Capacity of Concrete Filled Carbon Tube Columns Based on the Comparison of Ductility and Energy Dissipation Capacity (연성도 및 에너지 소산능력 비교에 따른 콘크리트충전 탄소섬유튜브 기둥의 성능)

  • Flexural capacity estimation test of concrete filled carbon tube (CFCT) column under the cyclic lateral load was carried out in this study. Thickness of carbon tube and winding angles of carbon fiber were chosen as test parameters and two types of column with square and circular sections were manufactured. To act axial and lateral load, three dynamic actuators were used and all specimens were made with actual size. Flexural stiffness, ability of deformation, energy dissipation capacity and ductility behavior. of CFCT column were analyzed with test data.

  • This paper presents the experiment results for a CFT column confined by carbon fiber sheets(CFSs) under an axial load. Nine specimens were constructed and axial compression tests were conducted. The main experiment parameters were diameter-thickness ratio(D/t), reinforcing CFSa, and the attachment of a cushion gap between surface of steel tube and CFSs. The load-displacement curves of the specimens were obtained from the compression tests. Finally, it was concluded that the CFT column with a gap had grater ductility capacity improvement that the CFT column confined by CFSs.

  • Ultraviolet irradiation of the vegetal hemisphere of the fertilized frog egg prior to first cleavage resulted in alterations in neural morphogenesis. The sensitivity to UV irradiation dropped drastically at the point of 2/3 time lapse between fertilization and the appearance of the first cleavage furrow. Scannining electron micrographs revealed a decrease in size of the cells on the surface of the irradiated embryos. However, ectoderm exchange frafts indicated that the ectoderm of the irradiated embryo retains its capaciiy to form a completely normal neural morphology and epidermal surface. These facts were interpreted in terms of a decrease in the capacity for invagination during gastrulation, and subsequent primary embryonic induction.

Pattern Classification Based on the Selective Perception Ability of Human Beings (인간 시각의 선택적 지각 능력에 기반한 패턴 분류)

  • We propose a pattern classification model using a selective perception ability of human beings. Generally, human beings recognize an object by putting a selective concentration on it in the region of interest. Much better classification and recognition could be possible by adapting this phenomenon in pattern classification. First, the pattern classification model creates some reference cluster patterns in a usual way. Then it generates an SPM(Selective Perception Map) that reflects the mutual relation of the reference cluster patterns. In the recognition phase, the model applies the SPM as a weight for calculating the distance between an input pattern and the reference patterns. Our experiments show that the proposed classifier with the SPM acquired the better results than other approaches in pattern classification.

  • In this study, the seismic strengthening technique considering the rocking behavior of the wall was developed. The rocking system rotates left and right around the vertical axis of the wall. The development system is a method of dissipating energy by installing a damper which was attached at a large displacement portion. The damper was made of a steel material, and the shape and height of the strut were selected as variables. Experimental results showed that in case of shorter strut make strength capacity increasement and in case of longer strut make deformation capacity increasement. As a result of comparing the abilities according to I and S type strut shapes, it was evaluated that S type has better seismic performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동통신용 인증 및 키 교환 프로토콜을 분석하였다. Forward secrecy나 signcryption 성질을 만족하기 위해서 프로토콜의 변형이 필요하였고 이 때문에 원래의 보안요구사항이 훼손되지도 않았다. 또한, 클라이언트의 연산능력을 고려한 최근에 제안된 프로토콜에 관해서도 연구하여 연산량과 통신 오버헤드 관점에서 기존의 프로토콜보다 우수함이 분석되었다.

  • Flat Plate structures subjected to lateral load are susceptible to the brittle failure, therefore deformability of plate-column connections should be ensured to resist against earthquake. However, according to previous study, existing experiments overestimate the deformability of connections and current design provision do not accurately explains them. In the present study, parametric study using nonlinear finite element analysis was performed. Based on the numerical results, seismic design method considering the deformability of connections was developed.

  • This paper reports on tests of reinforced concrete shear walls for wall-type apartment structure under axial loads and the cyclic reversal of lateral loads with different confinement of the boundary elements. Confinement of the extreme element by U-stirrups and tie hooks seems to be as effective as closed stirrups. The shear strength capacity seems not to be increased by the confinement but deformation capacity improved.

  • 본 논문에서는 chamfer가 없는 경우에도 조립이 가능한 로봇 조립용 손목기구를 개발하였다. 손목기구에서는 chamfer있는 경우에 우수란 적응능력을 가지는 RCC(Remote Center Compliance) 구조가 이용되었으며 위치측정용 sensor와 공압 actuator를 이용하여 조립시 생기는 RCC 구조의 변형을 측정하여 이로부터 능동적으로 오차를 교정하도록 하였다. sensor signal로부터 적절한 오차교정방향을 찾아내는 algorithm 으로는 신경회로망을 이용하였으며 이 결과 손목기구의 비선형성에도 잘 적응함을 볼 수 있었다. 제작된 로봇 조립용 손목을 이용하여 chamferless part의 조립을 실험한 결과 clearance ratio가 0.02인 경우 eccentricity가 2mm 까지 오차교정이 가능함을 볼 수 있었다.

  • 최근 선진국에서 차세대전투기와 고속철도차량 및 자동차 동체 등 경량화를 위해 복합재료의 사용범위가 증가되고 있다. 특히 강화재로서 섬유를 직물구조의 형태를 이용한 직물구조 CFRP 복합재료는 일방향 섬유에 비해 변형능력이나 기계적 특성이 우수하여 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 보강제와 같은 구조물 등에까지 그 사용이 확대되고 있다. 하지만 직물구조 CFRP 복합재료는 내부의 손상형태나 위치를 파악하기가 어렵고 직물구조의 복잡한 강화구조를 가지기 때문에 그 역학적 손상거동과 명확한 파괴거동 해석수법은 확립되어 있지 않다.(중략)
