지난 3월 19일에 개최된 제61회 TTC 이사회에서 ''상호접속기술기준'' 과제검토위원회의 최종보고가 있었습니다. 본 검토위원회는 전기통신심의회 답신 ''접속의 기본규칙 형태에 대해''(1996년 12월 19일)의 주요 취지를 토대로 작년 5월부터 활동을 시작, 영미의 동향조사를 포함하여 12번의 회의를 통해 사업자간 상호접속에 관한 문제점과 그 해결책에 대해 심의를 했습니다. 최종보고의 요점을 살펴보면 다음과 같습니다.

The purpose of this study was to discuss the papers of social welfare field that were published in Korea, from a research methodology aspect in accordance with the meta-analysis reporting standard proposed by the United States Psychological Association. To this end, an analysis was conducted according to 5 types of conformity (title and abstract, introduction, methods, results and discussion) on the target subjects of 26 meta-analysis papers of social welfare field. The analysis results showed, first, the conformity in the title and abstract showed good results except for the suggested topics for meta-analysis methods. Second, in terms of the conformity of the introduction, the descriptions seemed to be good in a number of items. Third, for the conformity in the methods, the overall reporting standard was seen to be lacking and, in particular, the reporting standard for the coding procedure was seen as being very deficient. Fourth, the conformity in the results showed that the assessment of research quality and the magnitude of efficacy for each individual study, sample size, and the contents of the provided tables, summary of tables and graphs, including the study results, were not being properly reported. Fifth, the conformity in discussions was seen to be generally sound. Based on such results, by providing a reporting standard and perspective needed for ensuring feasibility that can be used to assess meta-analysis study materials, this study was aimed at presenting implications for the academic advancement of field of social welfare.

배경 : 변환실성증(conversion aphonia/dysphonia)은 심리적 요인으로 인해 기질적 문제없이 기능적으로 발성장애를 보이는 경우로, 음성치료의 대상이 되는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 하지만 실제 임상의 예가 적어 상기 질환에 대해 진단적 기준 또는 음성 치료의 효과에 대한 보고가 적은 편이다. 본원에서는 지난 3년간(96/7-99/6) 총 5례만이 상기 진단을 받았고, 이들 중 4례에서 음성치료가 시행된 예가 있었다. 목적 : 변환실성증의 발성 양상과 감별기준, 음성치료의 중재 방법 및 효과를 사례를 통해 보고하고자 하였다. 지난 이태 동안, 미국간호협회에서는 5개 분과위원회의 간호원들이 모여 ''간호란 무엇인가?''라는 문제에서 그 기준을 모색하기 위해 고심해 왔다. 공중 보건간호나 노인병간호, 모자보건간호, 일반 내$\cdot$외과간호, 정신과 간호등 다섯 분과위원회는 각분야의 업무평가 기준을 확립하기 위하여 수차 회으를 통하여 각분야의 간호업무 본질을 조사하였다. 이들의 조사결과는 ''간호란 무엇인가''를 확실히 하여 다른 사람을 이해시키고 업무수행 능력의 측정의 기준이 될 것으로 기대한다. 최근에 다섯개분과의 간호원들은 이 결과를 보고하기 위해서 저널지에서 토론하였는데 이 토론 가운데는 각 분과 위원회의 유사점을 비교했고 상반되는 점들을 서로 알게 되었다. 간호원들의 능력을 측정하는 수단 이외에는 어떤 분과도 간호업무의 실행능력 측정의 방법에 대해서 아무 전례도 가지고 있지 못했다. 각 분과회의는 장시간에 걸쳐 맡겨진 분야를 연구하여 초고(草稿)를 만들고 다시 수정하고 난 후에 실무간호원 및 고문으로부터 여러가지 의견을 받아 들였다. 이렇게 하여 간호기준은 여러가지 단계를 거쳐 완성되어 가고 있으며 각 부분이 끝나는 대로 발행될 것이다. 제일 먼저 ''노인병간호'' ''정신과 간호''의 업무기준이 곧 발행될 것이다. 모자보건위원회는 마지막 평가를 받기 위해 각 주에 있는 위원회에 그 간호기준을 보낼 계획이다. 일반 내$\cdot$외과간호 위원회에서는 이미 만들어 놓은 간호 기준을 50명의 전문 간호원들로 페널 디스커?을 가질 계획이며, 공중보건간호위원회는 9월에 열릴 회의에서 마지막 단계로 들어 갈 것으로 보고 있다.

본 연구는 한국어 학습자 작문의 자동 평가 시스템 개발의 일환으로, 자동 평가 결과에 대한 설명과 근거가 될 수 있는 평기 기준 범주를 선정하기 위한 데이터 구축과 선정 방법을 제시한다. 작문의 평가 기준의 영역과 항목은 평가체계에 대한 이론적 연구에 따라 다양하다. 이러한 평가 기준은 자동 평가에서는 식별되기 어려운 경우도 있고, 각각의 평가 기준이 적용되는 작문 오류의 범위도 다양하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 자동 평가 기준 선정의 문제는 다양한 평가 기준에 중 하나를 선정하는 분류의 문제로 보고, 학습데이터를 구축, 기계학습을 통해 자동 작문 평가에 효과적인 평가 기준을 선정 가능성을 제시한다.

The objective of this study is to improve the survey rate and reliability of survey control point marks, which serve as the foundation for location-based services. Within the scope of this research, we have inspected the current status and reporting systems for national control point marks, public control point marks, and cadastral control point marks, identifying various issues. To tackle these challenges, we have prepared proposals for new unit cost calculations for national control point mark inspections, enhancements to the inspection and reporting systems for survey control point marks, and preliminary reporting procedures for surveyors using these control point marks. Additionally, we have established a workflow to refine the process of survey control point mark inspections and have proposed an automated system for calculating the unit cost for unreported targets. The study anticipates that these changes will improve the efficiency of future survey control point mark inspection tasks.

This study was conducted to test the assessment validity and examine the cut-off scores for driving risk as a part of the Self-report Assessment Forecasting Elderly Driving Risk (SAFE-DR) development project. The 132 senior drivers were categorized as either risky of 58 or safe of 74 drivers through the Drivers 65 Plus. Based on this initial assessment, we analyzed the risk prediction cut-offs. Furthermore, we tested the construct, content, and predictive validity. The cut-off score for the prediction of driving risk was found to be 74.5 points. The positive predictive value was 88.6%, and the negative predictive value was 86.3% about the cut-off score, signifying an excellent level of discrimination. Convergent validity, nomological validity, and content validity were found to be appropriate. Therefore, this study confirms that SAFE-DR is an appropriate assessment that can be used to screen dangerous elderly drivers.
