  • 최근 백화점, 편의점, 미술관 등 다양한 장소에서 비콘을 활용하여 매장 내의 고객에게 쿠폰을 제공하거나 관람객에게 작품 설명 등 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비콘을 이용하여 악성코드를 배포했을 때의 위험성을 분석하고 비콘의 신호 캡처를 통하여 비콘의 정보를 파악하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 컨텍스트 인식의 모바일 추천 시스템의 설계를 다룬다. 컨텍스트란 컴퓨터의 위치, 시각, 온도 등을 의미하며 컨텍스트 인식 컴퓨팅이란 이러한 정보들을 이용하는 컴퓨팅을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 핸드폰이나 PDA와 같은 이동단말기에 GIS 센서가 부착되어 있다고 가정하고 이들 단말기를 통하여 위치정보를 수집한 후에 이를 이용하여 백화점과 같은 매장에서 고객에게 상품을 추천하여 주는 시스템을 설계하였다. 이동 단말기는 일정한 시간간격으로 자신의 위치를 서버로 전송하고 전송된 데이터는 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 저장된 데이터는 간단한 데이터 분석 알고리즘 통해서 단말기 사용자의 구매경향과 흥미도를 예측하여 이를 상품 추천 서버에 제공하고 상품 추천 서버는 이들을 바탕으로 사용자에게 최적의 상품을 추천하게 된다.

  • This study is to investigate consumer's purchasing behavior by types of retail store and to conduct Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to exhort adequate competitive strategy to the traditional market. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result shows that consumer spends more time and less money at the traditional market due to the difficulties of store searching by store arrangement and construction of the market. Second, this study suggest that the traditional market needs to change their competitive strategy in same level with the discount stores, the traditional market can concentrate their capability on specialization and uniqueness of their product to meet the consumer's needs. Third, according to the result on quadrant(concentrate here) of IPA, traditional market is marked on ease of refund, convenience of after service and parking facility, and cleanliness of bathroom while the discount store and the department store are marked on high credibility level and quality of product.

  • This research is about the characteristics of the saccades that occurring in the process of observing the spatial. The size of the saccades is the visual activity for acquiring the information, and the search trace that left by the spatial visitor. Reviewed over the saccade through the analysis of observation process that appeared in the eye-tracking experiment of sports store from the department store, the saccade is defined as the sight movement in the process of finding a component to view in the spatial. If some spatial component induces saccade, and able to know which specific component acquired through the saccade, then the designer will have a clue which able to provide the spatial desired by the consumer. The results of analyzing the process in the deriving the spatial component and saccade characteristic from industrial space, can be summarised as follows. The first, the average fixed number of [IN].[OUT] zone appeared similarly, and it leads to knowing that the time used for attention with one frequency is about 0.3 seconds. Second, there were more saccades toward [$IN{\rightarrow}OUT$] (13 persons, 76.5%) than [$OUT{\rightarrow}IN$] (4 persons, 23.5%). The Los Angeles area has lots of interesting things to watch, so it able to thinks to begins with small saccade and then occur to bigger saccade activity to find new interests shortly after [OUT] saccade. Third, according to time range changes, keep eyes on the characteristics of saccade, [IN].[OUT] frequency has slightly decreased the changes of viewing time, but there was no significant change in an average number of observations. This means that the frequency and the number of observations are decreased together. Therefore, it can be seen that the amount of information to be acquired (frequency) is decreased (count) as the observation time elapses.

  • In this paper, the advancement in IT technology is not only inducing the multi-functionality of simple products but also changing even the lifestyle, that is, the pattern of consumers' daily life. The actual paradigm for the conversion from off-line to on-line is at the level of threatening the ecology of off-line. In this study, the diversified advancement method of off-line is in functional relationship with the increase in sales revenue and profits not only through the visit of consumers to the sales outlets for the simple purpose of making purchase but also through the application of augmented realities such as 3-dimensional sense in space and sense in reality, which are entertainment experience factors. Therefore, the improvement in the enhancement of sales revenues by applying augmented reality to off-line department store was researched in this study.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service orientation of fashion organization and employee's customer orientation. For this study, salespersons in clothing stores were selected as the subjects. We used 4 factors SERV*OR Scale: service leadership, human resource management, employee's empowerment, service system as an organizational service orientation. The results are as follows: First, Service Orientation of the company in fashion field affects the employee's customer orientation. In other words, a fashion company with a higher service orientation will have employees with a higher customer orientation. Second service orientation factors revealed differences depending on the store. Department stores had no effect on factors such as employee's empowerment, service system, but agency stores and outlet stores had effects on all factors. This influential factor is created due to the difference in fashion distribution. Human resource management especially seemed to carry weight among the factors in all stores. So, first and foremost fashion companies should make efforts on education, training of employee.

  • 데이타마이닝 분야에서는 대용량의 트랜잭션 데이타베이스와 같은 하나의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 많이 수행되어왔다. 그러나, 창고형 할인매장이나 백화점 같이 고객 카드를 이용하는 판매점의 등장으로, 단지 트랜잭션에 대한 분석 뿐만이 아니라, 트랜잭션과 고객과의 관계에 대한 분석 또한 요구되고 있다. 즉, 두 개의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 두 데이타베이스 사이에 링크를 생성하여 연관 항목집합을 찾는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 링크를 이용한 알고리즘은 고객 데이타베이스가 메모리에 거주가능한 크기라면 시간에 따른 분석에 유용함을 보여주었다.Abstract There have been a lot of researches of mining association rules from one database such as transaction database until now. But as the large discount store using customer card emerges, the analysis is not only required about transactions, but also about the relation between transactions and customer data. That is, it is required to search association rules from two databases. This paper proposes an efficient algorithm constructing links from one database to the other. Our experiments show the algorithm using link is useful for temporal analysis of memory-resident customer database.

  • 전문직 종사자는 많은 정보활동을 수행한다. 특히 끊임없이 변하는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하는 새로운 패션상품을 기획해야하는 머쳔다이저는 의상디자인 능력과 상품기획 능력을 동시에 겸비하고 있어야 한다. 이 두가지 다른 내용을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 전공교육 프로그램이 마련되어 있지 못한게 국내실정이다. 그리하여 패션 머쳔다이저는 업무수행에서 필요로 하는 정보 및 지식을 끊임없이 수집, 분석하려는 노력을 취해야한다. 이들이 주로 탐색해나가는 정보의 성격이 업무수행성과에 영향을 미치는 가를 판단코자함이 본 연구의 관심주제이다. 정보활동에 관한 기존연구는 개인의 특성, 경험 등이 정보활동 형태에 영향을 주는 요인이리고 지적한다. 본 연구에서는 머쳔다이저가 성장해온 경력외의 분야에 더 많은 정보를 탐색하게되면 보다 합리적인 머쳔다이징 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게되고 또 한 이들의 업무수행 성과도 그에 따라 차이가 날 것이라는 주요가설을 설정하였다. 아울러 이의 검정을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 국내 주요백화점의 특정 지점에 매장을 갖고 있는 의류제조업체의 머쳔다이저를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 본 연구의 주요가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 의류업체가 머쳔다이저를 위한 정보활동 프로그램을 마련할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구가 패션분야를 떠난 일반적 정보활동 분야에 기여한 점은, 업무를 효과적으로 수행하는데 부족하다고 여겨지는 분야의 정보를 많이 획득해나갈수록 그 활용에 따른 효과가 크게 나타난다는 점이다. 이는 정보활동에 대한 계획수립시 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

Temperature Control Freezers and Refrigerators in Department Stores & Supermarkets (백화점 및 대형할인매장의 냉장.냉동식품의 온도관리)

  • A study on temperature control of freezers & refrigerators in department stores and supermakets was conducted in Taegu are from July 15 through August 30 in order to determine how the temperature is effectively controled for food safety. Five departments and four supermarkets were selected randomly and fifty seven refrigerators and fifty nine freezers were inspected to observe temperature of thermometers and measure the temperature of the coolers by laser thermometer. The results are as follow; 1. Out of one hundred and sixteen coolers, eighty six (74.1%) were open type coolers and thirty (25.9%) were closed types (p<.05). 2. Twenty five (89.3%) of refrigerators and twenty three (82.1%) of freezers in department stores had thermometers and twenty seven refrigerators (93.1%) and twenty two (71%) of freezers in supermarkets had thermometers respectively (p<.01). 3. The measured temperatures of coolers increased in the afternoon to compared to the temperatures of them in the morning time (p<.01). The difference of temperatures of coolers between department stores and supermarkets was wider in the supermarkets and difference of temperatures of food items between refrigerators and freezers was wider in the refrigerators but the difference was not statistically significant. 4. The temperatures of forty four (84.6%) out of fifty two refrigerators within recommended ranges and those of forty two (93.3%) of forty five freezers higher than recommended ranges (p<.05).

The Relationship Among Relationship Quality, Loyalty for Perceived Service Quality on Department Stores (백화점 의류매장의 지각된 서비스품질, 관계품질, 충성도와의 관계)

  • In this study, relationship model of relationship quality and loyalty for perceived service quality on department store is proposed and empirically tested. Service quality factors were defined as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Relationship quality were defined as customers' overall satisfaction and customer trust. A LISREL model was used to develop dimensions of service quality and to investigate the structural relationship among perceived service quality, relationship quality(customer satisfaction and trust) and loyalty on department stores. The empirical results were as follows; First, Tangible, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy of service quality factors have a positive effect on customers' overall satisfaction. Second, customers' overall satisfaction have a positive effect on customer trust. Third, relationship quality have a positive effect on loyalty of customer; customers' overall satisfaction and customer trust have a positive effect on loyalty of customer. At the end of this paper, discussion, managerial implications, limitations and future research directions were suggested.
