Vehicles are changing in the direction of utilizing various ICT technologies. Accordingly a number of software has been installed in vehicles, resulting in cybersecurity threats such as hacking. So each country is preparing legal regulations to secure vehicles cybersecurity. However, the enactment of legal regulations is bound to be relatively slow compared to the speed of development of vehicles technology, so it is necessary to revise the legal regulations by continuously monitoring of vehicles technology development trends. In this study, we search and analyze the latest vehicles cybersecurity patent applications to explore new technologies that require supplementation of vehicles cybersecurity. Threat technologies/security requirements for new technologies are presented through patent analysis

Apartment buildings have teen increasing it's height since first appearance in the late 1970 in Korea. Likewise, fire risk and the fire damage of this new dwelling type have become a serious problems. However the applying fire safety design method and regulations are minimum level of requirements based on the current fire codes. The purpose of this study is to figure out the evacuation characteristics in high-rise apartment buildings and improve countermeasure by comparison egress codes between Korea, Japan and U. S. A. The result shows that means of egress of this dwelling should be reviewed by the fire code as well as expected evacuation safety performance by a fire protection engineer to minimize fire 1osses including life safety.

최근 정보보호 문제와 관련하여 많은 논의가 일고 있으며, 또한 이와 관련된 여러 법규들이 제·개정되고 있다. 이러한 노력을 통하여 문제가 되고 있는 개인 정보나 통신비밀의 보호문제, 정보화의 역기능 문제 등이 어느 정도 효과적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었으나 현행 법규들은 새롭게 등장하는 정보 침해 문제의 대응에 급급한 나머지 관련법들간의 상호 조정이 제대로 이루어지지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제와 관련된 전체 법 체계를 종합적으로 검토하여 향후 정보보호관련 법규의 재정비 및 심화되는 정보보호 문제 해결에 도움이 되도록 하였다.

Personal Information Protection Law and Information Communication Network Law is administered from March, 2012 and August, 2012. It is very important to protect and manage the key well so that the third party doesn't know the key. Thus, at present, there increases an importance of Key Management Server. Key Management Server is an appliance type of hardware equipment which can securely store and manage encryption and decryption key. In this paper, we will survey on foreign key management server products and discuss about the necessities of legislation of related law and establishment of policy.

본 논문에서는 전기자동차의 고전압 시스템의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 법규 규제안 생성 방법론을 제시하였다. 법규가 기술적으로 모든 영역을 빠뜨리지 않고 정의하고 있는지를 파악하기 위한 방법으로 법규분포분석법(Regulation Distribution Analysis Method)과 법규 완전도 분석법(Regulation Completeness Analysis Method)을 제시하였다. 자동차 설계와 생산에 있어서 법규/규제는 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 원칙적으로 법규는 자동차 승객과 환경을 보호하는 목적으로 생성되고, 이윤 추구 중심의 시장에서 놓칠 수 있는 기술적 항목들을 규제할 수 있도록 한다. 매연 배출 정도, 매연 모니터링 시스템, 전기 안전성과 같은 항목이 그 예이며, 향후 연료전기자동차 양산을 앞두고는 고전압 안전성과 관련된 규제 또한 필요하게 될 것으로 파악된다. 그러나 규제 항목에서 미정의된 부분이 있는지를 확인하는 체계적인 방법이 없어 본 논문에서는 기술적인 파라미터를 중심으로 규제항목을 검토하는 방법론을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 자동차 충돌 시험에 관련된 항목 중 현재 많은 연구를 하고 있는 측면 충돌 시험 평가에 대한 법규를 지원해주기 위한 시스템 구축에 관한 것이다. 2003년 상반기 국내 최초 충돌 시험을 실시한 바 있고 전 세계적으로 측면 충돌 시험은 자동차 안전성 평가의 기본이 사항이다. 측면 충돌 시험은 각 국가별 상이한 법규와 시험 방법을 가지고 있기 때문에 각각의 내용을 인지하는 것은 자동차 충돌안전에 있어서는 필수 사항이다. 이번 연구는 측면 충돌 시험과 관련된 법규와 측면 충돌 시험 평가 결과값(별의 개수)을 가지고 평가에 대한 내용을 설명하고 이해를 지원해주는데 목적을 두고 있다.

본 논문에서는 최근 급격하게 증가하고 있는 해킹, 컴퓨터바이러스 유포 등 각종 전자적 침해행위, 개인정보의 광범위한 수집과 오·남용, 음란·폭력정보의 범람, 익명성· 비대면성을 악용한 인권 침해행위 및 신종 사이버범죄 등의 정보화 역기능에 대처하기 위한 국내 컴퓨터범죄관린 처벌법규가 제·개정시 강화되어 어느 정도 효과적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었으나 국내외 컴퓨터범죄관련 처벌법규 체계를 조사·분석하여 관련 법·제도의 개선방향을 제시한다.

본 논문은 보행자 머리 상해치 예측을 통해 보행자 보호 법규의 만족여부를 판단하는 시스템을 구축 하는데 있다. 차량의 FE DATA와 더미 DATA를 입력하고, MADYMO solver를 이용하여 해석을 수행한다. 이를 통해 나온 결과 HIC(머리상해치)와 보행자 보호 법규에서 제시하는 HIC(머리상해치)와 비교를 통해 만족여부를 판단한다. 강화되는 보행자 보호 법규를 만족시키기 위해 차량시스템을 개선을 유도 하고 이를 통해 차량 대 보행자 사고 시 보행자의 생명을 구하는데 그 궁극적인 목적이 있다.

As a result of increase of high-rise building and complex building in cities, fire damage become larger and complicated. However, law and standards in connection with life safety in the fire is deficient in safety performance and the institution of fire is divided into two parts : the building law and the fire law. The aim of this research is to compare with egress safety rule in advanced countries and to analyze the national standard of egress safety by investigating research data in order to make fire safety rule more effective. On the basis of this analysis, this research also suggested that reform measures should make egress safety in the fire.
