정보화 환경에서 개개인의 지식과 활용 역량 수준은 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 크게 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개인의 역량 발전 단계에 관한 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 정보화 관점의 개인 역량 발전 단계를 정의하고, 각 발전 단계에 따른 개인의 정보화 학습 유형을 분석한다. 또한 개인 정보화 역량 발전 단계를 기반으로 한 동적 평가 체계 및 측정 시스템을 개발하여 실제 산업 현장에 적용해 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 동적 평가 시스템은 평가 영역 설정, 측정 시스템, 해석 체계가 연계되어 있으므로, 향후 기업들이 필요로 하는 효율적 변화 관리와 교육 투자를 위한 도구를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 동적 평가 시스템은 대한민국의 자동차 제조사에 근무하는 임직원 약 18,000명을 대상으로 적용되었다.

CCITT에서는 1986년 7월 4단계로 구성되는 패킷 모드 서비스의 발전단계에 합의하였다. 이러한 단계중 세번째에 해당하는 frame relaying과 frame switching의 개념을 살펴보고, CCITT와 ECMA에서의 개발현황등 이와 관련된 발전 동향을 정리하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to indicate possible future research directions for social network services(SNS) by reviewing past and recent trends in SNS studies. The framework used for the analysis is the New Media Evolutionary Model(NMEM) proposed by Wimmer and Dominick, a four-phase system for research on new media development. Although early forms of SNS emerged in the late 1990s, most research in this field has been published in the past five years. We searched for SNS-related articles published from 2006 to August 2011 from academic journal archives in information systems, communication, marketing, and other fields, and classified them according to the NMEM to analyze the current state of SNS research. Researchers in this field have so far focused on the first two phases of the model(the media itself and use of the media), but little research has been conducted on the third(effects of the media) and fourth phases(improvements in the media). Although SNS research is still in its early stages, we suggest the need for more studies on the effects of SNS and how it can be improved. Very few studies test existing theories or build new theories related to SNS. Thus, a more rigorous approach towards SNS research is warranted, and future research should focus on theory building and testing.

This study has classified development stages (Embryonic-Growth-Maturity) of mobile telecommunication industry based on Industry Life Cycle theory. There are two steps to be analyzed in this study, In the first step, cluster was investigated through cluster analysis using mobile density to categorize development stages of mobile telecommunication industry. In the second step, we compared on indexes of market structure, market efficiency and market performance to find out characteristics of each stage of development. The results are as follows. First, HHI is higher at embryonic stage than at growth and maturity stages, Second, ARPU(Average Revenue Per User) and RPM(Revenue Per Minute) are getting higher as the stages move on. Third, EBITDA margins, an index of market performance, is decreasing along the three stages. Finally, this study presents a clue to define the stage of development of mobile telecommunication industry and build a proper strategy for the market change.

This study analyzed the development stage and change management necessity of the construction IT system through existing research and literature review, and used WordCloud, one of the text mining techniques, to analyze current construction trends and major issues. The necessity of change management is derived by using existing research literature and construction-related social issues as analysis data.

최근 유무기 하이브리드 전자소자의 발전과 더불어 스트레처블 태양광전지 기술이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 스트레처블 태양광전지에 대해 기술을 선도하는 국가나 기관을 파악하고 우리나라의 기술 수준은 어느 정도인지 분석하기 위하여, 특허 데이터를 기반으로 정량 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 스트레처블 태양광전지 기술은 전체 특허건수 1,747건 중에 48%를 차지하는 중국이 양적으로 우세한 것으로 나타났으며, 피인용도지수와 시장확보지수가 월등히 높은 미국이 질적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상위 주요출원인 1~2위로 선정된 일본 국적의 화학물질 제조기업이 재료분야에서 기술을 선도하는 것으로 나타났다. 우리나라는 양적인 면과 질적인 면에서 모두 두각을 나타내지 못하고 있으며, 기업체의 참여도 저조하여 상업화 단계로 발전하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 단, 스트레처블 태양광전지 기술의 성장단계가 성숙기 단계로 진입하고 있고 기술 독점 여부가 낮은 것으로 나타났기 때문에, 선택과 집중을 통한 전략적인 연구개발 계획을 수립한다면 기회가 있다고 판단된다.

신재생에너지 중에서 풍력발전은 많은 연구가 진행되면서 상용화가 진행되었다. 하지만 파력발전은 세계적으로도 연구가 부족하고, 다양한 파력발전장치의 형태가 존재하면서 최적화에 대한 고민과 함께 아직 상용화에 접근하지 못하고 있다. 또한 풍력발전보다 더 많은 에너지 변환 단계가 존재하고, 파랑의 특성에 따른 입력 에너지가 급격하게 변화하기 때문에 파력발전용 PCS는 제어가 복잡하다. 본 논문에서는 파력발전장치의 각 단계의 실측 데이터를 기반으로 파랑의 특성을 반영한 에너지원의 모델링을 진행하고 이를 기반으로 파력발전용 PCS 제어특성 분석을 진행한다. 파력발전용 PCS는 백투백 컨버터(back to back converter)로 구성하고, PI 제어기 기반의 SVPWM을 사용한다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 기반으로 파력발전용 PCS 제어기 구성을 통한 향후 연구방향을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

제주의 전력계통은 HVDC로 육지계통과 연계되어 있으며 3곳의 풍력발전단지가 연계되어 있다. 향후 대규모의 풍력발전이 연계된 상황에서 HVDC Overhaul을 시행하거나 어떤 사고로 HVDC가 끊어진다면 제주계통을 정상적으로 유지하는 것이 어려울 수도 있다. 이에 본 본문은 Overhaul 기간에 한경풍력 2단계가 제주계통의 전력품질에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. Overhaul 기간에는 제주계통의 주파수가 매우 불안정하여 풍력발전량의 급격한 변동에 의하여 제주계통 전체의 주파수가 영향을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 형태소 수준의 결합범주문법을 이용하여 형태소 분석을 포함한 자연언어처리의 여러 단계를 한 단계의 유도과정으로 처리하고 형태소 분석 단계에서 증가하는 애매성과 복잡도를 상위 분석 단계의 정보를 사용하여 줄이는 방법에 대해서 논한다. 한국어에서 나타나는 복잡한 언어 현상 중에 하나인 용언의 불규칙 활용을 확률 정보뿐만 아니라 음운정보를 포함만 통사 정보나 의미 정보 등의 상위 정보를 사용하여 처리하여보고 일반적인 형태소 분석기로서의 발전 가능성에 대해서 알아본다.

This research focused on the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and quantitative and qualitative study approaches. Particularly, questionnaire survey was performed for the cluster analysis of the innovation cluster. The major determinants for vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley can be summarized as follows; the strategy formulation for the development of the innovation cluster, the enhancement of the host institution capability and gradual enlargement of the role of the host institution. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.
