  • 벨트 컨베이어 설비에서 비상사태 발생 시 비상 정지 동작을 수행하는 풀 코드 스위치(Pull Cord Switch)는 동작 된 스위치의 위치 파악이 어려워 설비 정지시간을 길어지게 하여 막대한 손실을 발생시키게 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 전력선을 이용한 방법, 단방향 무선통신을 이용한 방법 등이 제안되어 사용되고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 Zigbee 기반의 무선 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 벨트 컨베이어 시스템의 풀 코드 스위치 동작 상태를 실시간 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고 운용자가 시스템의 장애상태, 위치를 좀 더 다양한 인터페이스를 통하여 감시 할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다.

Behavior for 2 Ply Rubber/Cord Laminates (2층 고무/코드 적층판의 층간거동)

  • 2 ply laminated composite is regarded to simulate the interply behavior of the belt layer of the tire. It was cone with 3 dimensional FE(Finite Element) analysis to determine interply shear stress and strain. Widthwise, the shear strain was measured by the pin method. These results are compared with those of CLT(classical lamination theory) in center region and those of Kassapoglou's and Kelsey's theory in edge region. In the FE analysis. rubber is assumed as linear elastic material. and rubber/cord laminate as the orthotropic material composed of cord and rubber In the FE result, interlaminar shear stress causing the interlaminar delamination has the largest value in the edge region of the inner rubber layer. Numerical results obtained coincides with CLT well in the center region, and agrees with other theoretical result little in the edge region.

  • 본 논문에서는 오리 사육장치를 제작하기 위하여 오리의 습성에 맞게 사육장치를 설계하였다. 또한 오리의 먹이는 음식물 쓰레기로 하고, 오리의 분뇨는 콘베이어 벨트로 수거하여 지렁이의 먹이로 사용함으로서 음식물 쓰레기를 줄이고, 지렁이에 의한 분변토를 얻을 수 있어 환경오염을 줄일 수 있는 새로운 시스템을 설계하였다. 사육장치의 프레임은 3차원 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS로 구조해석을 실시하여 안전성을 검토하였다.

  • Tire subjected to inflation pressure and the load of passenger car has a important roll to dynamic performance characteristics of radial tires such as cornering and braking. These performance characteristics are directly related to the belt cord durability of tires. In this paper, we analyze the mechanism of belt cord broken due to cord tension at braking theoretically.

  • 풀 코드 스위치(Pull Cord Switch)는 컨베이어 벨트를 비상 정지시키기 위한 스위치로, 정지된 스위치 또는 미 복귀 스위치의 위치를 파악하는 문제가 시스템 가동시간과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 현재 전력선을 이용한 방법, 단방향 무선통신을 이용한 방법 등이 사용되고 있으나, 별도의 유선가설이나 통신장애 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 USN(Ubiquitos Sensor Network)을 이용한 상태모니터링시스템을 제안하고 그 가능성을 보였다.

Prediction of Fatigue Life in 2 Ply Rubber/Cord Laminate (2층 고무/코드 적층판의 피로 수명 예측)

  • In order to simulate the crack connection between cords and the interply crack growth in the belt-layer of real tire, 2 ply rubber/cord laminate specimens with exposed edges were tested in 4~11mm displacement control. Measurement of the crack connection is evaluated when crack reaches the half of the length between 45$^{\circ}$ aligned cords, and the amount of the crack growth is measured by the steel probe method. 2 dimensional analytic modeling was performed to simulate the crack connection between cords at the exposed edges. Also, the theoretical life of the specimens was calculated from the crack connection life between cords(critical value) and from the critical value to the final failure by the use of Tearing energy(T); the strain energy release per unit area of one fracture surface of a crack. Then, theoretical life was compared with those of experiments. The life prediction up to the critical value has about 20% error compared to experimental life, and up to the final failure about 65% error. Therefore, total theoretical life has about 45% error compared to the experimental life, which is conceivable in the case of rubber.

  • This paper presents a method that automatically recognizes products into model type, which it flows with the conveyor belt. The specific interlaced image are occurred by moving image when we use the NTSC based camera. It is impossible to process interlaced images, so a suitable post-processing is required. For the purpose of this processing, after it remove interlaced images using de-interlacing method, it leads rectangle region of object by thresholding. And then, after rectangle region is separated into several blocks through edge detection, we calculate pixel numbers per each block, re-classify using its average, and classify products into model type. Through experiments, we know that the proposed method represent high classification ratio.

  • This study is object to design and souctural analysis of duck breeding system. Design tool is Auto CAD and souctural analysis of duck breeding system using result from ANSYS Code. The finite element model was developed to compute the stress, strain and displacement for duck breeding system. This structural analysis results, many variables such as boundary condition, constraint condition and load condition are considered.

  • The performance of power window system was decided by driving characteristics of the window regulator part and reaction by the glass run. The performance of power window system usually has been predicted by experimental methods. In this paper, an analytical method using the explicit code was suggested to overcome the limit of the experimental methods. The friction coefficient of glass run was obtained by the friction test at various conditions and the Mooney-Rivlin model was used. Also, a mechanism of window regulator consisted of the fast belt system and the slip ring elements. And, we conducted the analysis considering characteristic of a motor and obtained the lifting speed of automotive glass with high reliability

  • In order to detect and monitor the broken cords of steel-cord belt from being damaged by impact of large lump of materials and the corrosion of steel cord, we developed a non-contact magnetic coil detection system. This measures the deterioration of reinforcing cables in steel cord conveyor belt which transport the ores in raw material plant. In this research, magnetic coil sensor of broken-cord detection system has exciting part and sensing part. The broken-cord detection system is operated by supplying a transmitter coil with electric power to generate magnetic field, and then the change of induced voltage is detected in each receiver coils due to resultant magnetic flux effected by the broken steel cords at the inside of the conveyor belt. By the informations such as the position and size of the broken steel cords obtained by SCBMS(Steel Cord Belt Monitoring System), it is expected that not only the span of belt life will be lengthened, but also this system can enable operators to plan scheduled maintenance and prevent the enlargement of damaged parts in steel cord belt at an early stage
