A Study on the Fire Risk and Fire Fighting System of Large Logistics Warehouse (대형 물류창고의 화재위험성과 소방대책에 관한 연구)

  • 2020년도에 물류창고에서 큰 화재 2건이 발생하였다. 4월 29일에 발생한 이천 물류창고 화재에서는 38명이라는 귀중한 생명을 잃었고 4월 21일에 발생한 군포 물류창고 화재에서는 약 220억 원이라는 재산피해가 있었다. 계속해서 되풀이 되고 있는 물류창고 화재에 대한 위험성과 물류창고라는 특성을 분석하여 이에 대한 대책을 국내법과 NFPA를 비교 분석하여 passive system, active system 및 유지관리 관점으로 제시하고자 한다.

  • Domestic distribution warehouse has been developed as a strategic strategic point for inventory management and shipping of goods for companies. Warehouse is classified as distribution center, transport center, complex center depending on the role. Currently, at the same time it is considering the price factor such as rent price or land price and and logistical capabilities when considering the location of domestic warehouses. The price evaluation factors has specific methods for the evaluation but logistical elements is not currently clear. In this study, we have studied location selection of distribution center considering the logistical elements through expert surveys.

  • This study aims to determine factors related for manufacturers to use distributors storehouse and its cost efficiency in Supply Chain. When manufacturers which have relationships with Big distributors determine the way of their logistics, they can use their own warehouse, or the distributors', or outsource its function. In which case the manufacturers face the cost efficiency of using warehouse will be different, therefore, the driven factors will exist internally or externally. The findings of this study are that internal factors(brand value, product portfolio, and technological capabilities), external factors(technological characteristics, demands fluctuations, and munificence), and transaction characteristics(transaction experiences, dependency) would be driven factor between manufacturer and distributors in supply chain. These driven factors effects manufacturers transactions power on their distributors.

  • 본 연구는 생산 공장, 거점창고, 지역창고, 대리점으로 이어지는 일련의 SCM상에서 효율적인 제품수송을 위한 중간창고의 통폐합을 실데이터를 이용하여 물류비 절감 사례를 보여주고 있다. 이를 위해 현재 S사의 물류운영 상황을 제품수송의 관점에서 파악하고 정리한다. 이를 통하여 총물류비의 계산식을 도출하며 현재의 물류비를 계산한다. 총물류비 절감을 위한 휴리스틱적인 방법을 이용하여 총물류비가 최소화되는 거점창고, 지역창고의 수를 결정한다. 마지막으로 결정된 거점창고와 지역창고의 총물류비를 계산함으로써 제안 안의 효율성을 기술하고 있다.

  • Various efforts for reducing greenhouse gas emission due to intensified climate change are being made continuously in all industrial fields, including theimplementation of"green logistics" as countermeasures in the logistics industry. Therefore, energy and greenhouse gas management are necessary for logistics warehouses in the logistics industry. In this study, asurvey on the recognition of logistics center managers and the management elements werecarried out to identify the energy management status of logistics centers. This study was carried out to identify the energy management status of warehouses and the perception of energy managers. The total numberof warehouses and the classification by purpose of use were examinedusing public DB to identify the present status of the warehouses preferentially. Based on the result, asurvey for identifying the present status of energy management and the perception of energy managers targeting 300 warehouses was carried out. Warehouse managers have shown considerable interest in energy management but they experiencedifficulty in this area due to a lack of energy management infrastructure and expertise. In the case of an energy audit, most warehouse managers had no experience in energy auditsbecausethe energy audits werenot mandatory for warehouses. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determineenergy management status and energy management elements for developing IT systems for the energy management of logistics warehouses.

  • 전자 상거래의 확산에 따라서 물류 산업의 발전도 함께 이루어지고 있다. 물류창고는 물류 산업의 주요 요소로, 전통적인 물품 보관이나 반출과 관련된 재고관리 이외에도 빠른 배송과 주문처리, 물류네트워크 등 다양한 기능이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 요구를 만족하기 위하여, 인공지능 기반의 기술을 이용한 물류창고 운영 자동화 시스템의 도입이 증가하고 있으며, 대표적으로 무인 창고 시스템이 있다. 객체 검지는 모니터링, 안전, 보안 등 다양한 기능을 제공할 수 있는 기반 기술이며, 무인 창고 시스템을 위해 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 객체 검지를 활용한 물류창고 운영 자동화에 적용할 수 있는 스마트 물류창고 시스템을 제안하고, 이를 구현한 결과에 대해 분석한다.

  • 물류 창고 운영에서 효율적인 재고 관리, 공간 관리 및 비용 절감은 주요 과제이다. 본 논문은 위와 같은 기존의 창고 방식의 주요 문제점을 해결하여 물류 창고의 운영 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 스택형 격자 물류창고 로봇 시스템을 소개한다. 로봇이 상부 레일을 통해 물류 박스를 이동시키는 방식을 도입하여 기존의 비효율적인 공간 낭비와 인건비 문제를 해결하였으며, 이를 통해 더 효율적인 창고 운영이 가능해진다. 이 시스템을 도입하여 국내 물류 기업들의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to present a competitive strategies for the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. Based on the survey conducted by the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port experts, the categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This is a quantitative study that conducted a face-to-face survey on employees and related public officers at the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. The final sample size consisted of 49 people, including workers at the Busan New Port logistics warehouses and related local customs officers. The data were coded in Microsoft Excel and the imprtance of SWOT factors was derived using "the I make it" program developed by Decision Sience, and it was analyzed using the AHP method. This study quantifies the importance of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats factor of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port and presents strategic guidelines for the key factors for the development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This research provides strategic guidelines to Korea for the development of the Logistics Industries, and development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port.

  • At a time when the 5G era is advancing beyond commercialization, places that used to handle simple logistics warehouse tasks are transforming into smart logistics warehouses by combining IT convergence technology and platforms. Smart logistics warehouses can accurately predict demand and inventory of products with AI, deep learning, and robot technologies based on 5G, and provide information on warehousing and warehousing status in real time. As the e-commerce market grows, the smart logistics sector is also growing rapidly. This paper implements a smart logistics warehouse system and studies and proposes a method of establishing a fast and accurate logistics system by utilizing 5G-based Logistics Automation Robot.

  • 본 연구에서는 FDS(Fire dynamic simulation)를 이용하여 대형물류창고 화재에 대한 국내 스프링클러 설비 설치기준(NFSC)과 미국 방화협회규정(NFPA)의 스프링클러 설비 설치기준을 각각 시뮬레이션하여 발열량 및 반응물질, 초기 화재진화 정도 등의 데이터를 비교 분석하여 대형물류창고에 대한 스프링클러설비 설치기준 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
