The amount of transshipment cargoes had been increased in Korea ports due to the rapid Chinese economic growth and the lack of facilities in Chinese ports. Recently, this increasing rate of transshipment cargoes in Korean ports is declining because Shanghai port is developing and establishing direct calls and shipping lines to China. Therefore, it is considered a big obstacle for Busan port to be a hub port. Due to that fact, an innovative development of domestic ports is necessary in order to overcome this obstacle. This paper analyzes the cargo O/D between Busan port and Japanese ports, and logistics costs are analyzed when Japanese cargoes are transshipped in Busan port.

본 논문에서는 경유가격에 의한 시장왜곡의 한 측면으로서 우리나라 기업의 물류 투자가 상대적으로 낮게 이루어지고 있음을 지적하고자 한다. 낮은 경유가격으로 상품의 원가는 당분간 낮게 유지될 수 있었을지 모르나 결국 물류투자의 수준을 낮추어 물류설비 수준을 적정이하로 만든 요인이 되며, 이는 다시 물류비용을 증가시키고 결국 원가상승(原價上昇) 요인으로 작용하여 국제경쟁력에 미치는 종합적 효과는 불분명하다고 할 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제점은 비단 경유가격에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 산업용 전력요금 등 여타의 경우에도 적용된다. 산업의 경쟁력과 물가안정을 위해서 특정재화의 가격을 낮게 유지하는 것은 결국 가격구조를 왜곡하게 되고 다른 부수적인 문제점을 수반하게 되어 적정수준이 아닌 자원배분(資源配分)을 일으키게 된다. 따라서 산업정책(産業政策)의 일환으로 추진되어온 경유에 대한 가격규제는 보다 합리적인 자원배분(資源配分)을 위하고 장기적인 산업경쟁력(産業競爭力)을 고려하여 신중히 재검토되어야 할 것이다.

코로나19로 인하여 우리는 이제껏 경험하지 못했던 현상들을 마주하고 있다. 여러 산업 중에서도 항공업계는 코로나사태의 직접적인 영향을 받음에 따라 화물운송 확대와 같은 다양한 생존전략을 적극적으로 수립하고 있다. 항공화물운송은 타 운송과 구분되는 특성으로 인하여 시장규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나 코로나19 여파로 개인주의·이기주의가 심화됨에 따라 포스트 코로나 시대에는 유통채널 내에서 호혜 개념이 중요하게 고려될 것으로 추론할 수 있다. 이런 상황에서 항공물류 서비스기업은 어떻게 항공사와 신뢰를 구축하고 관계를 맺어야 바람직한 성과를 거둘 수 있을까? 바로 이것이 본 연구를 추진하게 된 배경이다. 본 연구는 항공물류 유통채널 구성원 간의 신뢰가 어떻게 구축되는지, 나아가 물류서비스기업의 경영성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 호혜의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 학문적으로나 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to construct the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port that will be constructed in near future. To accomplish the purpose, this paper grasp the change of port logistics circumstances firstly. find out the project of the new port and construct the logistics infrastructure for the new port with the basic facts of the port competitiveness. The construction of the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port will be conducted as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and IT Network and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

전통적으로 농산물은 도매시장을 경유하여 유통되어 왔으며 이 때문에 유통단계가 많고 복잡한 것이 특징이다. 그러나 최근 소매업이 대형화, 체인화되면서 대형 소매업체들이 도매시장을 경유하지 않고 산지에서 직접 농산물을 조달하는 유통경로의 비중이 증가하고 있다. 또한 정부에서 투자하고 있는 농산물물류센터도 새로운 유통경로로서 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. (중략)

The economic growth in China takes the step of the Internet/Mobile revolution together. The high internet penetration provided the opportunity to increase the e-commerce market with fast speed. However, due to imbalance of the growth speed and preparation, the problems on various infrastructures and regulations were generated. Therefore, this study investigateed the current status of e-commerce market and sub-categories. This study also discussed about the problem of e-commerce logistics system, consumer protection, R&D investment, and human resources and provided the considerations for the future improvement. Finally, this study diagnosed the mobile payment and internet finance market and new e-commerce tax regulation, and then suggested institutional implications for the international standardization. This study is meaningful to provide the first implication to the Korean exporters after Chinese government had announced market open strategy for the 5 year e-commerce development plan.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the spill-out effects of logistics industries among Korea, Japan and China. For this purpose, we used an International I/O table made by Asian Economic Institute of Japan, which is made up for 11 countries. At first, we transformed the I/O table for 11 countries into that for 3 countries, and then we applied the Inter-Regional Input Ouput model to find out the spill-out effects of one country's logistics investment to another country's logistics or other industries. The contribution of this study is that this paper has suggested a method how to evaluate a logistics interrelation among 3 countries by way of I/O analysis for the first time.

This primary purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives for raising the Korea Post as a global logistics firm using a case study. The following alternatives for raising the Korea Post as a global logistics are suggested. First, as a first stage, in addition to previously established business scope such as saving, mail, insurance, logistics business unit have to be added. Second, as a second stage, warehousing and multimodal transport logistics have to be strengthened through M&A or self-financing and investment. Third, as a third stage, market coverage and service scope is to be expanded to country having larger logistics market size. Finally, as a fourth stage, global-oriented total logistics service is to be provided.
