This study is related with support system plans of public-private convergence for emergency recovery services to fire victims. The current issues are analysed from the condition and problem analysis results of emergency recovery activities for fire victims. And building plans of an integrated support system based on the government and private sector cooperation are proposed. Overall, the system shows that the government is responsible for the functionality of management and supervision for the system operation, and the private is responsible for the functionality of specialized agencies for practical emergency recovery. Consequently, support system plans include with infrastructure maintenance of laws and regulations, contracting-out of the support system, stable supply of operating budget and function strengthening of public-private convergence for emergency recovery. Especially, plan for stable supply of operating budget in detail including with establishment of the fund and self-financing composition of private corporations for emergency recovery services is proposed. The results of this study will lead strengthening of fire safety welfare and social safety nets at future.

This study analyzes the construction status of digital employment services in Korea and presents the direction of continuous advancement and development of digital employment services based on overseas cases and the latest digital technology development trends. Find out the specific digitalization promotion strategies and current status of major countries such as Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States. In addition, in order to present a plan for the development of digital employment services in Korea, we will propose a plan to expand digital employment services to online employment centers through individual and customized employment services, data openness, and expansion of public-private collaboration through digital employment services using AI and big data.

In the current situation where systematic and active disaster management is becoming more important, domestic libraries do not have their own disaster management plans or support systems. In order to improve these problems, this study looked at overseas cases. Among them, we looked at Japan, where related cases and research are actively underway due to its exposure to various geopolitical disasters. In particular, we focused on cases of public-private cooperation established after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Association's Library Disaster Response Committee and saveMALK, a voluntary network of experts. The Library Disaster Response Committee played a central role in organizing donations and volunteer activities, and saveMALK played a role in collecting and sharing information by forming a collective intelligence among relevant experts. This analysis of the Japanese case has positive implications for building collaborative disaster management system.

Now that climate change and food resource security are becoming issues around the world, smart farms are emerging as an alternative to solve them. In addition, changes in the production environment in the primary industry are a major concern for people engaged in all primary industries (agriculture, livestock, fishery), and the resulting food shortage problem is an important problem that we all need to solve. In order to solve this problem, in the primary industry, efforts are made to solve the food shortage problem through productivity improvement by introducing smart farms using the 4th industrial revolution such as ICT and BT and IoT big data and artificial intelligence technologies. This is done through the public and private sectors.This paper intends to consider the minimum requirements for the smart farm data collection system for the development and utilization of smart farms, the establishment of a sustainable agricultural management system, the sequential system construction method, and the purposeful, efficient and usable data collection system. In particular, we analyze and improve the problems of the data collection system for building a Korean smart farm standard model, which is facing limitations, based on in-depth investigations in the field of livestock and livestock (pig farming) and analysis of various cases, to establish an efficient and usable big data collection system. The goal is to propose a method for collecting big data.
