베트남은 풍부한 노동력을 바탕으로 빠르게 경제가 성장하고 있다. 국내 물류기업은 해외시장 진출을 위해 노력하고 있다. 해외 물류기업도 베트남 시장에 진출하면서 물류 네트워크를 확대해 나가고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 국내 물류기업들도 기회를 포착하여 베트남 시장에 진출할 필요성을 실감하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모방전략을 이용하여 국내 중견중소 물류기업의 베트남 물류시장 진출 전략 수립에 목적을 두고 있다.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 기존 물류센터에서 활용되고 있는 물류관리시스템에 최근 부각되고 있는 ICT, 사물인터넷 기술을 융합하여 보다 스마트한 물류 추적 기능을 탑재한 물류추적시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 물류추적시스템은 기존 물류관리에서의 단말기 단순 네트워크 연결이 아닌 블루투스 4.0기반 비콘 IPS(Indoor Positioning System) 서비스를 활용하여 제품의 생산부터 출고까지의 이동경로와 정확한 보관위치를 추적하여 효율적인 재고관리와 피킹이 가능하다. 또한 디바이스 단말기를 사물인터넷화 하여 다른 스마트팩토리 시스템과의 연동을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

유무선 네트워크와 최신 정보처리 기술을 기반으로 한 전자 거래의 활성화는 이미 전 세계적인 추세이다. 그러나 전자 공간에서의 거래는 물류를 이용하여 실제 현실 공간에서의 실물 또는 서비스의 연결이 될 때서야 비로소 완료된다. 전자 물류는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 물류 활동을 지원하기 위한 체계로서 물류 흐름 및 물류 계획과 관련된 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전자물류 체계에서 참여 기업들의 물류 거래 프로세스를 관리하기 위한 도구들의 구조 및 개발에 대한 연구 내용을 설명하고 있다.

우리나라의 '국토 종합 물류 네트워크' 구축에 기존의 항만, 도로, 철도 중심의 물류 체계에, 국토의 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸여 있으므로 주요 항만과 연계하는 국토 내륙은 물류 수송체계와 주요 강(江)이 수로(水路)유역의 광역권 및 주요 도시가 연결되어 있기 때문에 수로를 이용한 물류수송체계와 통합한 종합적인 국토 물류 수송체계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 파워심시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 우리나라의 수로운송을 통한 국토종합물류체계망 구성방향을 도출하였다.

This research reviews regulations on logistics/transport industry and attempts to quantify the effects of regulation mitigation on GDP per capita. South Korea's transport industry has been gradually expanding, however, the industrial structure is still short rooted. In 2014, average number of hours worked is 5th highest and wage margin 12th smallest out of 18 industries. Furthermore, the regulations for this industry appear to be stricter than those of other industries. OECD's logistics/transport industry regulatory index for South Korea has been decreasing for the last 40 years but still exceeds those of EU, Japan, US, and other countries. This paper provides supporting reasons for regulatory reforms by analyzing the ripple effects on real GDP. Factors such as the ratio of trade among GDP, the enrollment rate to primary school, energy usage per capita, and population are controlled in the fixed-effect model. Estimation results showed that 1 unit decrease in transport/logistics regulatory index is correlated with 8.1% increase of the real GDP per capita, that is, 10% of deregulation is expected to yield 2.16% increase in GDP per capita. Thus, it is expected that mitigating regulations on market entries, price determination, ownership structures of network industry, vertical integrations can improve the economy of South Korea.

This study analyzed research trends on smart logistics in Korea by conducting social network analysis (SNA) using R. The purpose of this study is to enhance the understanding of the smart logistics field along with the smart logistics status and policy review, and to suggest implications and future research tasks. The analysis period and subjects were 128 academic journal papers on smart logistics-related topics over the past 10 years (2011-2020), and the results were divided into the first half (2011-2015) and the second half (2016-2020). The analysis of the study was carried out step-by-step through frequency analysis, network centrality analysis, and visualization. As a result of the study, the quantitative increase and diversification of the research field were confirmed. It was also confirmed that the concentration of research on core areas increased by increasing the proportion of duplicate keywords. In addition, keywords with high betweenness centrality and degree centrality score such as Logistics, Authentication, Smart, Service, RFID, Technology, and Revolution were presented. Lastly, this study reviewed the structure with a focus on betweenness centrality after visualizing the network with main keywords. As a result, early research was focused on the field of logistics, and after 2016, it was confirmed that the center of research was diversifying and expanding with the development of the 4^th industrial revolution and major technologies.

우리나라의 수출입 대부분은 해상을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 항만의 물류 창고는 데이터 네트워크를 통한 유기적인 화물의 출입과 현황관리가 부족한 실정이다. 이는 부족한 데이터 네트워크 인프라와 CCTV에 의한 아날로그 영상 데이터에 의존하는 기존 시스템의 한계로 인해 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 IP 카메라와 엣지 디바이스의 영상분석에 의한 개별 화물 창고의 디지털 현황 분석 기반을 구축하고 분산된 개별 화물 창고의 데이터를 클라우드에 위치한 중앙 집중 데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하여 유연한 개별 화물 창고 관리와 지속적인 모니터링 기반을 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반으로 구축하여 항만 화물 관계자에게 편의성과 위치에 구애받지 않는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 과정에서 사설 IoT 네트워크를 통한 최소한의 시공비용으로 항만 내 인터넷 데이터 네트워크를 구축하여 향후 항만 내 다양한 데이터 서비스를 위한 초석을 제공한다.

The rapid growth of mobile-based online shopping and the appearance of untact business initiated by COVID-19 has led to an explosive increase in demand for logistics services such as delivery services. In order to respond to the rapidly growing demand, most logistics and distribution companies are working to improve customer service levels through the establishment of a full-filament center in the city center. However, due to social factors such as high land prices and traffic congestion, it becomes more difficult to establish the logistics facilities in the city center. In this study, it has been proposed the way to choose the candidate locations for the shared distribution centers among the space nearby the tall-gate which can be idle after the smart tolling service is widely extended. In order to evaluate the candidate locations, it has been evaluated the centralities of all candidates using social network analysis (SNA). To understand the result considering the characteristics of centrality, the network structure was regenerated based on the distance and the traveling time, respectively. It is possible to refer the result of evaluation based on the cumulative relative importance to choose the best set of candidates.

This study aims to draw meaningful points from the Chang Po Go period in which Chang Po Go, who established an integrated logistics system while operating on the seas of three nations including Japan, China, and Shilla by taking Chunghaejin, Shilla, as a base of operations in the 9th century, and to discover the need for the construction of the logistics system in northeast Asia. Also, the study intends to propose strategies for contemporary application of the logistics system used during the Chang Po Go period, based on the modern logistics concept. As a result of specifically reviewing the lesson from the Chang Po Go period, which created a paradigm for a new cooperation in logistics, the leadership of the CEO, who is prepared with the long-term vision of Chang Po Go, the implementation of an integrated system for logistics activity, and the political support of the government for private companies, will initiate a bright outlook for the construction of the logistics system in northeast Asia, amid the growing need for cooperation in logistics among the three northeast Asian countries. In this era in which northeast Asia is emerging as the center of the world economy, the cooperative model in the logistics field, which transcended the border of Chang Po Go, who built a maritime logistics network in the 9th century, will help implement a cooperative logistics system in the northeast Asian region.
