This primary purpose of this study is to suggest strategies for developing the Gwangyagn region as a logistics city. In order to achieve such purpose, the following methodology is used. First, the literature survey on papers, related-organization's homepage, reports and journals related to Gwangyang Bay and Gwangyang port. Second, an pilot survey and field survey for suggesting SWOT analysis are carried out. Finally, questionnaire survey using a AHP analysis technique is distributed and analyzed. The strategies for developing as a logistics city are suggested as followings. First, ST strategy such as the development of the international hinterland logistics center related to the port logistics function is considered as the most important factor and followed by ST strategy, WT strategy and WO strategy. Second, creation of the revenue-creating logistics business model is to be considered as the most important factor and followed by development of the international hinterland logistics center related to the port logistics function, operation of the logistics center, creating high value-added of free trade area etc. For further research, more concrete and empirical study have to be carried out.

본인은 지난 2004년 5월 18일$\~$21일 4일간 중국 청도에서 개최된 ''한$\cdot$중 국제물류포럼'' 에 참석하는 기회를 갖게 되었다. 본 포럼은 한국물류협회와 중국물류협회, 청도시 인민정부가 공동 주관한 행사로 논문발표와 현장견학을 통해 한$\cdot$중 상호간에 물류분야 협력가능성을 모색하고 향후 유대를 돈독히 하고자 개최된 것이라고 할 수 있다. 개인적으로 중국을 처음 방문하기도 했거니와 알찬 프로그램 진행에 따라 물류분야에 대한 새로운 지식도 많이 습득하게 되었고 그동안 막연히 생각만 하고 있던 중국의 일면을 잠시동안이나마 돌아볼 수 있었다는데 큰 의미가 있었다고 생각한다. 이 글에서는 중국에서 진행된 포럼개최, 물류시설 견학, 청도항 보세구 방문 등 공식행사의 내용을 소개하고 이어 나름대로 중국을 방문하면서 느끼게 된 소회를 간략히 정리해 보고자 한다.

우리나라의 '국토 종합 물류 네트워크' 구축에 기존의 항만, 도로, 철도 중심의 물류 체계에, 국토의 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸여 있으므로 주요 항만과 연계하는 국토 내륙은 물류 수송체계와 주요 강(江)이 수로(水路)유역의 광역권 및 주요 도시가 연결되어 있기 때문에 수로를 이용한 물류수송체계와 통합한 종합적인 국토 물류 수송체계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 파워심시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 우리나라의 수로운송을 통한 국토종합물류체계망 구성방향을 도출하였다.

Recently, airport competitiveness measure is not only passenger and cargo throughput but also value-added activities of their hinterland and airport city. That is, airport competitiveness comes from airport versus airport to airport with their own-supplied city and hinterland connected with airport to provide diversified functions. This study surveyed and analyzed how to form a cluster focused on Incheon International Airport and what are important factors to form of cluster in achieving competences. These clusters need government's political support. In this case, there was a shortage of specialized human resources in competent local suppliers, and limited informations sharing.

선박 체선 및 화물 적체로 인한 문제로 정박지 내 선박 이용빈도가 높아져 인근 도시의 대기오염에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산 북항 O-2 정박지와 인근 도시의 대기오염물질 간 인과관계를 분석하였다.

Port Logistics Industry plays a crucial role in trade creating added value, and contributes greatly in economic growth of a nation. Multitude of studies have been conducted to develop this industry as a means of intensifying national competitiveness. In line with this trend, this study aims to examine the effect of the Port Logistics Industry on the regional economy focusing on Ulsan, and also compare the industry among five port cities by using Korean Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC) Rev. 9 and 2010 Economy Census. The results of this study demonstrate that the Port Logistics Industry has significant regional employment rate and economic importance, showing the high number of workers (11.7%) and sales (13.1%) in 2010. According to the comparison among five port cities between 2007 and 2011, the increase of annual average in the number of companies of Gwangyang (5.72%) and Ulsan (4.23%) is higher than the national average (1.74%), and Ulsan (23.82%) and Pyeongtaek (25.74%) show high increase of annual average in the number of workers.

Continuous oil price rising and the regulation of carbon emmission makes companies to have higher competitiveness. because of this trend, companies are trying to establish and manage efficient logistics system to improve customer service and reduce cost, so more competitive logistics complex is needed. To construct this kind of logistics complex, proper policy and logistics system for transportation is necessary. Especially, efficient operation through establishing system of logistics at the complex is very important for low cost and environmental friendly point of view. So this paper presents logistics network operation model for efficient transportation, especially approaches the problem with Multi-Phase.

최근 정보기술과 유비쿼터스기술을 바탕으로 도시를 미래화하는 유비쿼터스도시(U-City)구축이 범 국가적으로 추진되고 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 2008년 9월 25일 유비쿼터스도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률 시행령을 발표하였으며, 유비쿼터스도시서비스(U-City Service)를 크게 행정, 교통, 보건 의료 복지, 환경, 방범 방재, 시설물 관리, 교육, 문화 관광 스포츠, 물류, 근로 고용 등의 분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 제공하고 운영 및 관리하는 시설로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터(U-City Management Center)는 다양한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 효과적으로 연계하여 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 도시정보를 통합, 분석하고 제공하는 유비쿼터스도시 핵심기능을 담당한다. 하지만 이러한 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터의 구축은 운영조직구성, 운영비용확보, 통합서비스 제공방안, 법 제도 정비 등의 해결과제를 가지고 있어 구현방안에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터에서 기본적으로 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스도시서비스 유형을 제시하고 정의한다.

본 연구는 기존의 U-City사례지역을 중심으로 도시특성에 따른 U-서비스를 분석하고 있다. 분석결과 U-서비스는 크게 3가지 유형으로 나타나고 있다. 첫째, 도시특성과 무관하게 선호되는 서비스 유형이다. 교통, 행정, 문화 관광 스포츠, 보건 의료 복지 등은 도시 특성과 상관없이 선호되고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 도시특성과 무관하게 선호되지 않는 서비스 유형이다. 대표적으로 물류와 근로 고용서비스는 도시특성과 상관없이 선호되지 않는 서비스로 분석되고 있다. 셋째, 도시특성에 따라 선호되는 유형과 그렇지 않는 유형이다. 교육과 환경 등은 도시특성에 따라 서비스 선호가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 이 연구에 대한 도시특성에 따른 서비스 항목의 분석결과 추후 U-City 도시건설과정에서 도시특성에 따라 적절한 U-City건설에 필요한 요소기술/서비스 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.
