쉴드 TBM 뒤채움용 무기계 가소성 그라우트의 개발 및 적합성 평가 (Development of inorganic thixotropic-grout for backfilling of shield TBM tail voids and its compatibility)

  • 본 연구는 쉴드 TBM 테일 보이드 동시주입용 가소성 그라우트의 적합성을 규명하기 위하여 강도특성, 수중 재료분리현상 및 점도특성 실험을 실시하였다. 무기계 가소성 그라우트는 쉴드 TBM 뒤채움 그라우트 주입 시 시멘트, 물, MG-A로 구성된 A액과 스칼렛, 물, MG-B로 구성된 B액을 주입하는 2액성 그라우트 주입공법이다. 적정 배합비로 제작된 무기계 가소성 그라우트의 일축압축강도는 초기강도 및 장기강도 기준을 만족하는 결과를 보였다. 지하수가 존재하는 현장에서 그라우트 주입 시 발생하는 재료분리현상을 관찰하기 위하여 기존 현장에서 적용된 규산계 그라우트와 무기계 가소성 그라우트를 비교하였으며, 그 결과 규산계 그라우트에서 발생하는 재료분리 현상이 무기계 가소성 그라우트에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 무기계 가소성 그라우트의 장거리 이송에 대한 현장 적용성을 확인하기 위하여 A, B액의 점도를 측정한 결과 A, B액 모두 120분 이상 2000 cP 이하가 측정되었다. 이러한 결과는 추후 현장적용 시 A, B액의 원활한 이송이 가능한 점도를 확보하고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In soft ground tunneling, shield method is very good for safety of neighboring structures. Although shield tunnel method has the merits to minimize the deformation of ground around tunnel, ground deformations occurred until the material grouted in tail void hardens are inevitable. In this study, the effects of micropile used as one method to restrain the settlement of neighboring structures by the tail void are studied by laboratory model tests. As a basic test result, the effective direction of micropile and the restraint rate of settlement by micropile reinforcement are known.

  • In oder to investigate of partial discharge of nano-composites materials, we have studied partial discharge appling voltage from 5 to 30 [kV] to make an artificial defect with the epoxy adding to 0, 0.4, 0.8, and 1.6 [wt%], respectively. The experimental result, we have found that $SiO_2$ of 0.4 (wt%] was superior to others also, it is found that the effect of isolate diagnosis to get the slope for the discharged electric charge distribution.

  • Two-phase flow phenomena are observed in many industrial facilities and make much importance of optimum design for nuclear power plant and the liquid transportation system. The particular flow pattern depends on the conditions of pressure, flow velocity, and channel geometry. However, the research on drag reduction in two-phase flow is not intensively investigated. Therefore, experimental investigations have been carried out to analyze the drag reduction and void fraction by polymer addition in the two-phase flow system. We find that the polymer solution changes the characteristic of two-phase flow. The peak position of local void friction moves from tile wall of the pipe to the center of the pipe when polymer concentration increase. And then we predict that it is closely related with the frau reduction.

우리나라 단독주택 내부의 평면적 구성방식과 입체적 구성방식에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Interior Spatial Characteristics of Korean Single-Family Houses which were Designed by Architect)

  • This study aims to analyze interior spatial characteristics of Korean single-family house which were designed by architects. For that purpose, plans, pictures and data of Korean single-family 113 houses which appeared in architectural publications from 1998.7 to 2002.6. were collected. The results of this study are the followings; 1) the ratio of southern-facing is higher in living room and master bedroom than in dining room and kitchen; 2) spatial elements of master bedroom are bedroom, bathroom and dressroom, those of dining room and kitchen are dining room, kitchen and multipurpose room and those of family bathroom are bathroom and restroom; 3) the living room does not located in the center of the plan; 4) the ratio of exterior door is higher in kitchen and master bedroom than in dinning room and living room; 5) stairs located in hall, corridor, livingroom etc., 6) there are void spaces in about half of houses which were collected.

  • 본 연구에서는 SM20C를 모재로 하여 입경의 크기가 다른 3종의 복합조직강을 제작 동일한 분위기에서 저 및 고사이클 전영역에 걸쳐 피로특성을 검토하고져 한다. 제일보는 그 중 저사이클특성에 대한 보고이다. 일반적으로 저사이클 피로현상은 재 료가 탄소성 상태하에서 전위, 미소크랙, 보이드(void) 등의 인자가 복합적으로 작용 하여 발생함으로 변형률속도, 제어파형, 온도, 시험방법 및 분위기에 따라 많은 영향 을 받는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 두가지 실험방법을 사용, 응력-변형율거동을 검토 복합조직강의 피로특성과 입경크기가 피로거동 및 강도에 미치는 영향을 비교 고찰하 였다.

  • The modified yield function of Gologanu-Leblond-Devaux in conjunction with the Barlat and Lian's yield criterion is studied to clarify the plastic deformation characteristic of voided anisotropic sheet metals. The void growth of an anisotropic sheet under biaxial tensile loading and damage effect of void growth on forming limits of sheet metals are investigated. Also, the shape parameter defining non-spherical(prolate ellipsoidal) voids with initially random orientations is introduced in M-K model. The predicted forming limits are compared with the published experimental data.

  • In this paper, a new PD measurement technique of pulse superposition method was proposed in order to investigate both PD mechanism and phase related PD patterns. From the experimental results, we could find that the polarity and the phase angle of the superposed pulse take great effects on PD characteristics and these method make it possible to get the physical information which statistical approach can not give. We could conclude that the changes of PD characteristics in the void surrounded by polymers may be attributed to the injection of charge carriers thereby formation of space charge in the surface and/or the bulk of the polymer.

2중관형 2상 열사이폰의 한계열유속 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Critical Heat Elux Characteristics in a Two-Phase Concentric-Tube Thermosyphon)

  • An experimental study was made to elucidate critical heat flux(CHF) characteristics in a two-phase concentric-tube thermosyphon. The experiment was performed by using saturated water, over the experimental range of configuration: inner diameter of heated outer tube D=12mm, outer diameter of unheated inner tube do=3 to 10mm and heated tube length L=100 to 1000mm. The experiment shows that the CHF is enhanced with increase in the inner tube diameter, and that the CHF decreases beyond a certain diameter of the inner tube. There is an optimum diameter for inner tube that maximizes the CHF, for each tube length and test liquid. The CHF maximum is about two to eight times as large as that without an inner tube. For a large inner tube, the CHF characteristics is similar to that for natural convective boiling in a vertical annular tube.

  • Solid insulation exposed to voltage is degraded by electrical tree process. And the degradation of the insulation is accelerated by voltage application. For this experimental, specimen of electrical tree model is made by XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene). And the size of the specimen is 7*5*7 $mm^3$. Distance of needle and plane is 2 mm. Voltages applied for acceleration test are 12 kV to 15 kV. And distribution characteristic of degraded stage is studied too. As a PD detecting and data process, discharge data acquire from PD detecting system (Biddle instrument). The system presents statistical distribution as phase resolved. Moreover the processing time of electrical tree is recorded to know the speed of degradation according to voltage.
