서비스 메시 환경에서의 트래픽 분산은 시스템의 성능과 안정성, 그리고 보안에 필수적인 기능을 담당한다. 현재의 트래픽 분산 방식들은 대부분 정적 설정을 기반으로 하기 때문에 시스템 환경의 변화에 신속하게 대응하기 어렵고 최적화된 성능을 보장하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 강화학습을 활용해 서비스 메시 환경 내에서의 트래픽 분산을 자동화하고 최적화할 수 있는 새로운 시스템을 제안한다. 특히, 텔레메트리 기술을 활용해 트래픽의 분산을 실시간으로 추적하며, 강화학습 알고리즘을 이용해 트래픽 가중치를 조정함으로써 기존의 로드 밸런싱 방법들에 비해 더 빠른 처리 시간과 보다 효율적인 로드 밸런싱을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

기업활동으로 인해 수반되는 산업재해를 완전히 제거할 수는 없다하더라도 사고의 발생빈도를 저감시킬 수 있다. 즉, 해당 기업이 안전관리에 얼마만큼 투자를 하느냐에 따라 산업재해예방에 괄목할 만한 성과를 이루어낼 수 있다. 안전경영의 성과는 단지 기업윤리차원의 문제뿐만 아니라 비즈니스의 성공을 보장하는 것으로 기업의 가치창조에 역점을 두어야 할 것이다. 생산성과 높은 안전경영 성과간의 상관관계는 매우 포지티브(positive)한 것임은 여러 사례에서 이미 증명되어졌다. 따라서 안전경영은 품질확보, 이윤창출과 비용절감, 비즈니스기회의 선점에 필수적임을 인식해야 한다.

일각에서 우리 경제현실을 감안하지 않은 재벌에 대한 과도한 규제 및 이로 인한 외국기업과의 역차별성을 강조하는 반론도 만만치 않았던 것이 사실이나, 무엇보다도 간과할수 없는 것은 이러한 재벌규제의 논리는 자본주의 경제의 부패를 방지하기 위한 불가피한 선택으로서, 결코 재벌기업에 대한 자유의 구속이 아니라 오히려 그 동안 자유방임에 의한 구속으로부터의 모든 경제주체의 경제적 자유와 자율성 보장을 위한 것이며, 장기적으로 우리 경제의 체질을 강화하는데 기여하게 될 것이라는 점이다.

본 논문에서는 자바 카드용 ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems) 및 ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) 알고리즘 구현 및 시험 결과에 대해 언급하고자 한다. 163비트 타원곡선 암호시스템(ECC)은 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 RSA 1024 비트 이상의 안전성을 보장한다. 또한, 짧은 키 길이를 사용하기 때문에 메모리와 처리능력이 제한된 스마트 카드나 이동 통신 등과 같은 분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, ECC나 ECDSA를 자바 카드 상에 구현하여 사용함으로써 사용자들은 보다 강화된 보안성과 안전성을 제공받을 수 있을 것이다.

강화학습을 위한 많은 방법 중 정책 반복을 이용한 actor-critic 학습 방법이 많은 적용 사례를 통해서 그 가능성을 인정받고 있다. Actor-critic 학습 방법은 제어입력 선택 전략을 위한 actor 학습과 가치 함수 근사를 위한 critic 학습이 필요하다. 본 논문은 critic의 학습을 위해 빠른 수렴성을 보장하는 RLS(recursive least square)를 사용하고, actor의 학습을 위해 정책의 기울기(policy gradient)를 이용하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그리고 이를 실험적으로 확인하여 제안한 논문의 성능을 확인해 보았다.

Recently, Game Rating Board has been established. It is to follow worldwide trend in building up publicity, autonomy and professionalism under the framework to assure freedom of expression. This article analyzed major nation's game rating system, and showed some points to need improvement which are to have more detailed classification in game rating, to modify contents descriptor, to appoint committee members with expertise on game, to revise articles to be capable of misuse, and to become a nongovernmental organization.

지난 7년간을 끌어오던 우루과이 라운드 협상이 우리나라 농민을 비롯한 온 국민의 심각한 우려와 관심하에 마침내 1993년 12월 15일에 스위스 제네바의 GATT 다자간 회의에서 타결되었고 1994년 4월 16일 모로코 마라케시의 협상국 각료 회의에서 최종 서명됨과 동시에 세계무역기구(WTO)가 발족됨으로서 활을 비롯한 15개 작목의 비교역적 기초농산물마저도 예외없이 국제적 관방이 불가피하게 되었다. 이와 같은 현실하에서 국민 기본식량의 안전보장, 국토의 생태환경보전, 전통문화 및 경제사회문화의 안여적 발전등에 기본역할을 하고 있는 벼농사를 지키기 위해서는 금후 2004년까지 10년의 유예기간을 통하여 국산미 품질의 상섬화 및 다양화, 성력화 및 생산비 저감재배, 안전적 재배기술 혁신에 의한 생산성의 극대화, 가공 및 유통의 개선등으로 국제 영향력을 획기적으로 높여 나가야 할 것이다. 따라서 본보에서는 국내산 쌀의 국제경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 찰 정질의 고유화 및 다양화와 성력화의 비용 및 생산성 제고에 대하여 품종개량 및 재배기술면에서 중점적으로 검토해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the key factors influencing the life insurance companies's competitiveness. Various performance variables differentiate this paper other existing studies employing a single performance variable. The business activity is divided into two categories, the underwriting activity and the investment activity. Each activity produces two performance, cost and profit performance. This study analyses the factors influencing four performance variables and suggests implications enforcing the life insurance companies' competitiveness based on the analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, we find a statistically significant correlation between the cost performance in the under-writing activity and other performance variables. However, there in not a statistically significant correlation between the other three performance variables, the cost performance in the investment activity, the profit performance in the under-writing activity. Secondly, it is desirable to increase the selling of protection products for enforcing the competitiveness in respect of the cost performance. Finally, it is needed to increase the ratio of loans for enforcing the competitiveness in the area of the investment activity.

A number of temporal abstraction approaches have been suggested so far to handle the high computational complexity of Markov decision problems (MDPs). Although the structure of temporal abstraction can significantly affect the efficiency of solving the MDP, to our knowledge none of current temporal abstraction approaches explicitly consider the relationship between topology and efficiency. In this paper, we first show that a topological measurement from complex network literature, mean geodesic distance, can reflect the efficiency of solving MDP. Based on this, we build an incremental method to systematically build temporal abstractions using a network model that guarantees a small mean geodesic distance. We test our algorithm on a realistic 3D game environment, and experimental results show that our model has subpolynomial growth of mean geodesic distance according to problem size, which enables efficient solving of resulting MDP.

This study presents a new estimation of optimal amount of B/L for infantry rifles and artillery weapons which are currently using in Korean Army. To do that, we analyzed current concept of B/L and methodologies used to compute B/L before, and re-calculate optimal amount of B/L to solve some problems founded. We also applied ARENA simulation model to propose estimated values of optimal B/L. The proposed optimal B/L will certainly help to improve efficiency for wartime readiness in the future.
