These days the buildings are getting higher, bigger, and in a deep. According to that, it was the Large-Scale casuality by smoke from Daeyeongak Hotel fire in 1971 to Uijeongbu apartment fire in 2015, and the law of smoke control has consistently changed. but the analysis for improving the law isn't working. Therefore on this study, it conducts the analysis of historical comparative about smoke control and it will present the basic data for improving the law of smoke control and in-depth analysis.

대한민국의 화약생산 기원은 고려시대에 중국으로부터 흑색화약이 처음으로 전수되었으며, 1890년 경남마산에서 흑색화약이 채광발파에 처음 사용되었고, 최근에는 지하철굴착 도로굴착 건물폭파해체 등 거의 대부분의 건설시장에 에멀젼폭약을 사용하는 진동제어발파공법 기술이 자리를 잡게 되었다. 2006년 12월에는 세계에서 처음으로 진동제어발파공법을 위주로 한 발파설계 시공지침을 국가와 전문학회의 주도로 완성하였다.

이 연구는 1989년에 설립된 이후 현재까지 본연의 소임을 다하지 못하고 있는 우리나라의 도서관정책위원회의 변천과정과 활동을 분석하여 문제점을 추출한 한 후, 우리 행정조직 상의 여러 위원회의 운영 행태와 미국ㆍ영국의 도서관정책위원회 분석결과에서 얻은 시사점을 참고하여, 이 위원회가 명실상부한 기능을 수행할 수 있기 위한 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 후프(hoop)의 기원 및 변천과정을 고찰해보고 시대별로 후프의 유형을 분류한 후, 포스트모더니즘 이후 더욱 다양해진 후프가 현대패션에서 어떻게 응용되고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 후프의 역사적ㆍ미적 가치를 재인식하여 오늘날 복식디자인에 창조의 영감을 줄 수 있는 하나의 모티브를 제시하는데 있다. 후프가 발생하였던 르네상스시대에는 신 중심에서 인간중심으로 사고가 변화하면서, 복식에 있어서도 인간의 신체미를 과시하려는 의도로 인체의 실루엣을 과장ㆍ확대하고자 하였다. 따라서 속옷의 중요성과 역할에 따른 심미적인 기능이 복식에 절대적으로 필요하였고, 뿐만 아니라 기교적인 면에서 속옷에 요구되는 장식성은 어느 시대보다 절실하였다. 그 결과 겉옷이 확대되고, 이에 따라 속옷도 인체를 크게 보일 수 있는 후프가 고안되었다. 후프는 스커트를 부풀리기 위해 철사나 고래뼈 등을 세공하여 만든 테를 넣은 속치마를 말한다. 16세기 중엽 스페인에서 유행한 종형의 파딩게일(farthingale)을 시초로, 영국과 프랑스에서는 드럼형의 휠 파딩게일(wheel farthingale)과 오쓰뀌(hausse col)가 유행하였다. 17세기 초기에는 후프를 착용한 16세기 복식이 유행하였으나, 1625년 이후 슬림한 스타일의 17세기 복식이 유행하자 후프의 착용은 점차 쇠퇴하였다. 18세기에는 파니에(panier)가 유행하여 옆을 부풀린 스커트의 실루엣을 형성하였고, 19세기에는 크리놀린(crinoline), 벗슬(bustle)이 유행하였다.

본 번역문은, 최근 NTT에서 추진하고 있는 INS에 관해, 알기쉽게 서술된 NTT 내부 문서(1981년 9월 NTT부총재가 직원들에게 배부한것)를 편역한 것이다. INS를 설명하기위해, 지금까지의 전기통신 서비스 변천과정을 소개하면서 거기에서 일어난 문제점들을 하나하나 제기하고 있으며. 그 해결을 위해 디지탈화를 해야하며 요금체계의 일원화, 네트워크의 통합등을 이룩해야만 한다고 주장하고 있다. 또한. INS를 실현하는 구체적인 방향등을 얻기위한 시범적인 모델 시스템 구축의 필요성과 계획을 소개하고. 사회적으로 파급되는 INS의 커다란 영향에 관해서도 소개하고있다. 마지막부분에서 NTT직원들의. INS실현을 성공케 하기위한, 정신적인 자세등에 대해 당부하는 부분도 주목할 만하며, 특히 일본 NTT의 거대화와 독점성에서의 문제 때문에 거론되고있는 영업부분의 일부개방, 부분적인 업무분리및 민영화 문제등에 유연하게 대처해 나가야 한다고 역설 하는 부분등은 여러 뜻에서 흥미 있다고 보여진다.

The purpose of this study finds that (1) history of the First birthday rite(첫돌 의례) and (2) changing process of the First birthday\`s dress and ornaments(첫돌 복식). The results of this study are as follows. The history of the first birthday rite has been continued vary long years in Korea, but it\`s origin is not clearness. The purpose and form of the first birthday rite are vary similarity in China and Korea. The rate of infant mortality was regarded that an absolute element of the first birthday rite. Making process of the first birthday\`s dress and ornaments was not definite, The adoption of that\`s form and elements act on affect local·homely·individual situation. First birthday\`s dress and ornaments was changed by changing process and convert of recognition about First birthday rite. It shows that the change of rites clothing contacted with changing process of rites.

It is quite common today for bride to wear white-colored wedding-dress in wedding ceremony. When does the color date back to? What does the “white” mean? Which other colors had been used for wedding dress and why? This research paper aims to answer those historical questions through literature review. It is found here that the “white” began to be generally accepted for a wedding dress color in the 18th century, and that the color became an official one since the marriage of Queen Victoria's (i.e. 1840). Prior to that, other colors were taken rather than the “white”. In ancient Greece and Roma, “Red” and “Yellow” were used to remove devils or to bring fortune. In medieval society, luxurious wedding dresses were popular and various colors were adopted in order to show up family power among leading classes. The “White” has meant purity of bride since the 18th century. However, two world wars in the 20th century happened to lead some brides in economic difficulty wear “black” colored wedding dress for a practical reason. After the world wars, some light colors such as white, beige, ivory are to be used in wedding dress.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the successional process of homemaking education curriculum for elementary and secondary schools in Japan. The findings were as follows: 1. While homemaking education was mainly for the girls in schools before war, it has been developed to required subject for the girls and boys in Japanese schools after war. 2. It is a very specific point that living subject is choosen newly for the lower grads in Japanese primary schools. 3. But it is remarkable that there are both the elective subject for the girls and the elective sub-ject for the boys in Japanese secondary schools. 4. As we investigate the process to study, discuss and revise curriculum according to the changes of social circumstances in Japan, it should be considered a lot for our homemaking education.

본 연구는 스마트앱을 이용한 자체 홈 시큐리티 시스템의 적용가능에 관한 논의이다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 기존 시큐리티 시스템의 변천과정을 살펴보고 향후 전개 될 스마트앱을 이용한 자체 홈 시큐리티의 도입에 대해 살펴보고 문제점과 발전방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이제는 과거 통신사를 이용한 기계경비의 물리적 대응으로 사용자 스스로가 서비스 제공회사에 임대비를 지불하는 방식에서 분리되어 개인이 스마트앱을 이용한 자체 홈시큐리티의 시스템 도입은 현실화가 되면서 기존 서비스를 제공하는 회사의 경영체제 방식의 변화, 기술력의 한계, 제도적 측면의 개선 등을 논의하고자 하였다.

The traffic policy of a city in Korea has brought to many traffic problems by putting emphasis on the only side of mobility in the past that the personal transportation was put first in importance more than the public transportation. As the result of this policy, in the process that the traffic policy of large cities in Korea changes into accessibility, it is shown for re-lighting up the development of the public transportation to be going to be able to get many suggestions in searching for the desirable developing direction of the new means of transportation that will arrive at Korea in the future. Especially, compared with the policy of U.S.A. on the traffic plan that has concentrated on the road and the vehicle, and that of Europe that has put first in the walking and the public transportation system, it is considered as an important thing that the lesson is given to us about what is important for the desirable city development. Transportation can be divided into four; a railroad transportation. a road transportation, a marine transportation, and an aerial transportation.
