최근들어 문명의 발달과 사회의 복잡화에 따른 식생활 문화의 변천과 스트레스의 증가 등으로 악관절 질환환자가 급증하고 있으며 개원의도 악관절 질환 환자를 접할 기회가 많아졌다. 이에 필자는 7회에 걸쳐 개원의가 손쉽게 진단하고 치료할 수 있는 방법과 영역 그리고 그 이에외 전문병원에 의뢰해야 되는 증례 및 영역은 어떤 것이며 어떠한 치료를 하고 있는 지를 서술하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze papers on child rearing in Korea and to suggest future research and nursing practice directions for child rearing. Methods: An on-line search via 5 web sites yielded 201 research papers. The analysis of key concepts was based on the attributes of parenting and type of knowledge held by the parents. Results: The research papers found in the search were 27.3% experimental and 72.7% non-experimental. Among the participants, 77.0% of parents raising the child were mothers and the children were mostly young children under the age of one year. Types of knowledge related to child rearing varied widely, but explanatory knowledge (55.2%) was the most common, followed by prescriptive knowledge (30.0%) and descriptive knowledge (14.8%). For attributes of parenting, reaction to parenting (49.9%) followed by parenting behavior/practice (43.1%) was most common. Conclusion: Findings of this study indicate that further research is necessary regarding fathers and surrogate caregivers and on prescriptive knowledge for health promotion of children at different developmental stages. Also the results suggest a need for research toward developing child care policies.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an occupational therapy program on the school readiness, focusing on adaptation skills and daily life skills, in children with developmental delays. Methods : The study involved a boy with developmental delay, aged 5 years and 8 months. The program was conducted twice a week, with a total of 8 sessions spread over 4 weeks. The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was employed, targeting class preparation and use of the toilet. Pre-post tests and follow-up evaluations were carried out to compare changes. Data analysis involved video recordings of the subject's performance. Results : The COPM results indicated improvements in both the performance and satisfaction levels for class preparation and toilet use. Processing skills showed seven improvements in class preparation and eight improvements in toilet use during post-testing. Activity performance observations further confirmed improvements in both class preparation and toilet use during post-test and follow-up evaluations. Conclusion : Occupational therapy improves school readiness (adaptation skill, daily living activity skill) for children with developmental delays, and has a positive effect on overall school readiness.

This study presents "The Subject List for Developmental Bibliotherapy", for the purpose of offering selfdevelopment information to university students to assist them in identifying problems, and solving them while strengthening their egos. Theories relating to developmental psychology of young adult, results of analysing of student survey and successful examples of bibliotherapy subject lists from other universities have been applied for classifying of subject of this study. The four classes, are physical/mental development, social/emotional development, cognitive development and career development, have been classified into sub-classes and divisions in this study. With fixed career goals based on documents of developmental bibliotherapy, students can manage a more effective university education as early as their freshman year.

공학문제에 있어서, 해석적으로 접근할 수 없었던 많은 경우의 문제들이 유한요소법(Finite Element Methods)의 정형화된 모형화 및 해석과정을 통하여 쉽게 접근되어질 수 있었다. 최근 보다 효율적인 요소개발과 컴퓨터 기술의 발달로 유한요소법은 더욱 효과적인 해석 수단이 되어가고 있다. 그러나 지반공학 문제와 같은 무한영역 문제를 유한요소법으로 해석할 경우, 매우 큰 영역을 모형화하기 위하여 많은 수의 요소가 요구되며 이에 따른 자유도(Degree of Freedom) 수의 증가로 많은 계산시간을 요구하게 된다. 본 고는 무한영역 문제를 효과적으로 모형화하기 위하여 연구, 개발되어진 무한요소(Infinite Element)에 대하여 소개하려 한다. 무한요소의 기본개념과 강성행렬의 형성방법을 보인 후, 기초공학 문제를 예로 하여 이의 적용방법을 간략하게 설명하였다.

최근 정보통신의 급속한 발달로 비디오의 내용기반 검색은 많은 응용분야에서 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 자동적인 비디오 검색에 있어서 장면전환의 검출은 없어서는 안될 필수적인 과정이다. 그래서, 압축 영역이나 비압축 영역에서의 장면전환검출 기법들이 많이 제안되었다. 특히, 비디오가 대용량화됨에 따라 압축 영역에서의 검출 기법의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 압축비디오에서 I-프레임의 DC 영상과 B-프레임의 매크로 블록 타입만을 이용하여 정확한 컷의 위치를 찾아내고자 한다. 그리고, 비디오 구조화의 수행에 적합한 성능과 정보를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

디지털 기술의 발전은 디지털 미디어의 발달을 가져왔고 이는 곧 디지털 미디어의 다양한 영역 확장으로 이어졌다. 기존 미디어의 한계를 벗어난 다양한 시도들은 새로운 패러다임을 만들어 내며 하나의 미디어 영역을 구축해 나아가고 있다. 그런 영역 중에 하나인 Facade projection은 현실 공간이나 인위적 공간에 프로젝터로 이미지나 영상을 투영하여 공간의 디지털화, 가상현실, 착시와 같은 효과들을 만들어 내며 미디어 작품이나 상업적인 미디어로서의 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 Facade projection에 사용되어지는 디지털 이미지나 영상들이 어떤 방식으로 만들어지고 있는지 사례분석과 그 과정을 연구 분석하고자 한다.

생체계통과 그 제어기구는 지구상의 여러가지 조건에 조화하려고 점차로 진화되어 왔으며, 현대기술문명의 발달은 인공적으로 자연과의 불조화로 생긴 문제를 해결하도록 계속 노력하고 새로운 생체계통은 모방할 수 있게 연구를 추진하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 중점적으로 다루는 생체공학은 의용전자공학의 범위에서 벗어나 medical engineering, biological engineering, medical and biological engineering으로 영역은 확장하여 왔으며, 지금 여기서 이야기하고져 하는 생체공학은 bioengineering에 해당하게 그 영역을 정하여 보았다. 본문에서는 생체공학에서 취급되고 있는 분야를 간단히 살펴보고 주로 의용공학에 가까운 영역에 대한 연구동향과 교육현황을 고찰하고자 한다.
