The age-friendly environments have the benefits that they provide not only the elderly, but also the disabled, children, pregnant, and young persons with the convenient environments. The study examined how degree the aged perceived their physical living environments were age-friendly. The data were collected from 525 old peoples living in Busan using by the person to person interview. All 34 items related to the age-friendliness of outdoor space and building, traffic, and housing were analyzed. The aged perceived that the agefriendliness of their living environments were mid-range. This implies that the improvements of their physical living environments were needed. The age-friendliness of housing area was the lowest among three areas. This means that the alternatives for improving the old persons' houses were needed. The characteristics which affected the aged' perception of the age-friendliness of physical living environments were economic level, housing type, home-ownership, and health condition.

본 논문에서는 대형 화면의 tabletop display상에서 물리적인 감각을 통해 정보를 직관적으로 조작할 수 있는 스마트 퍽 시스템을 제시한다. 기존의 데스크 탑 PC 환경의 인터페이스는 물리적인 마우스와 디지털 정보의 공간적인 불일치가 생기고 마우스의 물리적인 움직임과 모니터 상 그래픽 커서의 이동을 맵핑하여 간접적으로 정보를 조작하므로, 사용자에게 직관적인 인터페이스를 제공해 주지 못하는 한계가 있다. 스마트 퍽은 물리적인 인터페이스 장치로써 tabletop display상의 디지털 정보를 직접 조작할 수 있고, 스마트 퍽을 끌거나 들어서 옮기거나 회전시키는 등의 물리적인 조작을 통해 사용자에게 디지털 정보와의 직관적인 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 대형 화면의 tabletop display는 여러 사용자가 함께 화면에 표시되는 정보를 공유하고 조작하는데 적합하다. 스마트 퍽 시스템은 인간의 아날로그적인 지각과 반응을 통한 물리적인 인터랙션과 가상의 디지털 정보와의 거리를 줄여주는 역할을 한다. 이 시스템은 PDP 기반의 tabletop display 장치와 스마트 퍽, 그리고 tabletop display상의 스마트 퍽의 위치를 추적하는 위치 추적 장치와 스마트 퍽의 입력을 전송 받아 정보를 처리하는 메인 PC로 구성된다. 마지막으로 스마트 퍽 시스템의 인터페이스를 적용한 몇 가지 예시를 보여주고자 한다.

This Study Categorized Service Quality of Banks into Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality, and Proposed a Structural Model for Each Dimension of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, Persistence Intention and Cross-buying Intention, and Conducted an Empirical Analysis on the Customers who Use Banks. First, it was Confirmed that Three Dimensions of Service Quality Physical Environment Quality, Interaction Quality and Outcome Quality are One of the Sources that Form the Customer Satisfaction for Banks. Second, the Higher the Perceived Bank's Interactive Product Quality, Outcome Quality, and Physical Environment Quality Perceived by Customers Using Bank, it's Shown to have more Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction, and the Effect Size was Shown in Order of Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality. Third, Customer Satisfaction on Bank Services was Shown to have a Positive Effect on Relationship Intention and Cross-buying Intention. Finally, Based on the Results of this Analysis, the Implications of this Study and Future Research Directions were Presented.

인터넷 경로의 활성화에 따라 인터넷 유통기관과 물리적 유통기관 간의 유통갈등이 관 찰되고 새로운 형태의 유통구조에 대한 이해의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경하에서 인터넷 환경변화에 따른 인터넷 중간상과 물리적 유통경로 참가자 간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요성에 따라 인터넷 환경의 대두에 따른 인터넷 경로배제위협이 물리적 유통경로 참가자에 대해 인터넷 중간상의 역 할에 대한 기대를 형성시키는지, 또한 이러한 역할기대가 자신의 유통경로 상의 역할을 재 조정하여 인터넷 중간상에 대한 공급업자로 참여하도록 하는지에 대해 실증적 연구를 진 행하였다. 실증연구는 전자상가의 입점업체를 대상으로 하여 설문조사방식으로 진행되었고, 이론모형에 대한 검증은 신뢰성, 타당성에 대한 검증을 거쳐 공변량 구조분석을 통해 실시하였다. 검증결과 모든 가설적 경로에 대해 유의미한 결과가 나와 기존의 탈중간상화 가설이 부정되었고, 더 나아가 경로구조의 동적 변화과정에서 물리적 유통경로 참가자들이 역할에 대한 재구조화를 통해 재중간상화 과정에 참여하는 것으로 확인되었다.

This study aims to examine the relationship between physical environment and depression symptoms of middle-aged and older adults in metro city. To verify correlates of community environment and depression, mediating effect model structured by social capital and sense of coherence(SOC) were used. For the purpose, a survey was conducted aged 48 - 70 from the local community centers and senior welfare centers in Seoul, and the total collected cases were 331. After data cleaning, total 309 cases were used. The structured equation modeling applied to analyse the direct and indirect effects. The findings were followed : First, the community environment did not directly affect level of depression. Second, in the indirect effect analysis, social capital was not statistically significant, thus indirect effect was confirmed only through the SOC. To be specific, the higher the satisfaction of the physical environment increased SOC, and decreased the level of depression. The results of this study shed lights on practical interventions to promote mental health of the middle-aged and older adults those who are exposed to poor community environment.

실시간 시스템(realtime system)은 외부환경에서 보내진 요구사항(requirement)에 정해진 시간 내에 반응(action)해야만 한다. 시스템의 외부환경은 실세계(real world)의 물리 적인 요소(physical element)가 되며 이러한 물리적인 요소는 객체지향 설계 (object-oriented design) 개념에서 객체(object)이다. 또한 시스템을 설계하는 경우는 객체 지향 방법론을 적용함으로서 보다 명확한 표현이 가능하게 되며 실세계의 물리적인 각 요소 가 부품단위(component units)로 동작하는 형태를 소프트웨어로 설계하는 것이 용이하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실시간 시스템설계에서 객체지향 방법을 사용하고, 원시 (source) 소프트웨어의 분석(analysis)과 검증(verification) 및 흐름(flow)를 슬라이스 기법을 사용하여 표현함으로써 시스템의 전체적인 구성을 명확하게 표현하며 클래스(class) 단위로 슬라이스 된 각 부분으로 상속(inheritance)과 메시지 전달(message sending)의 흐름을 파 악할 수가 있다. 그리고, 보다 효율적인 시스템의 외부환경의 오동작 처리 및 시스템 흐름 을 감시 추적(monitoring and tracing)할 수 있도록 슬라이싱 맵을 데이터베이스로 구축하 여 활용하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 슬라이싱 맵 표현 방벙에 있어서 기존의 표현을 보다 구체적이고 실제적인 표현기호를 제시한다.

우리나라 자동차산업에서의 정비서비스업은 After Market을 대표하는 중요한 업종이며, 상용트럭 또한 국가 물류와 건설현장에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 중요한 부문임에는 틀림이 없다. 본 논문의 목적은 상용트럭 딜러기업의 정비서비스분야에서 물리적 환경과 내부마케팅이 직원만족과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 영향력을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 및 수입 상용트럭 직영 및 딜러 종합정비업체 25개 직원들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사하고 실증 분석하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자동차 정비사업소의 물리적 환경은 직원만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내부마케팅은 직원만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직원만족은 조직성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, many domestic and foreign industries is increasing gradually in the importance of security such as the emergence of a Convergence Information Technology(internet of things, cloud computing service, big data etc). Among these techniques, the industrial security market is expected to grow gradually and the evolution of security technologies, as well as vulnerabilities are also expected to increase. Therefore, an increase in physical vulnerability factors it is no exaggeration to standards that are determining the security of industrial security. In this paper will be analyzed to the physical security technology and case study, physical vulnerability factor. Thereby this is expected to be utilized as a basis for the countermeasure of physical corresponding infringement and attack in a future.
