육상생물자원이 연구 및 활용의 대상이었다면 가까운 장래에는 잠재적 개발가치가 큰 담수생물자원에 관심이 모아질 것으로 내다보고 있다. 수중생태계에 존재하는 수많은 담수생물이야말로 우리의 귀중한 자산이며 미래 번영의 필수 요소가 될 것이다. 국내에서 유일하게 담수생물자원을 연구하는 기관이며 앞으로 생물자원 연구의 선두에 서게 될 국립낙동강생물자원관에 모든 분들의 격려와 뜨거운 성원을 부탁하는 바이다.

본고에서는 스마트 시대의 기술혁명과 새로운 패러다임 변화를 중심으로 미래 한국사회가 직면할 거대한 변화의 흐름을 살펴보고, 'High Risk Society'와 'People Power Society'라는 미래 한국사회의 주요 특징을 제시한다. 또, High Risk Society 부분은 최소화 시키고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 People Power Society를 확대시키는 방법의 하나로 '창의적 국민파워 기반 개방형 국정 운영 패러다임' 변화를 제시하였으며, 이를 위한 새로운 국가정보화의 정책적 방향을 제시하였다.

녹색성장은 저탄소 및 녹색산업화에 기반을 두고 경제성장력을 증대시키는 신성장 개념이다. $CO_2$ 발생량을 줄이고, 녹색기술, 친환경적 비즈니스를 신시장을 창출함으로써 경제성장의 원동력을 확보한다는 것이다. 이때 녹색산업이 투자 가치면에서 얼마큼 큰 부가가치를 발생할지는 예상하기 어렵지만, 단단한 시나리오를 준비하고 투자해나간다면 미래 성장원동력으로 자리할 것이다.

희귀식물은 야생화 애호가의 선망의 대상이다. 희귀식물을 찾기 위한 애로호가들의 활동은 참으로 열성적이다. 그런데 희귀동식물은 단순히 희귀성을 쫓는 사람들에게만 중요한 존재가 아니다. 희귀식물은 미래의 자원으로서 활용가치가 뛰어나기 때문에 국가 차원의 보호노력이 요구된다. 특히 우리만이 가지고 있는 자원이라면 그 상대적 활용가치는 무궁무진하다. 세계 여러 나라가 생물다양성협약에 주목하는 이유이기도 하다.

미디어 분야에서 블록체인 기술은 상업성과 공공성이라는 두 가지 사회적 가치를 모두 충족시켜야 하는 과제를 안고 있으며, 적용 과정에서 여러가지 크고 작은 이슈들이 제기되고 있다. 이 글에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용한 미디어 서비스의 주요 사례를 분야별로 세분화하여 살펴보고, 이를 통해 미디어와 블록체인의 결합에서 제기되는 이슈들을 검토함으로써, 향후 블록체인 미디어 서비스가 나아가야 할 방향과 가치에 대해 전망해보았다.

웨어러블 컴퓨터(Wearable computer)는 시계, 안경, 옷처럼 입고 걸치는 것이 가능한 형태의 정보통신단말기를 뜻한다. 구글 글래스의 발표와 함께 다시 주목을 받게 된 웨어러블컴퓨터는 아직 본격적인 시장이 형성되지 않았음에도 불구하고 정보통신산업 관련자들은 물론 일반인들 사이에서도 대단한 관심을 얻고 있다. 이글에서는 웨어러블 컴퓨터가 지닌 고유의 특성과 가치를 살펴보고 나아가 웨어러블 컴퓨터 산업의 성장 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다.

Real estate development requires significant amount of capital investment. The project duration has been increased according to its enlarged size. For this reason, cost overrun and time delay are important risk factors that should be managed properly. As a method to hedge the risk, varoius real option methods have been presented. However, conventional project value assesment methods such as NPV(Net Present Value) have weakness to support decision making by reflecting dynamic situations in terms of variation of cost and time. Furthermore, the decision making process is serious of actions rather than discrete event. The purpose of this paper is to present a multiple real option valuation method to overcome the deterministic aspect of real option presented in previous research and practice. The method is developed as following: firstly, to select the model that can be applied in the real estate development project through a survey from previous literature on real options analysis; secondly, to apply data from office development case in order to verify the model by applying conventional real option and multiple real option valuation. According to analysis result, multiple real option provides enhanced values comparing to NPV and single real option.

This study attempted to look into the effects of the job environment and job esteem on job satisfaction in the field of skin beauticians. To achieve this, a survey of their characteristics, job environment, job esteem and job satisfaction was carried out on 470 women in their 20s~50s working at skin care shops in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. First, it was found that the effects of the working environment on their vocational satisfaction, sense of belonging, level of contribution, wages and welfare, which are sub-factors of job satisfaction, are relatively high. This result shows that it is important to ensure proper resting facilities and resting areas. Second, it was shown that the higher the social evaluation, self-(implicit) assessment, future value, and self-fulfillment orientation, the higher the sub-factors of job satisfaction. This means that it is important to treat skin beauticians as professionals in order to improve their social recognition. The sub-factors of job environment-working conditions, organizational environment and job stability, and sub-factors of job environment-social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation, future value and self-achievement orientation, had a major effect on the sub-factors of job satisfaction, respectively. Together with the general improvement in the sub-factors of job environment, the future value, as well as social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation and self-achievement orientation, which together constituted the current value of job esteem, were the major factors affecting job satisfaction. Consequently, this study hopes to contribute to the development of the skin beauty industry by providing basic data on personnel management for skin care managers to improve skin beauticians' job satisfaction.

폐쇄형 뮤추얼 펀드의 시장가격이 펀드의 순자산가치와 일치하지 않는 이상현상은 일찍이 재무분야에서 제기된바 있는 의문현상 중의 하나이다. 펀드의 프리미엄과 기대운용성과에 관한 연구 결과는 여전히 혼재된 상태이다. Chay and Trzcinka(1999)의 연구에 의하면 미국의 주식형 펀드는 평균 8.61% 할인되어 거래되고 있고 표준편차는 10.93%로 나타나고 있다. 우리나라의 성장형 펀드의 경우 약 8.06% 할인율을 가지고 있고 펀드간에 9.35%의 표준편차를 보이는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 1999년 4월말부터 2000년 8월말까지의 국내 성장형 뮤추얼 펀드의 일별 프리미엄과 순자산가치 수익률을 이용하여 펀드의 현재 프리미엄이 미래 기대운용성과 및 미래 기대시장위험에 대한 정보를 반영하고 있는지를 검정하였다. 국내 성장형 펀드의 프리미엄과 기대운용성과 간의 실증분석 결과, Malkiel(1977), Thompson (1978), Pontiff(1995) 등의 연구와 마찬가지로 시장에서의 펀드 프리미엄과 미래 기대운용성과 와의 관계는 음(-) 또는 영(0)의 관계를 보였다. 과거의 운용성과와 미래의 기대 운용성과 간의 관계에서는 비유의적인 양의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타나 많은 기존 연구들에서 보여 주었던 과거 운용성과와 기대 운용 성과간의 평균유지현상이 국내 시장의 경우 잘 나타나지 않는 것으로 보고되었다. 국내 펀드의 프리미엄과 기대시장위험에 관한 관계에서는 일정한 음의 유의적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 Pontiff(1995)의 연구 결과와 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

The main purpose of the present study are as follows: First, through the extensive literature review, we tried to find out environmental changes in the management thoughts. Second, as we found a new paradigm on valuation-oriented management thoughts, we argued that cost/management accounting information should play key roles in creating values. Third, we pointed out that when firms used only financial performance measurements, problems could take places. Finally, especially to promote the organizational effectiveness and efficiency, we stressed that firms should use the balanced scorecard approach in performance measurements of its own organizations and personnels.
