전자상거래의 발전과 개인 중심 사회로 변화함에 따라, 매년 통상우편에 대한 접수 물량은 지속적 감소되고 있고, 비정형 우편물과 소포(택배) 접수 물량이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같이 우편서비스 환경변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 각국의 우편물류 사업자들은 우편물 접수 및 배달업무에 정보통신기술과 자동화기술을 활용하여 고객편익 증진과 우편사업의 경영개선을 목적으로 우편용 접수 및 배달 자동화기기 기술을 개발 및 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본고에서는 우편용 접수 자동화기기와 무인 택배시스템에 대한 국외 기술동향과 최근 무인우체국 구축에 사용된 국내 우편 접수 및 배달 자동화기기 기술개발 현황을 살펴보고 추후 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study presents a methods on the construction of integrated system for the purpose of automation of design plans, calculation of quantity of materials and estimation by abstracting information on building materials which is produced on the course of three dimension modeling by using computer. Therefore, an object oriented methodology is introduced to compose design informations in three dimension, space for unifying building informations, and expressing properties of building factors and materials, and to construct a database for computers to recognize architecture informations. An object indicates a conceptual individual existing in real world or existence of individual and necessity in composing a building could be called as objects such as column, wall, beam, slab, door and window and these contain materiality and immateriality. It is systemized to which properties of these building's objects are installed by the user of computer and by API(Application Programming Interface), chosen informations automatically converse to each unit work such as design plan structure plan, calculation of amount of materials, etc.

Estimation of rebar quantity may be used as an index to evaluate the economic feasibility of structural designs. However, when using the software to estimate the rebar quantity, there may be some limitations such as data loss caused by human errors and estimation delays caused by increased input time, since the information on arrangement of rebar is inserted manually. To solve the problems of such quantity estimation software, it is necessary to develop a method on automatic input/output of structural design information for quantity estimation and an algorithm for accurate estimation of rebar quantity. The purpose of this study is to improve the existing rebar quantity estimation by connecting with the database on information related to rebar estimation and the algorithm for rebar estimation, in order to develop an algorithm to estimate an accurate, net rebar quantity. The study result can be used as basic data for development of software for efficient structural designs and automatic framework estimation of buildings.

Labor work information can be converted into the useful construction information in an effort to analyze project status, measure performance, and design a new similar project plan. The labor work information can also be used to make productivity data, which can be used to analyze the relationship between 'as planned' and 'as built' in scheduling management of a project, and to calculate 'percent completion' as well as analyzing delay cause. It is require to effectively collect the labor work information base on the activities. In general, current project management heavily depends on the experience and judgment of project managers, according to the work progress. However, relying on the oかy experience and judgment of the project managers might deteriorate the transparency or reliability of the collected labor work information. The purpose of this research is thus to develop a computer-based system for monitoring the work information generated by labors input in activities using PDA and Barcode technologies, and to propose a application method of the productivity data for effective project management.

PDA 시장이 부활조짐을 보이고 있다. 지난 1분기 PDA 내수시장은 4만대에 근접해 지난해 같은 기간보다 20% 이상 확대된 것으로 나타났다. 개인용 시장은 네스팟 물량과 내비게이션 전용단말기 수요가 시장을 견인했고, 산업용 시장도 물류와 교육 및 방문판매 등 공급선이 늘어나 전체시장 확대에 일조했다.

현재 우리나라의 일반 서장우편 물량은 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이며 특히 월말이나 연말에 집중화되는 계절적, 순환적 특성을 보인다. 그러나 집배원의 인력 부족으로, 우편물량의 증가와 계절적, 순환적 우편물 집중 현상에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있으며, 이에 따라 서비스의 질적 저하 업무 부하량 증가 등의 문제가 점점 더 가시화되어가고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 신속한 우편물 처리와 집배원의 업무 경감 등을 위해 우편물 자동 처리를 위한 순로구분 시스템의 도입을 검토하고 있으나, 우편물에 기입되는 주소 기재 방식이 일관적이지 않고 표기 방식이 다양하여 이러한 자동처리시스템의 효율이 떨어질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 향후 도입될 예정인 순로구분 시스템의 자동처리 효율을 높이기 위해 우편물에 기입하는 주소의 표기 표준화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 국내 우편주소 체계와 주소 표기의 현황을 살펴보았으며, 자동주소인식에 적합한 주소 표기를 위한 고려사항들을 주소 표기 표준화 관점에서 제시하였다.

원자력 시설 및 연구용 원자로 해체 시 해체 일정과 해체 폐기물량 그리고 해체 비용을 분석하기 위한 평가식이 수립되었다. 연구로 2 호기 Thermal column 자료를 참고하여 평가식을 실험하였다. 해체 공정 모사 결과를 애니메이션으로 보여주는 가시화 모듈과 해체 일정과 해체 폐기물량, 작업자 피폭선량 및 해체 비용 등을 평가식으로 계산 한 후 그 결과를 그래픽으로 보여주는 시뮬레이션 모듈로 구성된 해체 디지털 목업 시스템의 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스가 설계되었다. 해체 단위 작업별 평가식은 원자력과 관련한 시설 해체 시 해체 일정 및 해체 비용 분석 및 예측에 중요한 기초자료로 사용 될 것이다. 또한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스는 방사능의 오염으로 인해 작업자가 접근하기 힘든 환경에서의 해체 활동을 사전에 경험함으로써 피폭으로부터 작업자의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있다.
