정보통신부가 오는 9월부터 인터넷전화(VoIP)에 착신번호를 부여하고 전기통신사업법상 기간통신역무로 지정함에 따라 인터넷전화 시장이 새로운 전기를 맞게 될 전망이다. 하지만 통화품질기준ㆍ접속료산정ㆍ요금체계ㆍIP 전용단말기 보급 등 시장활성화의 걸림돌도 여전히 남아있어 인터넷전화 시장에 대한 섣부른 낙관론을 경계하는 목소리도 높아지고 있다.

브랜드 네이밍의 중요성이 점점 부각되는 지금, 체계적인 브랜드 네이밍을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 광고효과를 보길 원하는 IP업체들이 많이 생겨나고 있다. 21세기 마케팅 경쟁환경은 시장이 아니라 소비자의 머리속을 꿰뚫어 봐야한다. IP브랜드네임을 통해 PC통신 소비자의 머리속에 떠오르는 연상은 바로 그 IP상품의 브랜드 이미지로 직결되며, 그 이미지에 따라 IP상품의 성공여부가 결정되기 때문이다. 이번호에는 IP네이밍 브랜드와 카피라이팅 방법에 대해 알아 보려고 한다.

The existing certificate based authentication or identification just verifies whether the owner of private key corresponding to public key of certificate is the DN user set in the user field in the certificate or not, then we cannot find out who is the actual private key owner in a real world. To make up for this weak points, the method to insert the identification number like the resident registration number into the certificate extension field is applied as a technical standard to current domestic PKI system. In this paper, we propose the ECC based integrated identification, identification number checking and key management protocol providing user validation during the login.

Recently, there have been cases in which counterfeit foreign ships have entered and left domestic ports several times. Vessels have a ship-specific serial number given by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to identify the vessel, and IMO marking is mandatory on all ships built since 2004. In the case of airports and ports, which are representative logistics platforms, a security system is essential, but it is difficult to establish a security system at a port and there are many blind spots, which can cause security problems due to insufficient security systems. In this paper, a port security system is designed using deep learning object recognition and OpenCV. The security system process extracts the IMO number of the ship after recognizing the object when entering the ship, determines whether it is the same ship through feature point matching for ships with entry records, and stores the ship image and IMO number in the entry/exit DB for the first arrival vessel. Through the system of this paper, port security can be strengthened by improving the efficiency and system of port logistics by increasing the efficiency of port management personnel and reducing incidental costs caused by unauthorized entry.

본 연구는 제천시 새주소 부여사업에서 추진된 새주소 부여를 위한 수치지도상의 건물 및 도로의 데이터베이스와 주 출입구 조사 및 입력, 도로구간 설정, 도로명 제정 및 입력, 건물번호부여 등의 작업과정을 통하여 도시공간정보의 체계적인 관리와 활용을 위한 새주소 관리 시스템 개발에 대한 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 지방 중소도시의 새주소 관리시스템 개발과 구축은 클라이언트 서버 기반의 GIS 기능을 충분히 활용하여 관리시스템을 설계하고, 관리시스템의 데이터베이스를 객체지향 형으로 구축에 의한 WEB-GIS로 구현하여 새 주소의 안내 및 생활지리정보서비스의 다양할 기능을 추가할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 그 결과로 제천시의 새주소 관리시스템은 기존의 GIS DBMS의 접근방식을 개선하여 다양한 새 주소의 도로와 연계된 건물의 위치정보를 신속하게 이용할 수 있는 그 효용가치를 크게 높일 수 있었다.

In this paper, the plug-in scheme for ENUM client and ENUM services was proposed using an ENUM DNS applied by E.164 telephone numbering. Especially, ENUM services(ENUM HTTP, ENUM FTP) were implemented according to ENUM root domain(e164.arpa).
