Intracellular signal transduction is achieved by protein-protein interaction. In this paper, we suggest performance algorithm based on Yeast protein-protein interaction and protein location information. We compare if pathways predicted with high valued weights indicate similar tendency with pathways provided in KEGG.

web Mining은 Network의 발전과 함께 그 중요성이 대두되고 있는 전자상거래(EC)에서 디지털화된 자료의 분석을 통하여 가상상점을 이용하는 고객의 이용경로, 검색 및 구매경로, 상품에 대한 고객의 검색 및 구매 경향을 정확히 파악하기 위해 중요한 주제로서 연구되고 있는 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래(EC) 시스템의 디지털화된 자료를 분석할 때 기존의 통계적인 방법론에서 벗어나 고객의 주관적인 검색 및 구매의 의사결정 과정분석에서 퍼지이론을 도입하여 새로운 Web mining 방법론을 제안하였다.

최근 산업의 급속한 발전과 가공기계의 초정밀화로 인한 초정밀가공품의 수요가 꾸준한 증가를 보이고 있으며, 특히 렌즈 산업에서 초정밀가공기술의 적용이 급속히 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 초정밀가공에서는 공구의 가공물on 대한 상대운동이 그대로 가공물에 전사되므로 생성되는 가공데이터의 정확도가 중요하다. 고정도의 렌즈와 렌즈금형들은 형상정밀도가 수십 나노미터에 이르는 초정밀 제품으로써 가격이 고가이다. 따라서 잘못 생성된 공구 경로는 시간적인 손실뿐만 아니라 고가의 장비를 훼손시킬 수 있으므로 공구경로 보정을 행할 필요가 있다.(중략)

인터넷의 발전으로 WWW상에서 지도 정보를 서비스하는 사이트들이 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 WWW상의 지리 정보 서비스를 확장한 도로 주행 안내 시스템의 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 도로 주행 안내 시스템은 도로, 건물 등의 지리 정보를 표시해주며 사용자의 최단 경로질의를 받고 빠른 시간내에 최단경로를 탐색할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요구를 수용할 수 있도록 OODBMS, CORBA, Java를 사용하여 WWW상의 도로 주행 안내 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 이 논문에서는 도로 데이터 캐싱과 그래프 모델링, HEPV (Hierarchical Encoded Path View) 알고리즘 구현 등의 사항을 기술하였다.

Previous studies of ethnic enclaves did not provide an adequate explanation of the geographical contexts and spatial implications of industrial production systems, as a result of emphasizing ethnic networks with stagnant participation from geographers. The objective of this study was to identify and examine the formation mechanism of Korean ethnic enclaves through the case of Bom Retiro's Korean garment industrial district in Brazil, specifically by performing an integrated review of the development path of Bom Retiro, the garment industry's production systems, and ethnic networks. The research findings indicated that the formation of this region's ethnic enclave was indeed highly influenced by ethnic networks; however, it was also affected by the development path of the region as a migrant garment industrial district and spatial convergence pertaining to the production systems of garment industries. Moreover, the formation of Bom Retiro's ethnic enclave also involved active participation of non-ethnic immigrant communities and local Brazilians.

This study examines the services provided by the elderly welfare center in Korea, which have entered the aged society since 2017. And it suggests future direction of development. In order to present the direction of development, I surveyed three cases in Germany, Sweden, and Japan and conducted In-depth Interviews with 12 elderly people. According to the interviews and case studies, first, it is necessary to make people participate in many programs, secondly, it should be made that the welfare centers are not used only by elderly people, third, elderly people should be provided with program to participate in self, it is important. Currently, Welfare Centers are applying different programs in different regions, so it is a limitation of this study that I do not know how the program is going on. In future research, it is necessary to investigate cases in Korea and specific programs that can be applied to local characteristics and common without regional difference.

This study analyzed the meanings and drives, and government roles in NIS transformation process. Specifically, I deal with changes in the S&T policy and S&T public administration system as NIS changed from catch-up to post catch-up. As a result, S&T policy and administrative structure has changed as key elements of a new form of steering the transformation process. Though changed from direct to indirect, the role of the state remains strong in 'vision creation' and 'discursive coordination' as supporter and facilitator of the NIS transformation process. Especially, administration structure has been changed to strengthen decentralized pluralism and linkages and cooperation between government and private, between firms and universities, among inter related ministries.

The development and speed improvement of the Internet network, and the development of many platforms based on it, have brought about a rapid expansion of production and consumption of various contents. However, the existing IP-based Internet system cannot efficiently cope with such an urgent increase in data. Accordingly, an alternative called the CCN(Contents Centric Network) has emerged, enabling more efficient data transmission and reception centered on content rather than host. In this paper, we will deal with the mobility of intermediate nodes in CCN real-time streaming service, which is one of the major research fields of CCN, and minimize network overload through more efficient path switching through RSSI detection. In other words, by improving the method of selecting and switching a spare path when an intermediate node located between the requester(consumer) and the provider moves, a mechanism for managing data transmission is not interrupted and unnecessary load due to route switching does not occur in the network.

Location Based Service(LBS) system is widely used in Car Navigation Service(CNS), position tracing, tour guide, etc. Recently, the development of a mobile hardware enables us to run various application of software on small handset. Although CNS systems are widely used on personal computer, PDA and embedded machines, small display system of a mobile handset still constrains to make it difficult to developed route visualization and navigation system. In this paper, we propose a new route map visualization system on mobile handset environment for LBS system. We use modified line simplification algorithm that removes extraneous information and places more emphasis on the turning point. We also adopted level of detail route visualization technique for visualization of a detail map. This system improved turn-by-turn method and line drive system, which are widely adopted by current route visualization system.

Path-finding on a grid map is a problem generally addressed in the fields of robotics, intelligent agents, and computer games. As technology advances, virtual game worlds tend to be represented more accurately and more realistically, resulting in an excessive increase in the number of grid tiles and in path-search time. In this study, we propose a path-finding algorithm that allows a prompt response to real-time queries by constructing a reduced state space and by precomputing all possible paths in an offline preprocessing stage. In the preprocessing stage, we vertically decompose free space on the grid map, construct a connectivity graph where nodes are the decomposed regions, and store paths between all pairs of nodes in matrix form. In the real-time query stage, we first find the nodes containing the query points and then retrieve the corresponding stored path. The proposed method is simulated for a set of maps that has been used as a benchmark for grid-based path finding. The simulation results show that the state space and the search time decrease significantly.
