우리나라는 농업 산업화의 발달로 인하여 농업용수, 공업용수, 생활용수 사용이 증가하며, 하천에서 직접 물을 취수하여 사용하고 있고 이용 후 생활용수, 농수로 등을 통해 회귀되는 유량이 많아 하천의 유출 특성을 파악하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 정확한 하천 유출 체계 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 하천에서 사용되는 물의 이용 특성에 대하여 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 길안천에 운영되고 있는 취수 시설에 대해 문헌조사와 현장조사를 진행하였으며, 조사한 자료를 토대로 하천의 물 사용 체계 모식도를 작성하였다. 길안천 유역의 조사 구간은 대사3교 하류에서 구)묵계교 상류까지 조사를 실시하였다. 문헌조사 대상시설은 취입보, 취수장 등이며, 조사대상은 하천의 유출특성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 시설로 길안천 유역에 영향을 주는 시설에 대해서만 수행을 하였다. 현장조사에서는 현장을 방문하여 취⋅배수시설의 위치 등을 조사하였다. 길안천은 농업용수와 생활용수 사용의 증가에 따라 상하류 측정유량의 반전이 빈번하게 발생하였으나 유출체계 분석을 통해 고려한 결과 안정적인 상하류 관계를 확인하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 하천 내 취⋅배수시설 영향에 따른 유출 특성을 고려하여 자료를 검토한 결과 길안천 유역 내의 상하류 유량 반전 시기가 과거에 비해 감소하였으며, 안동시(대사3교)관측소와 안동시(묵계교)관측소 구간의 취⋅배수영향을 고려하여 산정한 유출률을 기존자료와 비교한 결과 일정한 손실고가 유지되는 안정적인 결과를 도출하였다.

The main aim of this paper is to show why justice is based on convention, not nature, in David Hume. Most philosopher, since Aristotle, have considered justice in relation to distribution. This understanding of justice continues up to modern times, and is handled especially in relation to ownership or private property in modern times. In modern times, private property is regarded as an absolute right that should not be violated in any case. Hume identifies this private property with justice. The absolute inviolability of private property is equivalent to never violate to justice. Hume is concerned with the question of where this justice originate. In other words, Hume is not concerned with the Kantian justification of justice, but rather with the psychological discussion of the genesis process of the idea of justice. Hume's answer is that "social utility" is its origin. Public societies are necessary conditions for human being. In other words, if public societies do not exist, humans can not exist. How then can a public society, which is a prerequisite for human being, exist or can be maintained? According to Hume, it is maintained by means of justice. So where is the ground for justice? Hume argues that the basis of justice is not nature, but human conventions. Man accepts justice tacitly and by doing so man can maintains his being. This is a rough insight of Hume. Hume uses a wide variety of concepts to carry out his argument. In this paper, we focus on how the idea of justice in human mind, based on these various concepts presented by Hume, is formed.

발파공법이 소개된 이후로 계속해서 많은 우수한 발파이론이 발표되어 왔다. 그러한 이론들의 저변에 있는 궁극적인 목표는 효율의 증가와 경제성이다. 이에 본 연구는 Air-Tubes 발파공법을 소개하고 터널에서 일반발파와 비교하여 그 발파효율을 검토해 보았다 연구의 배경이 되는 곳은 산청군 시천면 내대리와 하동관 묵계리를 연결하는 2차선 국도 터널 공사 현장이며 전체 총연장은 2Km이다. 진동측정방법은 하나의 발파진동을 4개의 측정기로 측정하여 데이터분석에 사용하였다. 일반발파와 Air-Tubes의 진동측정을 4개소에서 각각 6회씩 실시하여 총 24개씩의 진동측정 데이타를 얻었고 회귀분석을 실시하여 95% 신뢰도의 발파진동 추정식을 얻었다. 시험발파 및 진동측정에 이어 매 발파마다 광파측량을 실시하여 진행장을 구하였으며 사용한 장약량은 Air-Tubes 발파시 25% 정도 적게 사용하였고 발파진동이 23% 감소하였다. 발파당 굴진장 및 Smooth blasting 발파시의 벽면의 상태는 동일하고 파쇄석의 크기는 Air-Tubes 발파시 더 작게 나타난다.

Cheonghak-dong is a prototype of Korean traditional utopia. Cheonghak-dong Utopia assumed at Jiri Mountain in the late of Goryeo period, and the place name of Cheonghak-dong could be found at the Royal capital(Hanyang) in early Joseon Dynasty, and then it diffused to the outskirts of the original place and local area in the middle period of Joseon Dynasty, eventually it diffused to the nationwide in the modern times. Now, Cheonghak-don was fixed at Mukgea village in Hadong-county officially. The placeness of Cheonghak-dong was changed from the fairyland to the human habitation and a sightseeing place.

There has been a lot of controversy over the claim that ancient characters were engraved on a stone plane collected near the Samsin Mountain in Hadong-gun, and that it was used as an altar based on the contents on the stone. The importance of the role of geoscience in prehistoric petroglyph research was presented through analysis and comparison with representative domestic petroglyphs. First, by examining the geological formation process of the collected stone objects, it proved that prehistoric actions were not applied. Second, as a result of comparative analysis from the viewpoints of human geography and topography with representative petroglyphs in Korea, it is unreasonable to argue that the stone was made for an altar. Third, it is considered that among the ancient characters under debate, the straight line indicates a cleavage of carbonate minerals, and the curved shape results from the growth of lichens. Finally, we propose that reproducing the lines found on the stone was impossible by using ancient techniques, and that there was no trace of any artificial actions applied to the spots considered to be curved characters. As shown in such research cases, the results of petroglyph research will have high reliability, if research by experts in each field continues after the geoscientific basis is secured. In this respect, the contribution of Earth science to cultural assets and archeology is expected to increase in the future.
