This study conducted an experiment to clarify the effect of rubber bands used as a root connector during the process of transplanting landscape trees on the development of the root system and the rooting process. The research period was four years, from April 2007 to April 2011, and the test conducted for this study was performed at the experimental field located at 398-2 Bangdong-ri, Sacheon-myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. Twenty 15-year-old Pinus densiflora Siebold & Zucc. with good growth conditions were harvested and transplanted from the forest in Jebi-ri, Gujeong-myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do for the field experiment. A completely randomized design was applied for plot design, with 10 pines without rubber bands and 10 pines with rubber bands. Pinus densiflora for. multicaulis Uyeki was selected as the official tree of the pot test and was planted in a transparent pot to observe the development of the root system. A completely randomized design was applied for plot design, with 3 pines without rubber bands and 3 pines with rubber bands. The results of this research on the effect of rubber bands used as a root connector on root system development and the rooting process are as follows. 1. The rate of height growth in the field test was 4.1% lower in the trees with rubber bands when compared to trees without rubber bands. Trees with rubber bands were 4.2% wider than those without rubber bands in root diameter. The chlorophyll content was 6.8% higher in trees without rubber bands, but the rate of height growth, root diameter, and chlorophyll content were not significantly correlated. 2. In the comparison of fresh root weight in the field test, trees with rubber banding had roots weighing 1,740.0kg and those without rubber bands had roots weighing 1,433.3kg. Root dry weight was 522.3g in trees with rubber bands and 450.0g in those without rubber bands, but showed no significant difference depending on whether the rubber band was attached. 3. In a comparison of root number between surfaces touching and not touching the rubber band in trees with rubber banding, the surface touching the rubber band was observed to have more roots growing, the difference of which was deemed significant. 4. The shoot growth rate in the pot test was 1.1% higher in trees without rubber bands when compared with trees with rubber bands. The chlorophyll content was 0.02 higher in trees with rubber bands but the difference was not significant. 5. In the pot test, no significance was found in comparison of root number, root length, and root dry weight in trees with and without rubber bands. These test results imply that removing rubber bands as a connector does not present any significant effects on the ground growth or root development of transplanted pine trees. As it is shown that surface touching rubber bands grow more roots in trees with rubber bands, more active related research must be undertaken.

In the study of divining art, Hoche(互體) plays vital roles in the composition of Goaes(卦) and interpretation of Sutras, but the reality is that the research effort for Hoche has been poor along with the perception of its utilization. This study set out to investigate connections among Bongoae(本卦), Hoche, and Hoche of Hoche(Hohoche互互體) and thus shed new light on the importance of Hoche in the composition and interpretation of Yi. 64 Goaes belong to 16 Hoches, which should belong to 4 Hoches. 4 Hoches Jungcheongeon(重天乾), Jungjigon(重地坤), Suhwagije(水火旣濟), and Hwasumije (火水未濟). That is, one can make 6 Hoikgoaes(劃卦) by extracting Hoche from the 6 Hoikgoaes comprised of Hoche of Bongoae, and they converge on 4 Goaes of Geon (乾), Gon(坤), Gije(旣濟), and Mije(未濟). The present study named Hoche of Hoche Hohoche and argued that there should be some consistent connections in the interpretation of meanings of these 4 Hohoche Goaes and their respective Hoches and Bongoaes. Focusing on the discovery of common meanings among the Hoches and Bongoaes of "Danjeon(彖傳)" and" Daesangjeon(大象傳)" of Hohoche. Book of Changes begin with Jungcheongeon and Jungjigon and end with Suhwagije and Hwasumije. The Hohoche of 64 Goaes(卦) are concluded into these 4 Goaes, which indicates that the 4 Goaes have supervision over beginning and ending and that all the Goaes between them operate within the categories of 4 Goaes. The content of "Danjeon" and "Daesangjeon" in Hohoche holds certain semantic connections in the interpretation of Hoche and Bongoae restored to Hohoche and points to the directionality of the interpretation. Those findings open a window for investigating Hoche with the core principle of Goae formation in Book of Changes and imply that Hoche holds important significance in the interpretation of the Book.

다련장로켓은 기습적 대량화력의 집중, 기동성, 사거리의 손쉬운 증대가능성의 장점을 가지고 있어 제2차 세계대전에서 처음 등장한 이후 대부분의 국가에서 야전 포병의 기본 무기체계로서 발전되어 왔다. 전세계 40개국 이상에서 사용하고 있는 다련장로켓은 유도방법, 탑재차량, 전자자동제어 분야의 발달로 점차 대구경화하여 사거리가 증대되고 있으며 탄두의 위력도 증대 다양화되고 있다. 현재까지 개발된 다련장로켓 중에서 가장 우수한 무기체계중의 하나로 알려진 MLRS는 미국을 비롯한 세계 13개국에서 채택하고 있으며 우리나라에서도 장비도입을 진행 중에 있다.현재 구룡을 생산하고있는 (주)한화에서는 이 MLRS가 차기 주력제품이 될것으로 판단하여 미제 사거리연장형(ER-MLRS)와 유사한 한국형 대구경 다련장로켓을 거룡이라고 명명하고 '93년부터 기초연구를 진행해 왓다. '94년 7월 첫 지상연소시험을 수행한 이후 현재까지 8기의 지상연소시험을 마쳤고, 지난 9월에는 비행용로켓 2발을 제작 비행 시험을 실시한 바 있다.본 논문에서는 미제 MLRS의 구성,제원,특성을 추진기관 중심으로 알아보고,자체 연구개발중에 있는 거룡 로켓의 추진기관 개발 현황을 지상연소시험을 중심으로 간단히 요약하고 미제와 성능을 비교해 보았다.향후 지속적으로 추진기관의 성능 개량을 추진할 계획으로 있으나 현재까지의 진행결과로 볼 때 추진기관의 개발은 문제가 없고, 대구경 다련장로켓탄 전체도 국내기술로 충분히 개발이 가능한것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest legalization of private investigation system by giving an example of Japanese detective investigation on people who have been missing for a long time. To accomplish the research purpose, this study reviewed literature and used preceding researches on Japanese detective system to complete theoretical background. This study also identified the missing people in Korea and Japan to accomplish the research purpose. Conclusion: In Japan, about 80,000 people are reported to be missing every year. Although most of them are found on that day or within a week, some of them are not found for more than a week. There even a case where the person was missing for more than 3 years. In such case, the Japanese citizens requests detectives to find the missing person instead of depending on the police. When Japanese detectives are paid by their client, they provide the security service requested by the client. Japanese detectives receive about 100,000 yen to 700,000 yen for finding missing person and they find the missing person through investigation on voluntary or involuntary missing person. Such activities of Japanese detectives point out the necessity of introducing private investigation system in Korea. Currently, most missing people are not found in Korea. Introduction of private investigation system will help in finding the missing person, reducing the excessive workload of police, and creating jobs.

There exists a general misunderstanding of the Musical as being both a dramatic genre and a musical genre. This misunderstanding lies in the fact that music fills the role of the drama. In other words, there exist a series of narrative episodes that help the development of the drama and music generates the ambience that corresponds to each episode. In this case, music is subordinated to the drama and thus becomes secondary. However, this paper seeks to show that in the Musical, musical composition is so strongly linked to the development of the drama that it is through the musical development that the drama unfolds. This paper seeks to explore this view through one of the most successful musicals of our time, Les $Mis{\acute{e}}rables$. A musical adapted from a novel is not the retrenchment of a series of episodes from the original novel. The process of dramatizing the novel compels the musical creators to observe what to draw out as a dramatic action. The interesting points of a musical consist of how the musical creator has reflected his understanding of the fiction through the composition of the music. This is why this paper has created a table analyzing the forty musical compositions in Les $Mis{\acute{e}}rables$. This table is meant to visualize the musical motifs employed in this play in order to explain the relationship between the musical composition and the development of the drama. The theme of Les $Mis{\acute{e}}rables$ lies in the transformation of Jean Valjean. His change includes the process of transformation from a thief to finding Jesus and his denial of being a sinner to his confessions of sinning. This paper explores the transformation of the dramatic action of Jean Valjean, which is symbolized by such themes as Misery, Love and Name established in musical form. The dramatic conflict between Jean Valjean and Javert as well as between Jean Valjean and $Th{\acute{e}}nardier$ is also explored through the composition of music. The success of Les $Mis{\acute{e}}rables$ lies in its successful constitution of music that embodies the in depth interpretation of the original play.
