This paper describes differences of performance when the orbit attitude model is applied to the respective images obtained from two different types of satellite. The one is Spot that rotates its pointing mirror and the other is Kompsat-2 that rotates its whole body when they obtain imagery for target. Our research scope is limited to the orbit-attitude model only as its good performance was proved in prior investigation. Model performances between two images were compared with sensor model accuracy and 3D coordinates calculation. The results show performances of the orbit-attitude model for each image type were different. For Spot imagery, the model required attitude angle to be included as adjustment parameters. For Kompsat-2 imagery, the model required high-order parameter for adjustment. This implies that satellite sensor model may be applied differently in accordance with platform's attitude control scheme and accuracy. Understanding of this information can be a base for improvement and development of model and application for new satellite images.

미국의 일부 원전에 있어서 운전 및 정비비용 절감문제는 발전소의 존립과 직결되어 있다. 전문가들은 운전 및 정비비용의 절감노력을 기울이지 않을 경우, 현재 미국에서 가동중인 109기의 원전 중 8$\~$10기 정도가 향후 4$\~$6년 사이에 상업성을 잃게 될 것이라고 말하고 있다. 1993년도에 개발된 운전 및 정비비용 절감계획이 이들 원전에 희망을 주고 있으나 결과는 아직 미지수이다.

대학 개혁의 개념, 대상과 목표를 지적하고 이에 대한 여론의 강력한 지원을 이끌어내는 것은 바로 언론이다. 그런데 언론 역시 대학과의 밀착 정도가 지나칠 정도이기 때문에 과연 언론이 대학 개혁을 필연적인 시대정신이라고 여기고 지원할 능력과 의사가 있는지는 미지수다. 대학 개혁은 필연적으로 언론 개혁과 동시에 진행되어야 할 것인 바, 다른 부문과 달라서 이 개혁은 각각의 내부역량의 민주화 정도가 그 성패를 좌우할 것으로 판단된다.

This paper describes to extend the fast algorithm fur the capacitance extraction of large three-dimensional object. The triangular meshes are used and refined adaptively in the area where the heavy charges reside in each iterative solving. This technique is applied to the capacitance extraction of a 68-pin cerquad package. The results show fast convergence, and this adaptive technique coupled with the fast algorithm is efficient to reduce the number of elements and computing time with least additional computational efforts in large three dimensional problems.

Nodal transport methods are proposed for solving the simplified even-parity neutron transport (SEP) equation. These new methods are attributed to the success of existing nodal diffusion methods such as the Polynomial Expansion Nodal and the Analytic Function Expansion Nodal Methods, which are known to be very effective for solving the neutron diffusion equation. Numerical results show that the simplified even-parity transport equation is a valid approximation to the transport equation and that the two nodal methods developed in this study also work for the SEP transport equation, without conflict. Since accuracy of methods is easily increased by adding node unknowns, the proposed methods will be effective for coarse mesh calculation and this will also lead to computation efficiency.

본 논문에서는 3차원 공간에 종이와 같은 박막형 유전체가 있을 때 임의의 점에서의 전계$\vec{E}$를 구하기 위해 유전체의 분극벡터$\vec{P}$를 미지수로 하는 경계적분법(Boundary integral method)을 사용한다. 경계적분법의 사용으로 FEM 3차원 해석에 있어서의 요소분할의 난이성 및 계수 행렬의 대형화로 인한 컴퓨터 수행능력의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 여기서 분극벡터$\vec{P}$를 구하기 위해 전하에서의 전계${ves{E}}_s$에 의한 유전체내의 분극벡터$\vec{P}$를 수식으로 정리하여 $[\vec{K}][\vec{P}]=[\vec{E}]$ 형태의 $\vec{P}$를 미지수로 하는 system matrix를 구성한다. 위의 system matrix 통해 구해진 분극벡터 $\vec{P}$를 이용하여 유전체 밖의 한 점에서의 전계세기 ${\vec{E}}_m$를 구한 후 우리가 구하고자 하는 전계$\vec{E}$를 계산한다.

강원도 고랭지 지역과 서해안 해안이나 도서 지역에서만 6월 초순경까지 일부 아카시아 꽃이 남아 있어 유밀이되는데 기온이 높을 때는 수분도 많고 꿀 분비도 잘 안되어 밀원으로서의 가치가 별로 없게 된다. 아카시아 채밀도 끝나고 밤꿀 이나 화분, 로얄제리 생산이나 분봉 등을 시키는 시기가 되겠다. 6월에 개화되는 꽃으로는 밤나무, 대추나무, 흑싸리, 찔레, 다래 등이 주요 밀원인데 그 중 밤나무, 대추나무에서는 채밀 할 수 있으나 찔레, 다래등은 화분만으로 만족해야 할 것이다. 만일 밤, 대추에서도 장마가 일찍 오면 채밀은 미지수이다. 이 장마기가 양봉에 있어서 월동 다음으로 어려운 월 하기라 생각한다.

국내 IT산업은 지난 몇 년간 급속도로 발전해 왔고 이제 우리는 세계 어떤 나라와 비교해도 뒤쳐지지 않는 IT인프라를 구축하고 있다 하지만 앞으로 3~4년 뒤에도 우리가 세계 속에서 IT강국으로 남을수 있을지는 미지수다. 특히 세계는 지금 IT를 기반으로한 온라인디지털콘텐츠 시장 선점경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 국내에서도 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 발전을 위해 지난해부터 정부와 산학연 관계자들이 함께 노력하고 있으며, 특히 디지털 콘텐츠 분야에서 나타나는 특징은 기존의 하드웨어 산업에 비해 여성의 역할이 더욱 중요할 뿐만 아니라 실제로 여성의 파워가 점차 커지고 있다는 점이다. 지난 98년 '워바이블'이라는 온라인게임을 통해 온라인 게임 시장에 진출한 이후 국내 온라인 게임 업계의 한 축을 이루고 있는 제이씨엔터테인먼트의 김양신(49) 사장을 만났다.

The derivation of the dual integral equation in the spectral domain, which has total fields of the interfaces as unknowns, is investigated. It is analytically shown that the derivation of the dual integral equation is equivalent to deriving the Helmholtz-Kirchhoff integral equation from the Wiener-Hopf integral equation.

지난달 13일 열린 원자력안전위원회의 정기회의에서 보류됐던 방사성폐기물처분장(이하 방폐장)에 대한 운영허가 심의가 이달 중순 다시 진행될 예정이다. 이번에도 보류될지, 아니면 허가될지는 미지수다. 그러나 안전성을 충분히 확보했다는 것이 한국원자력환경공단과 원자력안전기술원의 입장인 만큼 머지 않아 운영허가가 이뤄질 것으로 보인다. 그렇다면 현재 원자력발전소 등에서 보관 중인 방폐물은 어떻게 경주에 있는 방폐장으로 옮겨질까. 안전성 확보가 무엇보다 중요한 방폐물을 방폐장까지 완벽하게 운반하는 막중한 임무는 '청정누리호'가 맡고 있다. 청정누리호의 안전 확보 내용을 자세히 들여다본다.
