅 및 품질보증의 역할이 무엇인가를 살펴보도록 하겠다.

The electronic transactions over the Internet are growing across the world recently. There have been a lot of identity theft incidents during these online transactions nowaday. Therefore, a high level of identity proofing shall be carried out when using online services to deal with these matter. To prevent this kind of incident, i-PIN was introduced in Korea, which is used as an Internet Personal Identification Number. The i-PIN is designated to provide an online identification of the Internet users. As such, the unique identification numbers are provided to the internet service providers. This paper is to analyze the capabilities that the i-PIN provides, to propose the assurance security model for i-PIN. Furthermore, the security analysis results are presented. The result of this paper can be applicable to improve the applicabilities of the i-PIN.
