The Libraries are face to difficult of academic journal subscription for the increasing price of journal and the increasing number of journal. Bibliographic citation analysis is one of method of evaluating the use of a journal collection. This study is used bibliographic use and scatting of foreign academic journal in Library and Information Science found in doctorial dissertation of graduate students in Seoul city, for serve to complement another method of journal evaluation. Journal selection and cancellation may be done on the basis to dispersion of journal citation to usefulness of journal subscription in the library budget. But the library should not rely on one single evaluation technique, it should take advantage of combination technique.

정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 최근 가업의 제품수명주기는 점점 짧아지고, 성장산업과 사양산업의 전환도 급격해졌다. 급변하는 정쟁 환경 속에서 기업의 가치사슬을 전략적으로 통 합하고, 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위해서 c- Commerce, RTE, 협업 등의 가상기업 관련 개념이 부상하고 있다. Ubiquitous 환경에서 기업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 목표로서 협업 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 가상기업으로의 전환이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되었던 가상기업의 정의 및 개념에 대해 문헌연구 및 사례조사를 통해 가상기업의 확장된 범주를 알아보고, 가상기업 연구에 대한 포괄적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 가상조직, 협업 네트워크 등의 가상기업 관련 문헌연구를 통해 u- Business 환경의 가상기업 연구의 참조모델을 제시하고, 연구방법론을 적용하여 분석, 연구하여 가상기업의 연구를 이해하고 흐름을 분류하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 Ubiquitous 환경에 민첩하게 대응하고자 하는 기업들에게 환경 변화에 따른 전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 수정에도 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

TEI는 학술 연구에 이용되는 전자문헌을 작성하고 상호 교환하기 위한 지침을 개발하여 더욱 보편적인 언어로 광범위하게 이용할 수 있도록 추진된 프로젝트로서 전문데이터베이스 구축에 있어서 현재 수행되고 있는 인코딩 업무의 복잡성을 줄이면서 전자문헌의 공유를 촉진하고 복잡한 문헌구조를 표현할 수 있는 범용 인코딩 기법을 개발하기 위한 것이다.

전문데이터베이스는 원문의 접근가능성과 전문탐색의 장점으로 인해 최근 급속하게 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이제까지 대부분의 전문데이터베이스는 문헌의 구조를 고려하지 않고 본문의 문자열에서 자동추출한 색인어를 대상으로 비통제탐색방법을 사용하여 왔으므로 효율적이고 다양한 검색방법을 적용하기 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 SGML을 이용하여 문헌을 구조화하고 이를 이용한 색인시스템을 설계함으로써, 문헌구조를 이용한 다양한 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 이를 위해 논문을 대상으로 하여 문헌의 구조를 분석하고, 주요 문헌요소인 초록, 목차, 본문, 참고문헌의 특성을 색인에 반영하였다. 색인시스템은 문헌요소를 태그와 텍스트데이터로 분석하여 색인하는 일차색인과, 일차색인에 의해 만들어진 문헌요소테이블과 내용데이터파일을 이용하여 주요 문헌요소를 색인한 이차색인으로 구성된다.

생의학 분야 문헌의 양이 빠르게 증가함에 따라, 생의학 연구자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 얻기가 어렵게 되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 분야에서는 생의학 문헌 검색 시스템, 또는 생의학 문헌의 정보 추출 시스템 등에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생의학 문헌으로부터 정보를 자동으로 추출하기 위한 관계정보 추출 시스템에 대해 소개한다. 소개하는 시스템은 크게 요약 수집 모듈, 관계 추출 모듈, 관계 가시화 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 우선, 요약 수집 모듈에서는 특정 주제의 문헌들을 검색 및 수집한다. 그리고, 관계 추출 모듈에서는 수집된 문헌들에 대해서, 단백질/유전자 등의 생물학 개체를 인식하고, 구문분석을 통하여 인식된 개체들 사이의 관계를 추출한다. 마지막으로, 관계 가시화 모듈에서는 추출된 관계를 통합하여 네트워크 형태로 가시화한다. 이 시스템은 생물학 실험 이전의 문헌 기반 타당성 검사, 단백질-단백질 상호작용 또는 특정 질병과 유전자의 조절관계 분석, 또는 대용량 문헌 처리를 통한 패스웨이 데이터베이스 구축 등에 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구는 범주와 현대의 주요 문헌분류표의 주류선정에 있어서의 상관성에 대해 규명해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 범주의 유래와 의미를 알아보고 철학적 관점, 논리학적 관점, 문헌정보학 관점에서 범주가 어떤 기능을 하고 어떠한 유형이 있는지 논하였다. 다음으로 문헌분류의 주류선정이 어떻게 이루어지고, 범주가 어떻게 적용되었는지 그 상관성에 대해서 분석하였다.

This study analyzed authors' use of theory in 654 articles that appeared in two core library and information science journals during last three decades. In order to analyze degree of theory use of LIS, such as, publication productivity, growth and distribution of theory in subfields. name and origin of theory, usability of each theory, subfields and journals, and so on, content analysis of LIS theories was performed through conceptual and empirical study. For the purpose of this study, we suggested a couple of new analytical methods, so called, ‘Subfield Classification Scheme’ within LIS, and ‘5 Degrees of Theory Use’ model for the first time.

From the outset Library and Information Science as a field of discipline began as part of the social sciences (or applied social sciences) in the 1930s. However, due to the practicality and technology emphasized by functionalists, the social science characteristics deteriorated and the science and technological aspect became more accentuated. Ultimately, Library and Information Science was not able to identify its main research subject of libraries and associated apparatuses as a form of social knowledge system, and could not help but neglect to induct and apply theory and philosophy from the social sciences. In the present study, after an examination of social epistemology and sociology of knowledge, which are important epistemological foundations necessary for the strengthening of social scientific aspect of Library and Information Science, a new research parameter called sociology of library was presenteL The sociology of library will be a scheme for an epistemological turnover on the discipline of Library and Information Science.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a trend of citing behavior, characteristics and changes in the field of archives and records management in Korea. This study analyzed the subject of each citing and cited reference that appeared in the Journal of the Korean Society of Archives and Records Management during the period, 2001-2010. One hundred and seventy one research articles were analyzed by keyword, language, and research collaboration. Three thousand and eight hundred and ninety three cited references were analyzed by type of material, language, country of publication, research collaboration, citing age and the most frequently cited literature. Finally, those results of source literature and cited references were compared with each other and a better direction for the future of the field with further studies was suggested.

The eight types of Korean bibliographic information of biology and life science are included in PubMed that serves universal medical bibliographic information. Other domestic bibliographic information are served on its own format at different organizations. To fulfill the CCBB homepage user's request that it is necessary that integration of bibliographic service for quick acquisition of research information, we intends to construct metadata registry and service about bibliographic information of biology and life science. This paper describes the design and implementation of bibliographic information network prototype for biology and life science that can be used to share latest research result, seminar presentation data, research note, and research paper etc as well as to exchange information between researchers through Open Archiving Community.
