Despite of a huge amount of GIS data were distributed in the private sectors, they were gradually decayed due to lack of the legal preparation or civilian data distribution channels. In order to solve these problems this study was mainly focused on the civilian GIS data distribution and demonstrated a proposed direction through the requested questionnaire and analysis of the civilian enterprises and public sectors for the favorable civilian GIS distribution flow. The implementation of the civilian GIS data distribution center(provisional name) was proposed fir the civilian GIS distribution flow because of the fact that civilian sectors were seriously requested to build and to operate the civilian GIS distribution organization through the result of the requested questionnaire. The requested questionnaire items were selected as the civilian enterprises distribution, data implementation and management, low and regulations, NGIS distribution network business, and civilian GIS distribution renter build to activate and to participate civilian GIS distribution. Therefore, three implementation models and three implementation operation were proposed to guide a roll of the civilian GIS data distribution center and the distribution boundaries.

전국의 주택 가격이 어느 정도 안정세를 보이고 있는 가운데 민간 건설업체의 참여를 유도하고 집값을 안정시키는 방안으로 택지지구 개발 확대가 거론되고 있다. 재건축 규제로 주택 공급이 많지 않은 강남에는 신도시,택지지구 개발 등으로 주택을 공급해야 한다는 목소리가 높다. 이제는 주택 수요의 억제가 아닌 주택 공급을 위한 전략적인 대응에 대해 살펴봐야 한다.

Studying the operation of urban control plan and control program of urban plan facilities to present development direction of urban plan in the future by performing multi-variate analysis, the research acquired the following conclusion. It is required to institutionally activate the inhabitants' participation by reflecting spontaneous participation and opinion of inhabitants to adminstration so that the effect of business can be maximized in the stage of establishing urban control plan. Furthermore, the participation of role dividing type is necessary to adjust and connect the interest of expert that has experience in practical business of overall urban plan, inhabitant and self-governing body. It is required to reduce the service supplied by government so as to enhance policy of plan-first and development last for facilities with high importance and utility such as road, park and water supply/sewage, etc as well as to seek control program that expands the participation of private sector for administration for which private service is possible.

지난 해 5월 정부가 그룹 VAN을 허용함에 따라 그룹사 정보처리 네트웍화의 길이 열렸다. 이로써 우리 나라에도 민간 VAN이 시작되었다. 민간 VAN은 이미 선진 각국의 주요 기업에 의해 산업화되어 급성장하고 있고, 국내에서도 근래들어 그룹사들에 의해 경영정보 공동활용과 새로운 유망 사업 분야로서 구상되기에 이르렀다. 이렇게 도입 욕구가 팽배된 적절한 시기에 민간 VAN이 허용됨에 따라 럭키금성을 비롯한 6개 그룹사가 이에 참여 하고 있는 가운데 제도상.기술상의 제반 문제점들이 도출되고 있다. 그룹 VAN 진출 기업들을 회원으로 하고 있는 본 협회는 국내 민간 VAN 사업의 활성화를 위하여 구랍 28일 문제점들의 시정을 정책 당국과 공중통신사업자, 그리고 진출기업에 건의 했다. 그 내용을 전개한다.

This research puts the purpose in elucidating the effect of participation types of leisure activity and leisure restraints on life quality. To achieve research purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 subjects who are engaged in private guard companies with ages over 20. Using the collected data, frequency analysis was conducted in order to identify demographic characteristics with SPSS/WIN 17.0V program. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted for solving research questions. As a result, sports related participation type had a positive effect on time constraint factor. Meanwhile, hobby related participation type had a positive effect on time and cost constraint, participation type of watching has a positive effect on individual and social constraint. Tour and play related participation type had a positive effect on individual constraint factor. Meanwhile participation type of sociality had a positive effect on individual constraint and hobby factor, but had a negative effect on familial and social constraint. Sports related participation type had a positive effect on social relationship factor. Participation type of watching and play related participation type had a negative effect on family relationship. Finally, time constraint factor had a positive effect on family relationship, and cost constraint factor had a positive effect on entire quality of life. Individual and family constraint factors had a negative effect on leisure relationship factor. Also, social constraint factor had a positive effect on family relationship, but had a negative effect on leisure relationship.

Present private infrastructure investment in SOC investment has increased up to $11\%$ compared to the year 2003 and it is expected to increase in the future. In spite of its rapid increasement we don't have definite standard or system on distinctly presented rate of return for domestic private infrastructure investment yet, and practical and scientific research is not sufficient, compared to its necessity and importance. Hence, in this study we tried to build theories systematically, which are related to rate of return of private infrastructure investment to promote SOC private infrastructure investment to last successfully and present the proper level of rate of return of private infrastructure we investment appropriate in domestic situations through diverse analysis. Therefore, to present reasonable rate of return, we used 5 methods: existing research analysis, case study, financial index analysis, analysis of investors rate of return, and analysis of rate of return in a real estate market. After comparing and analyzing these methods, Ive presented in the end the appropriate level of rate of return of private infrastructure investment, which can be applied in a domestic market.

The purpose of this investigation was to determine the effect of physical activity program on body composition and cardiovascular risk factors in security guards. The subjects consisted of twenty security guards who are working to the security company in Seoul, physical activity group of 10 people and control group of 10 people in 2012. The results were as following. For body composition, there were significant decreases in body fat, also significant increases in fat free mass(p<.05). There were significant decreases in TG, elevated HDL-C was observed with physical activity group(p<.05). It is concluded that physical activity program might make beneficial effect such as increasing fat free mass, it also produces lower incidence of cardiovascular disease during 12 weeks in security guards.
