WWW(World Wide Web)와 온라인 정보 서비스의 급속한 성장으로 인해, 보다 많은 정보가 온라인으로 이용 혹은 접근 가능해 졌다. 이런 정보홍수로 접근 가능한 정보들이 과잉되는 문제가 발생했다. 이러한 과잉 정보 현상으로 인하여 시간적 제약이 뒤따르며 이용 가능한 모든 정보를 근거로 중요한 의사 결정을 내려야 한다. 문서 요약 자동화(Text Summarize Automation)는 이 문제를 처리하는데 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 정보 검색을 통해 획득한 문서들을 일차적으로 문서 길이 정규화를 이용하여 질의에 적합하고 신뢰도가 더욱 높은 문서 정보를 얻을 수 있음을 보인다.

본 연구는 다양한 형식을 가지는 XML 문서의 효율적인 정보검색을 위한 다음과 같은 자동화 모듈들을 개발하였다 구현된 모듈은 XML 문서를 획득하는 문서추출 모듈, 온톨로지를 이용한 포괄적 DTD 생성 모듈 생성된 포괄적 DTD와 XML 파서를 이용하여 정보검색 대상 XML 문서를 사전에 선별하는 문서여과 모듈, XML 질의를 확장하는 질의확장 모듈, JDOM의 XPath를 이용한 질의엔진 모듈로 구성된다. 이와 같이 구현한 모듈들을 샘플 XML 문서에 적용하여 XML 문서추출, DTD 생성, 문서여과, 질의확장, 질의엔진의 효과를 실험하였다.

기존의 제안서 접수 및 평가 방식은 수작업이 대부분을 차지하여 많은 인력과 시간이 소요되며 정확성도 완전히 보장할 수 없는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 비효율적인 방식을 개선하기 위해서 접수 및 평가과정을 웹상에서 자동화하여, 문서 작성자, 접수자, 평가자 및 관리자들이 좀 더 편리하게 관련 작업을 처리할 수 있게 하였다. 자동화를 도입하기 위한 방법으로 HWP 문서의 구조 정보를 표현할 수 있는 마크업(markup) 언어인 HWPML(HWP Markup Language : 이하 HML)을 사용하였으며, HML 문서를 파싱(parsing)하여 필요한 정보만을 추출하여 XML(eXtensible Markup Language) 문서를 생성하였다. 이렇게 생성된 XML 문서는 논리적인 구조 정보를 가지고 있고 플랫폼 및 소프트웨어 중립적이기 때문에 효과적인 검색, 관리 및 공유가 가능한 시스템 환경을 제공한다. 이 기법으로 표준 언어로 부각되고 있는 XML 형태의 문서 관리를 기존의 워드 프로세서 형태의 문서 관리에 확장 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 자동화 시스템의 구조와 문서 변환 기법을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we propose the methods of invoice document structure recognition and of making a spreadsheet electronic document. The texts and block location information of word blocks are recognized by an optical character recognition engine through deep learning. The word blocks on the same row and same column are found through their coordinates. The document area is divided through arrangement information of the word blocks. The character recognition result is inputted in the spreadsheet based on the document structure. In simulation result, the item placement through the proposed method shows an average accuracy of 92.30%.

현재 법률과 관련된 문서들은 변경 사항 에 대한 공표와 기록의 중요성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 변경사항을 자동으로 인지하고 공표할 수 있는 자동화 시스템에 대한 관심과 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 문서들은 복잡한 구조이기 때문에 자동화에 어려움이 많다. 이로 인해 복잡한 구조의 문서를 자동으로 판별할 수 있는 방법에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 현재 국내외에서는 전자 문서 파일의 텍스트 및 테이블을 판별해서 분류 하는 자동화에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이전 연구에서는 호목단 구조를 갖는 계층적인 테이블을 판별하지 않는다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 호목단을 정의하고, 테이블의 호목단 구조를 패턴 별로 분류 하며, 테이블의 호목단 구조 판별 방법을 제시한다.

The web is an important source of information and most of Web applications are based on form documents in HTML-based form documents only play a role as user interfaces, and they do not involve the procedures or rules if business process which form document designers assume. However, from documents imply methods for treating documents, and these embedded procedural knowledge can be utilized.actively in automation of business process. In this respect, we Investigate the activeness of documents with cognitive science to automate business processes based on from documents. Through this, we have a new concept and applicability of active documents. Our active documents include business rules and declarative knowledge to support the automation of document processing. Also, we propose a processing framework for the active documents. The framework has two phases: build-time and run-time. in order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed framework, a prototype called ActiveForm is designed and implemented for requisition processing them in an inference engine can enhance the intelligence of Internet applications.

최근 기업에서 인터넷을 활용한 전자문서 교환이 급증함에 따라 교환되는 문서의 안전한 전달을 위한 보안 서비스 문제가 대두되고 있다. B2B 전자문서 교환은 기업간 문서의 신속한 교환과 처리과정의 자동화를 통해 기업 업무 자동화에 큰 기여를 하고 있는 전자문서 교환방식(EDI)을 통해 이루어진다. 그러나 현재의 전자문서 교환방식은 해당 소프트웨어 개발과 통신망에 대한 부대 비용으로 인해 광범위하게 채택되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 현재 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 웹기반 표준문서인 XML을 이용한 전자문서 교환이 새롭게 떠오르고 있다.[1] 본 논문은 XML 전자서명 메커니즘을 구현하고 XML 기반 전자조달 시스템에의 응용이 목표이다. XML 전자서명 기술을 이용해 전송되는 XML문서의 무결성, 인증 그리고 송수신 부인봉쇄의 보안 서비스를 제공하고, 전자조달 시스템에의 적용에 관한 것이다.

Various document categorization methods have been studied to provide a user with an effective way of browsing a large scale of documents. They do compares set of documents into groups of semantically similar documents automatically. However, the automatic categorization method suffers from low accuracy. This thesis proposes a semi-automatic document categorization method based on the domains of documents. Each documents is belongs to its initial domain. All the documents in each domain are recursively clustered in a level-wise manner, so that the category tree of the documents can be founded. To find the clusters of documents, the stop-word of each document is removed on the document frequency of a word in the domain. For each cluster, its cluster keywords are extracted based on the common keywords among the documents, and are used as the category of the domain. Recursively, each cluster is regarded as a specified domain and the same procedure is repeated until it is terminated by a user. In each level of clustering, a user can adjust any incorrectly clustered documents to improve the accuracy of the document categorization.

건물의 대형화로 인하여 건물의 이력관리 및 자재관리 둥 설비관리 시스템이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라, 건물 내의 모든 것의 자동화가 이루어지고 있지만, 기기의 자동화에 비해 업무의 자동화는 미흡한 실정이다 기존의 시스템은 설비업무의 특성상 외부 업무가 많은데 네트워크 지역에서만 전송이 가능하였다. 이로 인하여 문서의 누락이 많았고 업무의 효율성에 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 설비관리 시스템의 문제점인 네트워크 음영지역에서의 업무의 단절을 극복하기 위하여 모바일 기기에 Oracle Lite를 탐재해서 음영지역에서도 문서를 저장할 수 있게 하여 업무의 효율성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다.
