최근 오픈 사이언스 문화가 확산됨에 따라 오픈 데이터, 오픈 소스 소프트웨어와 같은 공개된 리소스들을 효율적으로 공유 및 활용하기 위한 방법이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 연구 소프트웨어의 재현성을 향상시키기 위한 국가연구데이터커먼즈(KRDC)를 소개하고 다중 KRDC 클러스터 간 워크플로우 연계 방안을 제안한다. 국가연구데이터커먼즈는 연구 소프트웨어와 분석 환경인 인프라를 결합하여 함께 제공하는 서비스로, 멀티 노드 쿠버네티스(kubernetes) 클러스터를 기반으로 동작한다. 따라서, 서로 다른 KRDC 프레임워크에 존재하는 리소스들을 하나의 워크플로우로 연계하는 것은 복잡한 사용자 인증/인가 문제, 보안 상의 문제를 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 프록시(proxy) 앱을 사용하는 워크플로우 연계 기능을 제안하고, 이를 지원하기 위한 통합 인증, 인가 체계와 연계 방안을 구현한다. 제안하는 방법을 두 개의 KRDC 프레임워크를 대상으로 적용하여 제안 워크플로우 연계 방법의 유효함을 확인한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 워크플로우 연계 방법과 시나리오는 실제 멀티 클러스터 연계 방안을 구현한 사례로, KRDC 프레임워크 뿐만 아니라 다양한 쿠버네티스 기반 리소스 연계에 활용할 수 있는 우수한 결과로 사료된다.

This study examined at an exploratory level what should be considered for developing underdeveloped areas using local cultural resources. This study analyzed the psychological and behavioral differences between those who have visited underdeveloped areas developed using local cultural resources and those who haven't, to draw out the implications for the urban regeneration. The results showed that there were differences in respondents' motivation to visit, perception of what needs to be done for the tourism development of underdeveloped areas, perception of the expected effects of developing cultural contents, and consumption behaviors. In other words, those who have visited the tourist sites where had been underdeveloped areas have a more positive attitude toward visit motivations, needs for tourist site development, expected effects of local cultural content development, and consumption behaviors than those who haven't. It means that it is of the utmost importance to induce as many people as possible into tourist sites in underdeveloped areas. This exploratory study is expected to offer some implications for developing underdeveloped areas as tourist sites, a form of urban regeneration.

우리나라 경마 역사와 맥을 같이한 기관, 경마산업 발전을 위한 중심축 역할을 해온 기관. 이와 같은 수식어가 붙는 곳이 바로 한국마사회다. 한국마사회는 지난 1962년 한국마사회법에 근거해 설립된 기관으로 국내에서는 유일하게 경마를 주관하고 있다. 한국마사회의 업무는 경마 주관에만 그치지 않는다. 생활승마 활성화, 학교 체육 승마프로그램 개발, 마문화 보급 등에도 매진하고 있다. 즉 우리나라 말(馬)산업 진흥을 위한 원동력을 유감없이 발휘하고 있는 것이다. 이 같은 활동을 전국적으로 펼치기 위해 한국마사회는 전국에 3개 경마장과 31개 지점을 운영하고 있다. 그 거점 가운데 하나가 오늘 소개할 한국마사회 창원지점이다. 창원지점은 고객만족 서비스 구현을 통해 매년 꾸준히 성장해 왔다. 경마가 열리는 날에는 경마가 차질 없이 진행될 수 있도록 노력하는 한편 경마가 열리지 않는 평일에는 객장 전체를 문화센터로 운영해 지역 문화수준 향상에도 힘을 쏟은 결과다. 하지만 창원지점의 모든 관계자들은 안전이 밑바탕에 깔려 있었기에 이와 같은 성장이 가능했다고 입을 모아 말한다. 2005년 4월 개장 이후 하루 수천 명의 시민들이 찾고 있음에도 불구하고 현재까지 단 한건의 안전사고와 산재가 발생하지 않을 만큼 철저한 안전관리를 전개하고 있는 것이다. 안전과 신뢰를 바탕으로 눈부신 성장을 하고 있는 한국마사회 창원지점을 찾아가 봤다.

This study is purposed to setting up collective building for the provincial culture. And this cultural complex will be constructed facilities for geochang-gun residence's need and traditional culture. It is carried out those as follows;(l) it is, first of all, examined architectural factors concerned about an opinion of residence's and demand of geochang-gun; (2) it is, secondly, established location of plot that it is analyzed an alternative proposal considering it's merits and faults;(3) it is, finally, suggested facilities of It's The result of study, A development planning of geochang-gun cultural complex is suggested that it is induced to 'cultural institute', 'traditional succession hall' and 'traditional art center'. It is, Ultimately, focused development of geochang-gun cultural inheritance considering harmony of the new and the old.

The Sin-Wol filtration plant was an urban infrastructure and off-limits to the public. It is recreated as a representative experiential theme park in the southwest area. It has not only provided places to relax, but has made a new model of urban park by reusing advantages. The current lack of easy access into the park area almost isolates it like a green island. The neighborhood surrounding the park does not have many physical connections to the park to be able to use it. By connecting the surrounding communities with numerous access points into the park and linking the hiking trails and bike paths, the city's need for open space and recreation would be far better satisfied than before. This would allow for the use of the valuable assets of the existing forest and open space.

In order to improve the usability of glue, a traditional adhesive material, and the gelation process of seaweed extract carrageenan, a liquid adhesive for wood preservation was prepared by mixing the two materials. The prepared wood adhesive was mixed with a 15 wt% aqueous solution of glue, λ-carrageenan, an antibacterial agent, an antifoaming agent, and the maximum adhesive strength of 1.80 Mpa was confirmed. As a result of comparison, the adhesive strength was superior to that of 5 different types of traditional natural adhesive ingredients (aqueous solution) and 1 type of polyvinyl acetate-based adhesive.

This study investigates the participants' perception and satisfaction score for culture and education programs operating in public libraries and culture & art centers in Daegu Metropolitan City. Attendees of the public libraries' programs have higher overall satisfaction, customer loyalty on the contents of the program and lecturers than those of the culture & art centers' programs. Attendees of the culture & art centers' programs rated staff supports and services, facilities and educational equipments higher than those in the public libraries' programs. This study calculates the LCSI score in public libraries(78.02) and culture & art centers(77.22).

International society, including the United Nations, has recently been making efforts to further promote a rapprochement of cultures in relation to alleviating military and political conflicts and other social clashes. In line with these efforts at the international level, there has been a growing interest on Central Asia and, in particular, on the Silk Road, which functioned as a trade route among ancient civilizations in the region and is also seen as a route that promoted cultural dialogue and exchanges. Given the amount of cross cultural dialogue and exchange, it is no surprise that intangible cultural heritage has historically been abundant and easily found in the region. However, this heritage was placed in considerable risk because heritage transmission critically weakened for seventy years under Soviet rule. Fortunately, since independence, there has been increasing interest in restoring community identity and reviving intangible heritage. Nevertheless, in spite of this interest, a lack of policies and cultural support in each country has made heritage safeguarding difficult. In this paper, I analyze the various phenomena that took place after the concept and international trends on ICH were introduced and speak about the experiences and outcomes obtained from collaborative network projects by ICHCAP and the Central Asian countries over the last six year. In addition, I would like take this opportunity to discuss how we can understand and develop collaboration in the intangible heritage field in Central Asia in a long-term perspective.
