RFID 기술은 기존 물류 유통, 항만 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 고속도로 요금징수, 차량 요일제 등에도 활용되는 등 일반 사용자의 생활 전반에 걸쳐 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 또한 국내에서는 이동통신 기술과 RFID 기술을 결합한 다양한 형태의 모바일 RFID 서비스가 추진되고 있어 RFID 기술이 일반 사용자들에게 미치는 영향력은 더욱 증대되고 있다. 그러나 RFID 기술은 태그정보의 유출이 쉬워 개인정보 유출 및 이로 인한 개인에 대한 프로파일링, 위치추적 등의 우려를 포함하고 있어 RFID 기술의 활용 분야를 제한하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 우려를 최소화하기 위해 개발된 Kill 태그, 블로커 태그, Clipped 태그 등 다양한 RFID 프라이버시 보호 기술을 소개한다. 또한, ITU-T SG17에서 표준화중인 RFID 서비스에서의 개인정보 및 프라이버시보호 관련 권고(안)의 주요 내용 및 표준화 추진현황을 소개한다.

FMS를 비롯한 대부분의 제조시스템의 운용을 위해서는 크게 전략적 의사결저오가 전술적 읫사결저이 필요하며, 이 중 전술적 의사결증은 부품 선택, 생산율 결정, 부하할당, 부품 투입, 일정계획 문제등과 관련되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 부품투입시점과 부품투입순서에 의해 결정된 부품투입 정책이 시스템 성능에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서, 서울대학교부설 자동화시스템공동연구소(ASRI)내의 FMS/CIM Center를 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. ASRI-FMS /CIM Center 는 기계가공과 조립이 동시에 이루어지는 FMAS(Flexible Mauufacturing & Assembly System) 형태의 모형공장이며, 현재 세 종류의 모터 등을 생산할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고려한 부품투입시점 전략으로는 고정 WIP(Work-in-process)유지전략 , 병목기계 전략, 일정비율 투입전략 등이며, 부품 투입순서 전략으로는 크게 주기적 투입전략과 비주기적 투입전략을 고려하였다. 또한 이러한 부품 투입정책들이 시스템 내에서 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 우선순위규칙 등과 함께 사용될 때, 나타나는 상호관계를 파악하기 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 아울러 병목기계 추가도입, 물류운반시간의 감소 등과 같이 가능한 범위에서 현재의 시스템 조건이 바뀐 상황에 대해서도 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써, 추후 변경된 시스템에서도 본 연구의 결과가 적응될 수 있도록 하였다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 실현 가능성이 높아지면서 그 핵심 요소로 RFID 기술이 대두되고 있다. 지금까지의 RFID 시장은 주로 트랜스폰더, 리더 등 하드웨어 중심의 성장이었으나, 최근 기존 솔루션과의 통합 및 데이터 수집,제어,관리 등을 지원하는 RFID 미들웨어의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있다. Task Management System은 RFID 미들웨어를 구성하는 내부 컴포넌트로써 시간 또는 리더로부터 수집된 데이터 값 등의 여러 조건을 분석하여 사전에 정의된 규칙에 따라 일련의 필요한 태스크를 수행한다. 기존의 RFID 미들웨어들은 대부분 단순한 형태의 시스템 태스크의 수행을 지원하고 있으나, 실제 유통 및 물류 시스템 개발의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 그러한 시스템 태스크의 수행 뿐 아니라 상위의 비즈니스 프로세스와 연계된 비즈니스 태스크의 수행을 지원하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 시스템 태스크와 비즈니스 태스크를 지원하는 Task Management System의 설계 방법과 그 기반이 되는 Rule 관리 방법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 블록 다중 텍스쳐 영상으로부터 바코드 영역을 추출하기 위한 한 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 택배 등의 물류 처리에서 사용되는 바코드는 직선 형태의 바로 구성되며, 물체의 윗면에 붙여진 바코드의 방향에 따라 바의 방향은 수직, 수평, 대각선의 방향으로 나타난다. 따라서, 제안된 방법에서는 다양한 텍스쳐의 특징 벡터를 사용하여 바코드의 특징을 검출한다. 또한 처리 시간의 단축을 위하여 영상을 일정한 블록으로 분할한 후에 국부 특징 마스크를 사용하여 텍스쳐 특징 벡터를 산출하고, 우편물 영상에서 각각의 특징에 따른 분류를 통해 바코드 영역을 결정한다.

소셜 애플리케이션은 GPS 센서가 내장된 스마트폰의 보급과 더불어 위치 기반 서비스와 융합된 형태로 발전하고 있다. 기존의 위치기반 서비스는 물류관제, 교통관제, 주문배달 등의 실시간 서비스 제공에 초점을 맞추었기 때문에, 소셜 애플리케이션에서 제공하는 취미, 선호도 기반의 추천 서비스 등의 개인화 서비스 제공에 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 개인화된 소셜 애플리케이션에 적용 가능한 시공간 데이터의 그래프 모델링 기법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 시공간 데이터 모델링 기법의 유용성을 보인다.

코로나19 재난은 그동안 우리 사회의 일상 유지를 위하여 보이지 않고 있는 곳에서 끊임없이 움직이고 있던 다양한 형태의 노동의 가치와 역할이 수면 위로 노출되고 있다. 특히 그동안 해운항만 분야의 종사자들의 노고가 충분히 드러나지 않은 이유는 그 노동이 사회와 공동체에 기여하고 있는 것에 비해 저평가되어 왔기 때문이다. 최근 국내외적으로 필수업무 및 노동에 대해 논의가 빠르게 확산되고 있으며, 특히 선원의 경우 과거 제4군으로서 안보, 경제, 일자리, 경제적 효과적인 측면 뿐만 아니라 사회 전체와 공동체의 안녕을 위해서도 필수업무종사자로서 보호가 필요하다는 공감대 및 관련 법령 제정의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 글로벌 물류체인의 중요성이 강조되는 시점에서 선원에 대한 Key(essential) worker성을 인정하는 문제 및 지원하는 범위의 포함에 대한 재론의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the distribution system and the spatial characteristics of sales for the internet shopping mall on the basis of its off-line presence. The distribution system of this internet shopping mall is divided into the goods selection process and the product delivery process to consumers according to the function and role of the distribution center which is performed by cooperative companies. The internet shopping mall uses a different distribution system from the off-line department store, outsourcing the delivery process to door-to-door delivery companies in order to reduce costs and to increase the speed of delivery. Sales in the internet shopping mall are concentrated in the delivery unit area where the main office is located. Accordingly, in the case of the internet shopping mall based on an off-line presence, the mail-order business does not fully overcome the limitations arising from space. Also, the main factors influencing the value of sales, according to the area, are the number of women aged 20 to 49 and the distances involved.

During the Joseon period, space, organization, and personnel were essential in order to perform the administrative work for local governance. For that reason local government records were created, managed, and stored as the results of its administration. Buildings and spaces of local government office can be divided in 3 sections such as 1) administrator's space for governance and living; 2) petty officials' administrative space; 3) granary space for store rations and grains paid as tax. Because of its grand scale, a local government office had considerably complex organizational structure. In order to survey the types and forms of local government records, focusing on six transition documents (junggi, 重記) in the 19th Century Yeongnam Region, this study selected the record type documents in the item lists of the transition documents, then, classified the record type documents which were managed by the organizations in local government offices with several types: program of items (jeolmok, 節目), list of personnel or land (an, 案), register (daejang, 大帳), certified copy (deungnok, 謄錄) and muniment (wanmun, 完文), and examined these documents.

Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.

Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.
