Mobile network has become an essential tool for mutual communications, so a survey research published that most of the smartphone users use Mobile Instant Messenger every day. In this paper, we developed a wire-wireless integrated web messenger that can be used in various platform of mobile devices and desktop computer for communicating between users of some companies. We defined a multi-organization as several independent companies. Our web messenger was developed for communicating of users of a multi-organization. So one of functions of our web messenger is to restrict access to some particular departments in each company for the security of their company. Developed web messenger worked reliably from variety of web browsers on most of platforms such as android, iOs and desktop computers.

최근 모바일 결제 시장의 규모가 2015년 45억 달러에서, 2016년 62억 달러로 성장하며, P2P 거래량도 함께 증가하고 있다. 또한, P2P 결제 시장에 페이팔, 비자와 같은 온라인 결제 업체와 대형은행 뿐만 아니라, 페이스북, 구글, 애플, 삼성 등 IT회사들도 참여하고 있다. 안전하고 편리한 P2P 결제를 위해 다양한 거래 방식이 연구되고 있지만, 다양한 기업 및 은행들의 참여로 인해 서로 다른 방식으로 사용자들이 불편을 겪고 있으며, 모바일 환경의 특성으로 인해 많은 보안위협들이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 모바일 환경에서의 P2P 결제를 고려한 통합적인 보안 기술이 개발되어야 하며, 민감 정보라고 할 수 있는 사용자의 계좌번호, 금융거래 관련 정보 등을 보호하기 위한 기술이 필수적이다. 따라서 기존 은행권의 P2P 거래 방법의 문제점을 분석하고 블록체인 시스템과 DHT에 대해 분석한 후, P2P 결제 환경에 적합한 안전한 블록체인 기반 금융 거래 시스템을 연구함으로써, P2P 거래 환경의 안전성을 향상시키고자 한다.

Like a violence occurred by security guardians in the Yoosung or SJM Enterprise, a series of security company in Korea has repeated illegal conduct. So human rights violations are getting to be very heavy. The National Police Agency, the controller of the Security Services Industry Act, requires stricter regulations for the defense industry direction. here followed the research about some provisions in the Security Services Industry Act relating to 'the collective civil appeals spot' examining the contents of the Problems and discussed about it.

Personal Information Protection Law and Information Communication Network Law is administered from March, 2012 and August, 2012. It is very important to protect and manage the key well so that the third party doesn't know the key. Thus, at present, there increases an importance of Key Management Server. Key Management Server is an appliance type of hardware equipment which can securely store and manage encryption and decryption key. In this paper, we will survey on foreign key management server products and discuss about the necessities of legislation of related law and establishment of policy.

본 논문에서는 구글 드라이브, 드롭박스 등 여러 회사에서 제공하고 있는 클라우드들을 하나의 플랫폼으로 통합하여 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 해당 시스템을 통한 파일 업로드 및 다운로드를 진행할 경우, 파일을 여러 개의 패킷으로 분할하여 등록 된 클라우드에 각각 저장함으로써, 사용자의 데이터를 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 환경을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 활용된 오픈 API와 독자적으로 구축한 파일 시스템에 대해 설명하고, 실제 구현한 소프트웨어가 정상적으로 작동하는지 실험을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 최근 클라우드 보안 문제가 대두되는 시점에서 제안한 시스템이 향후 데이터를 보호하기 위한 기술로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

By e-Financial Transactions Act enacted in January 2007, the financial institutions are responsible for indemnifying user's damage to ensuring security of the electronic financial transactions and to protecting financial users when suffering from electronic financial accidents. However, when occurring unauthorized financial transactions or electronic financial accidents by user's moral hazard, it is difficult to determine where the accidents happened at and whether caused by the intention or gross negligence of users. To protecting financial parties and ensuring the security and reliability of electronic financial transactions, this paper attempts to propose the means, what enhance the notification process about financial transactions and to strengthen IT regulatory compliance by using area information about electronic financial transactions, to protect risk of the financial accidents.

In recent years, large companies and public institutions in the Smartphone business purposes has been used a lot. Personal Smartphone are worried about security of personal information only. But if you are a corporate or business purposes requires a more cautious approach. It can destroy an organization's network to hack Smartphones have very serious damage. For this purpose, the existing solution, and try to solve security issues with MDM or MAM. However, Smartphone users discomfort and there is a limit of organizational control. In this paper, we can propose with these issues more broadly would like to suggest. Secure mobile traffic management system enables companies or agencies the ease for users to use a Smartphone. And, for organizations that provide smart phones are more powerful and can provide a means of control. In addition, wired/wireless integration and security measures that can provide new services to offer.

CSD is Active RFID based Container Security Device which is proposed by the U.S Department of Home Security. It is mounted inside the container to sense opening of the container door. ConTracer is the CSD which is developed in this research whose major features are sensing door opening status as well as history inquiring on internal environment and shock to the container by mounting the temperature/humidity/shock sensors. Moreover, its RFID frequency bandwidth uses 433MHz and 2.4GHz to correspond actively to the radio regulations used by different countries. This paper introduces the development trend of CSD, compares the ConTracer which is developed thru this research and other company's CSD, and introduces CSD System which is designed and established using ConTracer. Finally, the implemented CSD System is verified by applying the demonstration service to container distribution between Korea and China.

The EU, the United Kingdom and South Korea are actively pursuing open banking to open financial information to fintech companies for financial structure reform and convenience of financial consumers. As open banking is gradually activated, the importance of stability and protecting users of open banking will increase. In particular, Korea has an electronic financial transaction law that has been in effect since 2007 to secure the stability and reliability of electronic financial transactions, but it is difficult to apply to participating organizations in open banking, so there is a risk of preventing security accidents and weakening user protection in open banking. Therefore, this paper examines the foreign legal system of open banking and analyzes the structure and characteristics of domestic open banking and suggests the ways to improve regulations necessary to strengthen open banking stability and user protection.

In 1994, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code) as SOLAS convention to ensure the safe operation of ships and to protect marine environment from pollution In December 2002, the IMO adopted the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) in the Chapter XI-1 of SOLAS to ensure the security of ships, crew, cargo and port facility. With 1 July 2004 being the coming into effective date of ISPS Code, there is a sense of urgency among the shipping companies and port authorities to accomodate the ISPS Code. Although both the ISM Code and the ISPS Code are based on the management system concept introduced in the ISO 9001, two Codes pursue different objective. Accordingly, it is meaningful to compare and analyze the requirements of three standards. In this article, the backgrounds, principles and requirements of three standards are analyzed and presented to offer several suggestions on the establishment and implementation of security measures in compliance with the ISPS Code to the shipping industry in time.
