급변하는 디지털방송 시장 환경과 향상된 국내 디지털방송 기술을 고려할 때, 국내 방송장비산업을 육성할 수 있는 좋은 기회들이 다가오고 있으나 실효성 높은 방송장비 육성정책을 마련하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 방송장비산업에 대한 체계적인 연구를 위한 첫 걸음으로 방송장비산업의 범위를 정하고 분류체계를 구성하였으며, 이를 기반으로 방송장비 보유 현황 및 국산화율을 파악하였다. 방송장비는 170여 개의 다양한 품목을 4대 분류, 23개의 중분류로 나누었다. 이들 장비 중 영상장비들의 보유비중 및 보유대수는 높으나 국산장비 이용률은 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 품목별로는 호환성, 예산규모, 장비대당 가격, 핵심장비의 기준에서 중요한 품목들이 제조사들의 주요 생산장비에는 속하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 시장규모 추정 결과, 그간 별로 논의되지 않았던 비방송사의 방송장비 투자규모와 수입규모가 매우 큰 것으로 추정되었다.

본 연구는 소형망원경 네트워크 구축과 활용을 위해 수행한 국내 천문대(천문과학관)에서 운용중인 주 망원경의 현황을 파악하고 망원경보유 기관의 종사자들이 소형망원 경네트워크 구축에 대한 관심을 알아보보는 설문조사 및 분석으로 구성되었다. 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 주망원경에 대한 제원, 사용하고 있는 관측기기, 원격관측 가능여부 및 향후 네트워크 참여 의향 여부 및 주망원경을 이용한 교육프로그램 등에 대한 15가지 설문내용을 국내 망원경보유기관에 설문의뢰해서 얻어진 결과들을 발표할 예정이다. 국내 소형망원경들을 공동 활용하여 연구 및 교육활동에 활발하게 사용하는데 기여하기 위한 방안의 일환으로 사용될것으로 판단된다.

냉전 종식 후에도 동북아시아지역의 불안정 상황은 여전히 지속되고 있다 특히 핵군비와 관련하여 역내 각 국의 동향은 매우 민감한 상태이다. 이런 면에서 이 지역의 비핵지대화는 이 지역의 불안요인에 대한 안전보장 장치가 될 수 있다. 이해 당사국들이 대체로 소극적인 태도를 보이고 있기는 하나, 객관적 상황은 비핵지대화 논의에 유리하다. 논의를 본격화하기 위해서는 첫째, 핵보유국들의 비보유국들에 대한 소극적 안보 약속, 둘째, 핵보유국 상호간의 핵 선제 불사용 합의, 셋째, 핵보유국의 핵감축 의지 표명, 넷째, 일본의 핵투명성 제고 등의 충족이 요구된다. 현재까지 논의되고 있는 구상들로는 북한 핵문제에 대한 우려가 한창 고조되던 당시에 거론되었던 한반도 비핵지대화안, 동북아 비핵지대화안, 제한적 비핵지대화안 등이 있다. 5개 핵보유국들의 협조가 없는 한 비핵지대의 실현은 어렵다. 또한 역내에 3개 핵보유국을 가지고 있는 동북아 지역의 특성에 비춰 비핵지대화의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 첫째, 집단안보라는 보다 큰 틀을 전제로 하는 접근이 필요하며, 둘째, 핵보유국들의 거부반응을 괴려한 점진적 방식의 채택이 요구된다. 그러나 무엇보다도 역내 국가들 간의 신뢰 조성 및 평화와 안정의 증진이 우선해야 하며, 그 후 지역국가들 스스로의 주도로 논의를 이끌어 나가야 할 것이다.

Since industry and technology are being developed through interactions, intellectual property (IP), which are used as a substitute for technology, are found to have a close relationship with industry. The current status of IP and the business revenue differences of enterprises of south Korea are analyzed in the disaster-safety industry. Only 2.66% out of 49,538 firms have IP, indicating that most companies do not have IP. The difference in sales due to the ownership of IP is not statistically significant in middle-standing enterprises, but that of medium and small-sized enterprises (SMEs) is statistically significant. It is also found that 17 Divisions, which have IP, out of 21 Divisions in the Disaster-Safety Industry Special Classification of Korea have higher business revenue, and 10 Divisions of those 17 Divisions indicate statistical significance. In conclusion, the ownership of IP is one of the factors affecting the difference in business revenue for SMEs in Korea, implying that it is important to focus on creating and securing IP.

To determine and improve the holding machinery for the productin of convenient food (Dosirak) making Compnay in Seoul and Kyeongkido, a survey was conducted of 16 relative companys in 1986. The majority of the holding machinery are composed to work table, sink, rice cooker and fryer. It is necessary that the machinery are reinforced like packaging machine, air cleaner, cold and refrigeration room, sanitary arrangements.

If the plant genetic resources and information-sharing systems held by arboretums worldwide are effectively utilized, it is believed that a conservation system for plant diversity in the currently inaccessible North Korean region could be established. This study was conducted to review the scientific names of plants native to North Korea but not to South Korea and to assess the status of genetic resources held in domestic and international arboretums. To compile a list and status of North Korean plant's genetic resources, updated checklists of vascular plants in Korean Peninsula and online plant information databases were consulted to compile synonym, distribution range, and other related information. A total of 486 taxa (449 species, 13 subspecies, 21 varieties, 1 forma and 2 hybrids) from 236 genera and 64 families, representing 12.34% of the total native flora of the Korean Peninsular were presented in the North Korea plant list, and the presence of rare, endemic and northern lineage species was confirmed. It was found that 384 taxa from 190 genera, 53 families of North Korean plants are held as genetic resources in 333 arboretums and plant research institutions across 46 countries and 5 continents worldwide. This study is expected to contribute to the construction and application of a species list for plants native to the Korean Peninsula.

The standard is a nation's one of the most important industrial issues that improve the social and economic efficiency and also the basis of the industrial development and trade liberalization. This research analyzes the enactment and the utilization of Korean industrial standards(KS) of various industries. This paper examines Korean industries' KS utilization status based on the KS possession, enactments and inquiry records. First, we implement multidimensional scaling method to visualize and group the KS possession records and the nation's institutional issues. We develop several hypothesis to find the decision factors of how each group's KS possession status impacts on the standard enactment activities of similar industry sectors, and analyzes the data by implementing regression analysis. The results show that the capital intensity, R&D activities and sales revenues affect standardization activities. It suggests that the government should encourage companies with high capital intensity, sales revenues to lead the industry's standard activities, and link the policies with the industry's standard and patent related activities from R&D. Second, we analyze the impacts of each KS data's inquiry records, the year of enactments, the form and the industrial segment on the utilization status by implementing statistical analysis and decision tree method. The results show that the enactment year has significant impact on the KS utilization status and some KSs of specific form and industrial segment have high utilization records despite of short enactment history. Our study suggests that government should make policies to utilize the low-utilized KSs and also consider the utilization of standards during the enactment processes.

국내 전자학술지에서 현재 논문 보조자료를 제공하고 있는 학술지는 총 1640종 중 52종이며, 학문 분야별로는 의약학 분야가 35종(21.6%), 자연과학 분야가 12종(12.8%), 공학 4종(2%) 순으로 나타났다. 보조자료 보유 종수의 대부분을 차지하는 의약학 분야, 특히 Synapse에서 서비스되고 있는 논문 보조자료 최근 5년간 현황을 살펴보면, 총 41종의 학술지, 총 109건의 논문에서 논문 보조자료를 보유하고 있었다. 보조자료의 자료 유형은 pdf 형식이 59%로 절반 이상을 차지하고 있었고, 이어서 동영상 파일 유형이 28%를 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구는 국내 전자학술지 현황을 조사 분석한 기초 연구이다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 국내 전자학술지 논문 보조자료를 원활하게 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 방안 모색이 강구되어야 할 것이다.
