The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a general-purpose evaluation tool and to analyze their applicability in problem solving programming education for college students of teacher training college. For this purpose, we have redefined the area of computational thinking and detail elements from the viewpoint of problem solving programming, and developed general-purpose computational thinking scale to evaluate them. The reliability and validity were analyzed by applying the evaluation tool developed for the actual college students of teacher training college. Through this study, it was confirmed that the a general-purpose evaluation tool developed in this study can be used as a tool to computational thinking assessment and can be generalized.

최신 발전제어시스템은 신뢰성, 편의성 및 범용성 크게 세가지 설계의도를 가지고 개발되고 있다. 다중화제어기, 이중화통신, 진단 및 감시시스템 등을 채택하여 높은 신뢰성을 확보하였으며 프로그램 오류파악 및 수정 등의 편의성이 좋은 기능블럭형 타입 프로그램을 이용하여 제어로직을 작성하고 있다. 또한, 발전방식 및 제어대상에 관계없이 활용 가능한 범용적인 고속제어시스템을 개발하여 발전소에 적용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 전력연구원에서 개발한 고속의 기능블럭형 제어기와 다중화기술이 결합된 여자시스템의 설계구성 및 특징을 기술하고 시스템의 신뢰성확보를 위해 수행한 성능시험 결과를 수록하였다.

Building Energy Management System application not only helps maintain internal environment comfortable, but also maximizes energy efficiency and extends an expected life of facility system. Due to generalized computer usage, development of communication system, and bigger and more complex of building in 1990s, automation and comprehensive management system were acknowledged to be important; and these have been widely applied in domestic market. This paper study the design of the BEMS project.

화재대피용 방독마스크의 주요한 기능은 상온에서의 일산화탄소 제거이며, 가장 효과적인 방법은 촉매에 의한 것이다. 일산화탄소 제거를 위한 호흡용 보호구의 정화통 충진재로써 범용으로 쓰이는 촉매는 Hopcalite로 Cu와 Mn이 혼합된 산화물 촉매이다. 그러나 이들 촉매는 상온에서 CO의 제거효율이 낮아 많은 양을 충진해야 하는 어려움이있다.(중략)

In sequential speaker classification, the lack of prior information about the speakers poses a challenge for model initialization. To address the challenge, a predetermined generic model set, called Sample Speaker Models, was previously proposed. This approach can be useful for accurate speaker modeling without requiring initial speaker data. However, an optimal method for sampling the models from a generic model pool is still required. To solve this problem, the Speaker Quantization method, motivated by vector quantization, is proposed. Experimental results showed that the new approach outperformed the random sampling approach with 25% relative improvement in error rate on switchboard telephone conversations.

신문, 잡지, 공문서, 영수증 등의 문서로부터 필요한 정보를 자동화하여 처리할 수 있는 문서영상 이해 시스템의 구현에 있어서 문서영상에 존재하는 문자를 추출하는 연구는 문자 인식의 전처리 단계로서 매우 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 하지만 현 시점에서 문서 자체가 가지는 다양한 형태 및 배경 등에 의하여 범용화되고 일반화된 방법을 찾기란 매우 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 특히 배경이 선이나 도표 등으로 이루어진 문서 영상에서 Hough Transform을 사용하여 기울어짐을 보정하고 문자들이 선에 겹친 부분을 효과적으로 보정하며 추출된 영역에 대한 분할 및 합병 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 완전한 문자 영역을 추출하는 방법에 대하여 다룬다.

'스마트 항로표지 현장시설 고도화 연구'를 통해 항로표지의 상태뿐만 아니라, 다양한 센서를 통해 해상정보를 수집하고, 이를 선박과 육상 연계시스템에 전파하는 방안이 논의되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 항로표지에서 다양한 센서들의 정보를 수집하기 위한 범용인터페이스를 정의한다. 미국의 선박전자협회(NMEA)는 다양한 해양기기의 인터페이스를 표준화하기 위한 노력을 지속적으로 하고 있으며, 그중 많은 부분이 국제전기기술위원회(IEC) 표준으로 채택된 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 NMEA 또는 IEC 표준과 새로 정의되는 국내표준을 통해 센서들의 정보를 수집하고 선박에 제공하기 위한 방안과 시연 계획을 소개한다.

원자력 발전소 정보 관리 시스템인 GPM 시스템에서 원자력 발전소 유지보수 프로세스에서 발생하는 도면, 문서 등 데이터와 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링한 데이터 모델을 범용 제품 모델 (GPM, Generic Product Model) 클래스 라이브러리에 통합하였다. 이를 통해 제시하는 표준 데이터 모델은 지능적 P&ID 시스템의 기본 데이터 모델로 사용될 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 향후에는 지식화된 정보 서비스 제공이 가능하게 된다.

In this study, the applicability and validity of collocation method to nonlinear vibration issues in comparison to other solutions are confirmed, and the applicability of collocation method to nonlinear dynamic response issues in comparison to the response curve with F.E.M results is examined. Also, it is also examined how the influence of axial inertia varies according to the size of slenderness ratio.

설계경험이 적은 설계자를 지원하기 위하여, 범용 전문가시스템 쉘인Nexpert을 이용하여, 선체구조설계를 위한 전문가 시스템을 구현하였다. 지식베이스를 구축하기 위하여, 선급협회의 규정집과 실제로 설계실무에 이용되고 있는 기존의 선박구조 설계프로그램으로 부터 지식을 추출하였으며, 객체지향 개념을 이용하여 이 지식들을 조직 화 하였다. 또한, 공학설계 작업을 위해 추가로 요구되는 기능들을 접속하여 시스템을 구성하였다. 추가된 기능은, 종강도의 계산, 실적선 데이타베이스, 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스와 설계결과를 가시화하는 부분이다. 이 연구를 통해 범용전문가 시스템이 선박설계에 이용될수 있는 가능성을 보였으며, 그 추구해야할 방향을 설정할수 있었다. 특히, 어떤 설계결정에 이르는데 관여한 규칙들을 보여주는 기능의 유용성과, 개발된 시스템이 자주 개정되는 선급규정에 맞추어 쉽게 수정될수 있음이 관찰되었다.
