In this study, we developed a deep learning and vision sensor-based assembly performance evaluation method isfor prefabricated steel structures. The assembly parts were segmented using a modified version of the receptive field block convolution module inspired by the eccentric function of the human visual system. The quality of the assembly was evaluated by detecting the bolt holes in the segmented assembly part and calculating the bolt hole positions. To validate the performance of the evaluation, models of standard and defective assembly parts were produced using a 3D printer. The assembly part segmentation network was trained based on the 3D model images captured from a vision sensor. The sbolt hole positions in the segmented assembly image were calculated using image processing techniques, and the assembly performance evaluation using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm was verified. The experimental results show that the assembly parts were segmented with high precision, and the assembly performance based on the positions of the bolt holes in the detected assembly part was evaluated with a classification error of less than 5%.

Smart Farm, which combines information and communication technologies with agriculture is moving from simple monitoring of the growth environment toward discovering the optimal environment for crop growth and in the form of self-regulating agriculture. To this end, it is important to collect related data, but it is more important for farmers with cultivation know-how to analyze the collected data from various perspectives and derive useful information for regulating the crop growth environment. In this study, we developed a web service that allows farmers who want to obtain necessary information with data related to crop growth to easily analyze data. Web-based data analysis serivice developed uses R language for data analysis and Express web application framework for Node.js. As a result of applying the developed data analysis service together with the growth environment monitoring system in operation, we could perform data analysis what we want just by uploading a CSV file or by entering raw data directly. We confirmed that a service provider could provid various data analysis services easily and could add a new data analysis service by newly adding R script.

Objectives : This study reports a 61-year-old man with sudden hearing loss and tinnitus whose symptoms improved remarkably after treatment with Korean medicine. Methods : The patient was treated with herbal medicine(gamisoyo-san, samul-tang gagambang, gongjindan, and yukmijihwang-hwan), acupuncture and moxibustion. Puretone audiometry(PTA), speech audiometry(SA), Korean tinnitus handicap inventory(K-THI), patient self-report, numeric rating scale(NRS) 11, and review of system(ROS) were performed. Results : After a month of treatment, PTA was improved from profound to mild and audiometric findings were improved in speech reception threshold and word recognition score. After 2 months of treatment, K-THI decreased from 92 to 28 and NRS 11 score decreased more than 6 in every item. Conclusions : These results demonstrate that Korean medicine could be effective sudden hearing loss and tinnitus.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the use of Korean medicine on a chronic urticaria patient. Methods : We treated an adult patient had chronic urticaria with herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture, acupuncture, photodynamic therapy. The effects of the treatment were evaluated through urticaria activity score and photo evaluation. Results : The urticaria activity score started at 6 and ended with 0. After 4 months of follow-up, no recurrence was confirmed. Conclusions : This study has demonstrated that Korean medicine could be effective to treat chronic urticaria with papular form.

Objective : This study assessed the effect of a combination of Korean medicine on a chronic nipple eczema patient complaining of stress and immunodeficiency due to long-term steroid use. Methods : Herbal medicine, moxibustion and acupuncture were performed for a year. Treatment outcomes were evaluated with DLQI(Dermatology Life Quality Index), EQ-5D-5L(The 5 level of EuroQol 5 Dimensio scale), EQ-VAS(EuroQol-Visual Analog Scale), ADSI(Atopic Dermatitis Severity Index), pruritus NRS(Numeral Rating Scale), pictures and patient's statements. Results : After the treatment, symptoms have been alleviated, the quality of life has increased, and it has been maintained without further nipple eczema for three months. Conclusion : We suggest that Korean medicine is effective for chronic nipple eczema patient.

The cataloging rules of AACR families and bibliographic structure, which are broadly used in describing resources, show limitations in reflecting the unique bibliographic characteristics of Korean old materials. Thus this research proposed a bibliographic structure optimized to the unique bibliographic characteristics of Korean old materials by establishing bibliographic relationships between bibliographic entities based on the FRBR LRM conceptual model. The bibliographic relationships should be established in the way of connecting related materials in the bibliographic structure. These relationships should sufficiently reflect the bibliographic characteristics of the materials, physical variations, and content variations. Through this structure, the bibliographic description can be separated and integrated into the bibliograhpic unit by applying LRM conceptual model. By using the proposed structure, the organization, management, and utilization of Korean old materials can be more efficient. Also, it can provide a new bibliographic environment that can be the foundation of creating BIBFRAME records for Korean old materials.

This study analyzes the statements made by representatives of member countries at the WTO Ministerial Conference (MC), the highest decision-making body of the WTO, to examine the position and attitude that Korea has shown at the WTO during the last 27 years. After constructing text dataset by extracting about 1,800 statement documents made by member countries from the WTO document database, the text mining technique is applied to figure out the characteristics of Korea's statements compared to other member countries. Through formal characteristics such as the number of remarks and length of speech, basic attitudes such as continuity of Korea's interest in the WTO and the level of interest in the WTO are measured. In terms of substantive characteristics, the topics in the statements of Korea are categorized through the LDA topic model, and the keywords of Korea for each session are analyzed through comparative analysis with statements by other member countries.

This thesis is focused on the bat symbol, especially prevalent crafts’ pattern in late Joseon period on museum collections. For the use and reperception of them, I am aimed for appropriate analysis of bat symbol by co connotation which reflects the characteristics on number.plastic.color symbol. This point of view, bat idea and bat paintings in Joseon period will be the source of meanings to the denotation of bat patterns. In the museum collections, bat paintings and patterns are calculated 324 objects. By functional classification, the bat patterns on dwelling-crafts for the royal and for the people will be discussed. In result, the bat paintings were only a few, however, usually connoted Taoist hermit with super-natural powers.longevity.protector of Lightning-God.praying for long life, which were based on Taoism. Meanwhile the bat symbol of dwelling-crafts for the royal projected the longevity and prosperity of king and queen. By he Five Blessings and good auspices in Ching dynasty, number of '5.4' implied 'Five Blessings', Through the correct recognition of homo-phone, "a bat(蝠, fu)=happiness(福, fu)$\rArr$five bats(五蝠)$\rArr$Five Blessings(五福 )." In the case of bat symbol on the dwelling-crafts for the people, especially its for women, it expressed on the metal-decoration of furniture and paper-crafts. In the metal-decoration, the signified of bat symbol were expellant-evil('guard') that of characteristic signifier, white-silver color, number '1' and 'flying-type'. The bat symbol on paper-crafts for the people signified 'double happiness'.harmony.sons with number of '2', 'Five Colors' and the transformation of 'flying-type'. Accordingly, the bat symbol on the dwelling-crafts for the people marked 'happiness and guard', because the people had concrete cognition the bat symbol as a denotation of 'happiness and 'guard' by itself

Recently, many ocean bridges that connect land to island or island to island have been constructed along with the improvement of the nation's economy. Long-span bridges can be categorized as suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge, arch bridge and truss bridge. In this study, correction with respect to construction error can be presented on site through the monitoring of the cable tension change of real structure for four major construction stages so that construction accuracy, including the management of profiles, can be improved. A vibration method, the so-called indirect method that uses the cable's natural frequency changes from the acceleration sensor installed on the cable, is applied in measuring cable tension. In this study, the estimation formula for the effective length of cable with damper is presented by comparing and analyzing between actual measurement and analysis result for the change of the cable's effective length. By the way, it is known that the reliability of estimating cable tension by applying the former method that uses the net distance from damper to anchorage is low. Therefore, for future reference of the maintenance stage, the presented formula for estimating the effective length of cable can be used as a reference for the rational decision-making, such as the re-tensioning and replacement of cable.

This study focuses on the satellite licenses and the requirements for satellite spectrum management (i.e. frequency allocation) in Korean satellite industry via comparative analyses against those cases in other developed countries, in order to provide complementary measures to the domestic satellite policies. The satellite industry is one of the main pursuits of a nation's efforts, and it shows distinct characteristics depending on various factors such as national defense and security. In addition, the industry is determined by the nation's market size as well as its international relationship. Consequently, the present study considers examples from various organizations and nations - including U.S.A, Japan, and ITU - and provides a hybrid policy that is well customized for the domestic market. This study looks at similarities between policies of other countries, and finds any supplements for domestic polices by specifying similar cases in others and analyzing their results. The main purpose of this study, therefore, is to find the best agreement for domestic policy with internal interpretation, rather accepting others. While the licensing method for domestic satellites need not be distinct from that of other nations, the case of using non-Korean licensed satellites must be complemented by the conditions in the domestic market. Furthermore, the spectrum management is essential to the nation's satellite industry since the spectrum is a scarce resource. As such, spectrum management that is carefully designed to incorporate the rapidly changing international market demand is crucial to provide a sufficient supply for domestic space industry. In the present study, we find that auction-like market based approaches together with measures to avoid exclusive uses of the scarce resource (e.g. share, leas and reallocation) would provide an excellent method for the domestic satellite industry.
