본 논문에서는 정보기술의 발달과 인터넷의 보급 등의 IT 혁명이 점자도서관에도 영향을 줌으로써 시각장애인들을 위한 정보환경의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 정보기술의 발전에 따른 정보환경의 급속한 변화에 따른 점자도서관의 서비스 동향을 정보매체 중심으로 살펴보고 개선할 방향을 제시하였다.

우리가 적응해야 할 외부의 자극이나 변화를 말한다. 또한 그때 느끼는 생리적.행동적 반응도 스트레스라고 한다. 일반적으로 스트레스하면 나쁜 것으로만 생각하는데 사실은 그렇지 않다. 만약 변화나 자극이 전혀 없다면 너무 권태롭고 지루할 것이다. 적당한 자극과 변화는 우리 삶의 활력소가 된다. 어떻게 받아들이느냐에 따라 스트레스가 긍정적인 측면으로 작용할 수도 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of each storage temperature condition of 5, 10, 15 and 20℃ to maintain the freshness of mini paprika (Capsicum annuum cv. New Raon Red) in corrugated box. Changes in general appearance, fresh weight loss, firmness, SSC (solid sugar content), and Hue angle were investigated. Furthermore, storage at temperatures ranging from 5℃ to 15℃ for 14 days resulted in maintaining freshness for 35 days. Paprika stored at 20℃ showed significantly higher loss of fresh weight and firmness than that of other storage temperatures. Furthermore, paprika stored at 5℃ and 10℃ showed a lesser decrease in hue angle than that at 15℃ and 20℃. However, the SSC of mini paprika was not significantly affected by storage temperature. These results suggest that corrugated box packaging in combination with low storage temperatures (5~10℃) could be effective in prolonging the shelf life of mini paprika. Therefore, the results represented that the low temperature storage in combination with cardboard box treatment could be effective in prolonging the shelf life of fresh paprika.

In the era of electronic records management, today's record management environment is rapidly evolving. Therefore, this study aims to suggest improvement plans for continuing education that allows archivists to acquire knowledge and skills in the dynamic records management environment. Thus, this study analyzed an archivist's work characteristics and proved the necessity of continuing education in a changing record management environment. Furthermore, the United States' continuing education curriculum and the United Kingdom's Archives and Records Association (ARA) were analyzed. Based on this, the researchers compared and analyzed the curriculum of continuing education locally and abroad and suggested ways to improve continuing education suitable for local records professionals.

This is a research analyzed general patten and change as measure and guidances about government reorganization and surveyed a state of the records management according to the reorganization. The result of analysis, first, the guideline of government reorganization requires complementary measures according to the various patten and primary factor. The archives management according to the reorganization requires not only the change of the function between organizations but between internal organizations. It is arrangement guidance of transferring secret records and special archives management division records according to reorganization. Forth, archivist and official's duty related with transferring records should be stipulated according to Government reorganization. Fifth, the records oversight and missing should be minimized as amending related laws and regulation.

상시수요관리 시행 시간대 변동에 따른 주요 고객의 인센티브 변화를 CBL과 절감량을 중심으로 4, 5월 비교를 통하여 살펴보고자 한다. CBL은 인센티브 금액에 결정적 영향을 미치면서 평균 사용량에 의해 결정되며 고객의 조작이 가능하기 때문에 절감량 뿐만 아니라 CBL도 중요한 의미를 가진다. 결과적으로 시간대 변경이 CBL의 의미 있는 패턴 변화를 가져오지 않는 것으로 관찰되었고, 또한 당일 사용량 패턴에도 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 절감량은 전기요금 단가가 가장 저렴한 경부하 시간대를 기준으로 감소 패턴을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 판매회사 입장에서는 예측SMP 급등에 따른 상시수요관리 시행시 그 시간대가 경부하 시간대에 근접할수록 가장 효과적인 상시수요관리가 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다.

수위자료는 유량을 판단하기 위한 기초적인 수문자료이다. 하지만 관측자료는 항상 오류 가능성이 있으므로 이에 대해 지속적인 품질관리가 요구된다. 일반적으로 수위자료는 단일 지점에서 시간에 따라 수집되므로 시간에 따른 변화 등을 이용하여 수위자료의 오류 여부를 판단한다. 하지만 실제 수위자료는 상류와 하류가 공간적으로 연결되어 있으므로 상 하류의 관계를 비교함으로써 수위자료의 오류 여부를 판단하는 것도 가능할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 하천의 수위자료를 해발수위 자료로 변환하여 하구로부터의 거리를 이용해 도시함으로써 수위 프로파일을 시각화하고 그 변화를 고찰함으로써 수위자료의 시공간적인 변화를 이용해 수위 오류를 찾을 수 있는 시각화 기법을 개발하였다. 그림 1에서 보는 것과 같이 각 관측소 수위의 정상 경사와 역 경사를 시간별로 구분하고 이를 연속적으로 추적함으로써 수위자료의 오류와 수위관측소 제원 정보의 오류 등을 찾는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 수위자료에 대한 향상된 품질관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

The current is quickly changed to a simple structure in the existing system architecture is complex and diverse structures. Especially due to the new cyber threat is growing more and more system risks. And many kinds of system monitoring and analysis tools are released in order to minimize the risk, but there is a limit to such a system depends on the Partially automated tools. Therefore, to present the role of a system administrator for effectively managing the system for the new changing environment out of the frame of the old system in order to minimize the systemic risk management system in this study.

In this paper, I presented that transformation of library from the collection management to knowledge contents management along with paradigm shift under the web-based multimedia information environment is required. Effective web contents management call maximize users'satisfaction with personal customizing services for library users. Especially, contents customizing service using the metabrowsing service contributes to maximize the user'satisfaction by supplying core contents that the user seeks. In this paper, I studied the scheme of knowledge contents management to increase of user'satisfaction, concentrating on the management factors of web-based multimedia knowledge contents and service strategy.
